Estimad@s, Se me ha presentado el problema de que al momento de generar un factura por PDF proveniente de Webpay, me figura el error la ruta señalada no existe, en especifico tcpdf. podre restaurar la carpeta, no encuentro la forma.

Hola a toda la comunidad, espero se encuentren bien, mi situación es la siguiente. He montado una tienda con la opción multitienda, una para México y otra para Chile, la de México utiliza el método de pago de PayPal pero a la de Chile le he integrado el plugin de Transbank "WebpayPlus". Realicé pruebas en entorno local con la tienda de Chile y el modulo ya instalado y todo bien, pero a la hora de montarlo en mi server de producción me aparece el mensaje "Ocurrió un error al intentar conectar con WebPay o los datos de conexión son incorrectos" Localmente utilizo la aplicación de XAMPP con PHP 7 y funciona bien, en mi server de producción utilizo PHP 5.6 ya lo actualicé a 7 pero me sigue ocurriendo el mismo error, incluso revise los módulos de PHP que requiere el plugin como el SSl, DOM, Mcrypt, etc. No he editado las key que ya vienen por default en el plugin. ¿Saben a que se debe este error? Adjunto imágenes de información de mi server de prueba y de producción. Gracias.

Hola, Actualice de la versión 1.7.3.4 a la versión 1.7.4.2 El problema es que después de la actualización un módulo de pago dejó de operar y da error 500. alguien sabe que pudo haber cambiado que ahora tengo este problema?

Estimados, Tengo un problema con el proceso de compra, esto no ocurre para todas las compras, solo algunas, pero cada vez se repite mas. Ocurre que luego del pago vía Webpay, se vuelve a Prestashop. En la página se indica que el “pedido está confirmado”, pero allí mismo más abajo, aparece otro aviso que indica que la “transacción fue anulada por el cliente”. Luego, en la lista de pedidos del administrador aparece en el listado con el rotulo “Error en Pago”. Finalmente el cliente pago, se le descontó el dinero pero Prestashop cancela el pago. ¿Alguien sabe porque puede estar pasando esto? Versión Prestashop 1.7.3.3 Adjunto imágenes. Buenas tardes amigos, les cuento que tengo el siguiente problema: Estoy integrando el webpay 3.0.6 con prestashop 1.7.4.2 y al momento de realizar la prueba con TRANSBANK seleccionando la transaccion con RECHAZO, en mi tienda aparece SU PEDIDO ESTA CONFIRMADO, pero mas abajo aparece que HUBO UN ERROR Lo bueno que en el pedido queda como ERROR: Y lo malo, que en el modulo de MAILALERT, llega un correo al administrador con la confirmación de un nuevo pedido. Como puedo solucionar estos 2 problemas para informar correctamente al cliente y al administrador del portal? Atento a sus comentarios. Saludos.

Estoy teniendo este tipo de error al momento de generar el pago con el modulo de Webpay en la versión de prestashop 1.7.4 actualizado con 1 click. probe forzar compilación y sin cache, tengo deshabilitado "Smart cache" para las hojas de estilo (CSS), "Smart cache" para el código de JavaScript, Optimización de Apache, limpie las carpetas del servidor (cache y compile), instale el modulo Clear Smarty para limpiar el smarty, pero no logro poder seguir con el procedimiento de pago. Alguien conoce la solución o algún paso a seguir. gracias.

mi pregunta es acerca de que subí el modulo 3.0.2 para webpay descargado de este link http://www.transbankdevelopers.cl/plugin/webpay/soap/prestashop para una tienda prestashop en el momento de subir el modulo en mi tienda de prestashop presenta este error , tengo isntalada la version prestashop 1.7.3.3 Lanzada el 25 Mayo 2018 de prestashop. Hola buenos días a toda la comunidad, mi asunto es el siguiente: Estoy utilizando el modulo de pagos de transbank "webpay" y tengo instalado el modulo de "emailalerts" de prestashop. Cuando el cliente anula la compra en el formulario de webpay se envía al administrador el documento de detalle de pedido, quisiera que no se envie cuando el estado de pedido sea "Cancelado". Muchas gracias por su ayuda y espero me puedan orientar a resolver esta cuestión.

Estimados, Necesito agregar una imagen con vínculo al final del método de pago Cheque. Mi idea fue utilizar este medio para realizar pagos por Webpay, de tal forma que después de confirmar me aparezca la imagen correspondiente a Webpay. Seguidamente ésta imagen me envíe al portal de pago. Intente meter mano el los php de cheque, pero la verdad no entiendo mucho y no pude. intente utilizar el módulo "Universal Payment Module" pero al parecer no funciona con la versión 1.6. Alguien que me ilumine. Gracias !

Link: Webpay en Prestashop Descripción: Tiempo 2 semanas, pero antes el cliente debe hacer todo el tramite con Transbank, ellos les pasaran un kit de instalación y un número de tienda, ahora están pasando la versión 6.0 ( yo lo tengo para Windows y Linux) Las tareas a realizar de mi parte son para la integración son: 1º Integración del Kit de Webpay al hosting (dedicado o masivo, Linux o Windows) 2º Integración de Webpay a su sistema actual ( método de pago nuevo y confirmación de pedido automático) 3º Pruebas de Transacción exitosas y fracasadas en sitio de prueba 4º Certificación con el contacto Webpay ( ellos generaran pruebas de ataque al sitio y revisaran si existen vulnerabilidades en el código) 5º Pasar a producción (generación de llaves (SSL) en tienda y instalación de estas en el sitio de producción Panel de log de transacciones: Permite visualizar los LOG generados en el hosting correspondiente a cualquier transacción realizada desde la tienda hacia Webpay, se accede desde el administrador sirve como medida adicional para verificar los pagos, si se genera un código de autorización significa que el pago fue aceptado por transbank.
