Hi, I have just made an upgrade of development copy of my store via 1-Click upgrade from 1.6.1.20 (to 1.7.4.2). Currently I'm getting "Access denied" error when I try to open: Orders > Orders Discounts > Catalog Price Rules Customers > Customers Stats Shipping > Preferences International > Localization > Localization Shop Parameters > Order Settings > Order Settings Shop Parameters > Customer Settings > Titles Shop Parameters > Contact > Stores What coud be the problem? How to fix it?

I'm using prestashop 1.7.4.2 and I'm facing error Access Denied in Design > Pages as Superadmin. I have also tried solution of this topic but can't fix it. https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/600537-ps-17-access-denied-in-design-pages-as-superadmin/ Can anyone help to fix it.

Καλησπέρα Έκανα χτες μια μεταφορά σε άλλο hosting. Prestashop 1.7.5 από papaki σε hetzner. Έγιναν όλα σωστά (δεν είναι η πρώτη μεταφορά που κάνω). Το forntend παίζει κανονικά. Στο backend όμως έχω http error 500. Αν το βάλω σε debug mode παίζει κανονικά το admin αλλά δεν παίζει η βιτρίνα εκτός από το homepage. Ενεργοποίησα το error display και είδα ότι όταν πάω να μπω στο admin που βγάζει το παρακάτω error. Εννοείτε πως τα έχω αλλάξει και έχω κάνει clear cache, disable cache... αλλά τίποτα. Τα permissions είναι σωστά. Το έχει αντιμετωπίσει κανείς?

Hi all, I am using prestashop 1.6.0.9 and there I have created one new admin controller. But when I go to that controller page in admin panel it shows me "Access denied". How can I solve this problem?

Hello everybody thanks for reading. I was uploading a few days ago from v. 1.3 to 1.4.7.3 something is wrong may be I touched one table on the database too. So I have some problems now: I'm like administrator user and that's happen 1. Some tabs disappear I needed because i want to do the upload again for the last version and I can't reach the module for that. 2. Hi I have created admin controller using a module in controllers/admin. While accessing this controller getting an error of access denied.

The BO menu is made of main pages, or tabs, (like "Preferences") which can contain a sub menu of sub tabs (like "General", "Orders", "Products", ...). It seems that when you click on the parent tab, the action focuses on its first sub tab. Now if I create a profile not allowed to access the first sub tab of a menu tab, when an employee with such profile clicks on the parent menu tab, the system raises an "Access denied" error. It seems that the error raises simply because the parent does not focus on its first ACCESSIBLE sub tab but stubbornly on its first sub tab, accessible or not! Can it be? Is there a way to set the "parent" focus? Thank you.

Hello prestashop, I'm using PS 1.5.5.0 multistore and I gave permissions to employees to add and edit products in one store. When I login as admin Product combinations generator is working fine. But when I log in as an employ I can create products, attributes and values, but when accessing Catalog ->Products -> Edit ()->Combination->Product combinations generator I get "Access Denied" on my employee backoffice. Can anyone help? I'm stuck with this since 2 months now. Thank you in advance

After upgrading PS to 1.4.6.2 I have no access to Tools / Generator and receive "Access denied" whilst trying to access it. I desperately want to make my URLs SEO friendly asap. Can anyone help me getting access to Tools / Generator again? A second solution would be to change the standard for the URLs to be shown as Product title / Product Category / Homepage without accessing the Generator. I have understood that this might be possible using .htaccess? I would really appreciate all the feedback I can get! Thanks! // Cristoffer

Hi All, If a problem with the voucher system. The passed weeks I entered several voucher and today I wanted to add a new voucher.
