Depuis quelques jours, le logo de mon site n'apparait plus sur les factures, ni d'ailleurs sur les bons de livraisons. J'ai bien sûr vérifié dans Thèmes et logos. Par contre, quand je reçois les commandes dans ma boite mails, j'ai bien mon logo. J'ai vidé mon cache var/cache/prod, dev et page cache (c'est un cache supplémentaire) Que faut-il que je fasse ? Merci pour vos réponses

J'ai un souci avec un site "simplesite.com" Le mois dernier, il est venu +de 200 fois et je m'aperçois qu'il cherche à hacker mon site, vu le nombre de requêtes en 404. J'ai essayé pleins de chose, mais il est de nouveau là.😒 Merci par avance pour votre aide

Hello to all the community, we have the following needs: to have several warehouses (1, 2, 3) 1 --> PrestaShop 2 --> Amazon 3 --> eBay Warehouse 1 sends the stocks to the e-commerce site warehouse 2 sends the stocks to Amazon (using the appropriate module) warehouse 3 sends the stocks to eBay (using the appropriate module) warehouses 1, 2, 3 obviously receive the stocks of magazines a, b, c from the management software used by the company. J'ai depuis quelques jours des déconnexions quand je clique sur une fonctionnalité dans mon B.O. Cela arrive en moyenne 3/5 fois. Ma session se termine et je me retrouve devant la fenêtre de connexion, j'ai beau cocher la case "Rester connecté" Mais ça ne marche pas. J'ai du coup vidé mon cache navigateur, changé de navigateur, mis en navigation privée… Rien ne change J'en ai parlé avec le développeur du module "Page Cache Ultimate" Il m'a dit que ce n'est pas dû à son module. Il est possible que le module "PageSpeed" ajoute la ligne "ExpiresDefault" dans le fichier .htaccess. Mais je n'ai pas de module "Pagespeed" et encore moins cette fameuse ligne. J'en ai parlé avec une personne de mon serveur, alors eux, ils ne se mouillent pas, ils me disent qu'il faut voir tous mes modules en les désactivant un par un. Y a-t-il quelqu'un à qui ce problème est arrivé et qui l'a résolu ? PS: La couleur bleu ciel des boutons et autres sur le forum, n'est pas des plus lisible

Je suis sous prestashop 1.7.6.5 - Mon theme est warehouse - Mon site : www.creermongateau.com Bonjour à tous. J'ai un problème sur mon site. J'ai rajouté le module "Produit dans la meme categorie" en bas de mes pages produits. Mais j'ai un problème d'affichage. C'est a dire qu'il n'y a que le premier produit qui est nommé et ou le prix apparait. Les autres produits il n'y a que les photos qui apparaissent. Je ne trouve pas la solution. Est ce que quelqu'un peut m'aider ? merci

I am sending GET request and receiveing empty data. 'api/stocks' doesn't return anything, despite having multiple products in 'warehouse' tab (photo in polish). What are requirements for products to make them display, when sending request to 'api/stocks'? I have already browsed through documentation and didn't find anything. I'm authenticating correctly.

Hi, Need advices: I hesitate between the Warehouse and Alysum theme for my shop. I have had Panda theme for quite a while it is full of functionality but I find it way too complicated and time consuming for a newbie like me, I spend too much time figuring out how to tweak things. I had think about Warehouse because of Elementor and this facility to modify the pages etc ... but I hesitate with Alysum because Warehouse does not have a lot of updates per year, is Alysum as complex as Panda ? I'm a little confused, looking for something easily editable without searching for hours and hours ... not too heavy for SEO and page speed. Thank you for yours advice

Bonjour, J'ai besoin d'aide pour mon site, j'essaye de mettre en place les onglets sur ma fiche produit (description, détails du produits..) mais sur le front les onglets se mettent en ligne les uns en dessous des autres. Ciao a tutti, ho installato PS 1.7.6. Sulla barra del menu ho messo tutte le categorie dello shop. Il mio cliente vorrebbe avere un altro link "Tutti i prodotti". Cliccando su questo link vorrebbe che si visualizzassero tutti i prodotti di diverse categorie. Come organizzazione categorie ho messo HOME -> categoria1 , categoria2 , etc. Ha senso fare un link "tutti i prodotti"? Come la posso fare? Il tema del mio cliente è "Warehouse" Grazie Gabriele

Tengo un duda con respecto a la tienda ya que me han solicitado que cuando un usuario se registre e inicie sección el contenido del la pagina de inicio de la tienda cambie mostrando nuevas categorías y productos no solo en el menú sino también en toda la parte del body del la pagina de inicio. Lo único que he pensado es que fuera con java para realizar el cambio pero como no se mucho de código realmente no se como realizarlo. Estoy trabajando con prestashop 1.7 y con la plantilla warehouse, si alguien tiene alguna idea de hacer que el contenido de pagina de inicio cambie cuando se registre un cliente se los agradecería mucho. -
Hi I've recently updated the PS to the last version 1.7.7.2 and warehouse theme to latest version 4.4.2 and I could say that both updates were fine, however after updating I detected a strange issue regarding images on carousels. For example at the bottom of product page it should appear the "cross selling products", as you could see the product image is empty. https://www.farmaciacormanas.com/sensible-especificos/989173-bioderma-sensibio-ligera-40ml.html I have look for some fixes and I have done this: clear cache regenerate images delete .htaccess (via ftp) deactivate/activate friendly URL (that regenerates .htaccess) Unfortunately nothing fixed the issue... ☹️ (The theme support doesn't answer) please could anybody help me? Hey guys! I got a problem with my Product images. They all get 404 Errors and the links look strange: This what the src looks like just in case you can't find it in the screenshot: https://oetscher.local.siwa.vpn/4895-home_default/.jpg Even enabling and Disabling the SEO-Urls doesn't help, it worked bevore than i activated the urls at one point and this happened. The Products get imported by a custom importer. The part which imports the pictures looks like this: try{ $product->addToCategories($categoryIDs); productImageImport($product->id, $imagename, true); }catch (Exception $e){ var_dump($e->getMessage()); var_dump("at"); var_dump($line[12]); } Errors were not thrown. To Assign my Images to certain variants i just write into the database itself: foreach ($combinationImageIds as $combinationImageId){ if (is_numeric($combinationImageId)){ Db::getInstance()->insert( 'product_attribute_image', array( 'id_product_attribute' => $productAttributeId, 'id_image' => $combinationImageId ) ); } } When enable debug mode this page is shown: I really need your help asap. Hello! I have a problem with my prestashop 1.7.7.0. I have multiple warehouses and shipping option for all warehouses. The problem is that on checkout it only shows the second one, not both shipping methods. That is a problem, because the shipping price is not same on the warehouses and also, because they come from different places, the shipping time is different. Shipping price is correct in the checkout, but it only shows the last shipping option there. It should show every shipping method, because the packages are delivered from different places with different shipping times. Any way to solve this without a million dollar module?

Hola Buenas tardes, tengo varias dudas con respecto a este tema, ya que la estoy usando con una multitienda y dice que tiene todos estos complementos internos son estos puntos compatibles para implementarlos en una multitienda tales como login con facebook, configuración de cookies, y compartir los productos con varias plataformas sociales a la vez el poder usar este tipo de navegación dentro de la pagina de producto quien me pueda facilitar información o tenga una multitienda con este tema. de antemano muchas gracias!!

Hi there! I'm having quite some problem in translating titles in checkout steps. I'm using Warehouse theme v 4.2.1. I searched for the string in Control Panel > International > Theme Translation > Warehouse, but no way to find it under any domain... I'm trying to translate the title for step 1 "Personal Information" here: https://www.laboralkutxadenda.com/eu/order If I'm right, TPL file is located in \www\themes\[MYTHEME]\templates\checkout\_partials\steps\checkout-step.tpl But the string looks like is not suitable for translation: <span class="step-number">{$position}</span> {$title} Any idea on how to get this string tranlsated? Hola, soy nuevo en el mundo del prestashop, y tengo (al parecer) un problema de configuracion, el cual no logro resolver. al intentar abrir el modulo iqitelementor que viene con la plantilla warehouse, me envia el siguiente mensaje (imagen), el cual no me deja desplegar la pantalla elementor para realizar las modificaciones a la pagina web, el tema es que he hecho todas las modificaciones que creo deberian realizarse para solucionar el problema, como agregar ip asociada, activar la pagina de mantencion, pero nada me funciona. Favor su ayuda... saludos.

Buenos días, Os comparto el error que llevo arrastrando varias semanas y que todavía no he dado con la solución a ver si alguien puede orientarme algo... El problema que tengo es que cuando entro en la parte de edición de páginas dentro del backoffice, no me carga el iqitelementor, sale lo siguiente: Este error solo sucede en las páginas CMS, ya que en la parte del blog, en la página home, o incluso en los productos, sí se me cargan los javascript necesarios para que cargue el módulo. Cuando abro la consola javascript de chrome, me salta el siguiente error: Y si analizo el codigo fuente de la página veo que faltan los includes de javascript. A ver si alguien que tenga un conocimiento mayor de como se cargan las páginas en prestashop pudiera echarme una mano. PD. no lo he comentado, pero el frontoffice sí va perfectamente de estas páginas. Por ejemplo: https://www.turronartesano.com/es/content/postres-con-turron Gracias de antemano, Un saludo.

Bonjour, depuis quelques temps j'ai des spams de clients virtuels. L'adresse IP, n'est pas la même mais la façon de faire est identique. Je n'arrive pas à m'en débarrasser. Je suis sur la version 1.7.6.7 de Prestashop et utilise le Thème "Warehouse" Mon site: https://locomotif-shop.com/ Sur le fichier joint j'ai quelques exemples de "clients". J 'en ai déjà supprimé au moins un trentaines. Je ne vois pas le but de la manœuvre, mis a part de me remplir ma base de donnée ....??

Hi I'm using PS 1.7.6.4 with warehouse template. I need to insert some code to track the prestashop pages on Google Analytics and also for google adwords. The codes must be insert on the header of all pages... For google analytics I'm using the native prestashop module, however in case of google adword there is no native module for prestashop. So I was trying to use an alternative module to insert HTML code such as this one: Unfortunately it doesnt seem to work... Does anybody know a free module to solve the problem? 😅 thanks in advance!

Hi, I'm using the Warehouse template on Prestashop 1.7.6 but would like to add a "Read more" button to the category descriptions. In 1.6 this was standard but for some reason it's not available anymore. Any advice? Jurgen

Ciao non riesco ad aggiornare la versione di warehouse. PS 1.7.5.1 Warehouse 4.2.1 ho l'avviso che mi dice la versione è obsoleta, e la più recente è la 4.3.2. Scarico l'aggiornamento da themeforest. tra le cartelle vedo updates e aprendo varie cartelle dei vari aggiornamenti di cui l'ultimo è da 4.2.1 to 4.2.2. Apro file zilla, aggiornato, e la cartella è diventata 4.1.7 to 4.2.2. trasferisco su sito. trasferimenti ok ricontrollo la versione nel sito e niente è sempre la 4.2.1 Cosa sto sbagliando? grazie
