I've installed the Worldpay module but I get an error message saying "No payment modules have been installed" when I try to checkout with an order. I'm using Prestashop 1.6.1.20 and I've installed the Worldpay module v5.0.3. I've enabled Worldpay for the currency, customer groups and countries so I can't see where I'm going wrong. Can anyone help me out please?

I work with a client who runs their site on Prestashop (v. 1.6.1.14). They use Worldpay for card payments which is connected via 0.7z module - alongside Paypal. They use Google Analytics. Recently we've had more and more transactions missing from Google Analytics reporting. After much investigation, it appears to be ALL Worldpay transactions. I've contacted Worldpay who confirm they have not changed anything, nor have they had any issues reported from other customers. We've spent a long time trying different things, and have been through the WP admin with them step by step to confirm everything is as it should be. From a front end use point of view, there is a delay on WP confirmation page before it redirects to our website - we've tried to explain with them to remove this WP confirmation step as it's probably part of the issue, as well as being not very user friendly - but we've now hit a bit of a roadblock with them. All our Paypal transactions are ok. Anyone experienced similar and how did you resolve?

I am running 1.7.2.4 instance and installed the Prestashop WorldPay Module to integrate with that service: In Test Mode and using the REST API the process of transaction works without issue: upon submission the transaction against Worldpay works, the call back is fine and the order completes successfully. In Gateway mode, this is not successful. PS 1.6.1.11 I know I don't have support on this anymore (purchased May 2017), but we are just getting around to testing the worldpay module and there is a MAJOR flaw. This flaw is apparent when using the "Old Gateway". When the payment is made on worldpay and returns the user to the PS website, the url contains "order-confirmation.php" which causes a 404 error. Don't have this issue when using the "REST API Gateway" where the url returned to contains "order-confirmation" A result of this is that the payment is made in worldpay but the order is never created. I suggest this needs to be fixed if not already done so. I would have expected any bug fixes, which is what this is, to be fixed free of charge. There is no such php script as "order-confirmation.php". Anyone else come across this issue?

Hi, Using Prestashop 1.5.4 and Worldpay Module 1.5 Using the Test Mode, the order is successfully added in Prestashop admin, but no confirmation email is received and the screen shows the following message: "Thank you for using WorldPay Your payment has been processed securely. However, we cannot return you to the website from which you have ordered goods / services because we do not have a return address for that website. Please use your browser to navigate your way back to that website or to your next destination." The cart is SSL so I've put as the https://shop.realdomain.co.uk/modules/worldpay/validation.php callback url. Cal

Help! So I've been the second level of support for a client with a prestashop install for some time, I'm not the main developer he has someone else who manages the install, theme, and modules. However every now and then I'm needed to try and resolve a problem that's cropped up. The latest problem relates to a new store built in Prestashop 1.6 using the WorldPay Module. Module not updating The module version installed is 1.4, and the module manager in Prestashop suggests there's a newer version which should be updated, however it doesn't appear to allow the upgrade to take place. Clicking the 'update' button doesn't have any effect. Payments not updating order When going through the payment journey, and completing the worldpay checkout, worldpay correctly pushes back to the validate.php URL (as per the setting in the worldpay dashboard). However the Order History page doesn't update the order history. The URL in the address bar shows the payment has passes through the functions in validate.php and the redirect onto the order confirmation has taken place, this is what is shown in my address bar after the shop URL. /order-history?id_module=103&id_cart=17&orderKey=WPCOM54726^WPACC25910722^3009157102&source=WP&isMobile=false However the order history page just shows 'You have not placed any orders.' and the products are still sitting in the basket. I get a payment confirmation email from worldpay, and a warning email that a 301 redirect has taken place (have always had this since the very beginning). The site uses version 1.5 of the 'official' worldpay module. I've seen lots of similar issues in the forum, but none of the solutions offered seem to help here. Any ideas greatly appreciated. Hello, I've been selling WorldPay module for about a year. I had more that 60 licenses sold and didn't get a single complain. Now, when I wanted to update the module to version 1.6, it was removed from the Addons without any information from Prestashop. After a contact with the support it turned out that there cannot be two the same modules in the Addons marketplace and that's why they cannot keep my module. I created the Worldpay module, because many people were complainig on Worldpay module created by Prestashop. My module was way cheaper (almost quarter of the Prestashop's price), and what's more important had a lot more features even most basic that I think should be implemented in such a module. Especially from the transaction security point of view. In my opinion, that what Addons team did is unfair and I'm very disappointed with that fact. Is there any chance to get my module back on Addons? Radek

For a few days now, orders are not being displayed within the admin console after a customer completes the transaction using Worldpay. The item stays in the customers cart but the payment is processed fine. Two weeks ago friendly URL's were enabled - I have since tried disabling but that didn't make a difference. The only other change was a blog module was enabled but that was also a couple of weeks ago and orders were processing fine till the problem started on 17th October. I have also tried disabling the module. The website in question is www.dolly-bird.com The Prestshop version is currently 1.4.8.2 Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!

I have recently purchased the RBS WorldPay module, and am having issue with it. When I try and process a payment it goes through all the WP stages ok and then when it tries to redirect to our store the following message appear "The cart cannot be loaded, or an order has already been placed using this cart.". Having checked the order history the payment seems to have been accepted is this possibly a Callback issue? What would be the best solution? I have tried to contact Prestashop but they have failed to reply. By the way I am using PS V1.5.4.1 your help is much appreciated. After having given up on the WorldPay module developed by PrestaShop, decided to try another worldpay module by modulesmarket for less than half price (compared to PrestaShop developed version) on the PrestaShop addons site: http://addons.presta...0-worldpay.html This module is a lot more configurable and the level of support that I have received from the developer has been prompt and simply outstanding and will recommend this module to anyone who is looking for a fully functional worldpay module.

I hope somebody can help with this one. I managed to make a test transaction through Worldpay which is executed after I click on Make payment. However, for some reason it doesn't redirect back to the website and instead we get Not found message refering to validation.php Anybody had this issue and managed to resolve it? Any help would be really appreciated.

Hi, i got 9 websites just installed the worldpay, after installing and testing we got few orders from particular website, but I am not able to figure out, which website came from, when i contacted the worldpay they send the code which were html, so any recomendation on what page we can change varibales or something so we can figureout from what website it came from Your help is priceless: Kalp

Sorry if this should be in a different area of the forum, I did not see any suitable categories. I've purchased the following module (developed by Prestashop): http://addons.prestashop.com/en/payments-gateways-prestashop-modules/1733-rbs-worldpay.html I was told before purchasing that it is compatible with the client's version (1.2.3.0), but having uninstalled the package and uploaded to the /modules directory, there is no sign of it in the backoffice, not under the payments tab, or under the modules tab. Can anyone please help? Any suggestions or assistance is much appreciated! Thanks in advance
