Hi everyone, As title says, sometimes adding to cart does nothing - not even a pop up window with confirmation of it opens up. I sometimes manage to test-buy something with newly created users, but after that order buying from that user doesn't work anymore. Can't buy anything with unregistered users either. Tried everything basic - cleaning cache, cookies, etc. Also tried incrementing AUTO_INCREMENT value in ps_cart (answer written here https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/392573-solved-empty-cart-problem-1609). Doesn't change anything. Shop url is http://www.avesa.lt/ ( if you test it, try buying something from section 'Perkamiausi' under 'Populiariausi Pasiūlymai' ). Theme is called 'Wiser Pets Store Template' I'm at my wit's end here guys, will appreciate any help. EDIT: The debug mode on the site is always turned on, because whenever I turn it off, Back Office crashes and becomes unavailable. Could the main problem be related to that? -
Salve a tutti, 😓 ho letto varie discussione a riguardo della modifica del footer nei template di default di prestashop ma non sono riuscito a trovare una risposta esaustiva quindi per favore AIUTATEMI ! la mia situazione è questa: vorrei modificare le voci che si trovano in "ASSISTENZA" e "SERVIZI CLIENTI" (guarda foto) da come ho capito queste voci non fanno parte del footer poiche prestashop fa una divisione che ancora non mi è ben chiara e il footer per prestashop è praticamento dova sta scritto "PRODOTTI" ecc che tra l altro sono formattati alla buona, la mia domanda adesso è QUALCUNO PER CASO SA SPIEGARMI COME MODIFICARE DIRETTAMENTE DAL BACKOFFICE (QUINDI SENZA AGIRE SUI CODICI HTML,CSS ecc) QUELLA SEZIONE DOVE SI TROVANO ASSISTENZA E SERVIZI CLIENTI CHE PER ME è IL FOOTER MA PER PRESTASHOP NO! PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Boas, Estou a tentar achar uma maneira de colocar os fornecedores de uma loja a registarem os próprios produtos e a ficarem com acesso apenas aos que criaram. Isto é possível de ser feito usando a gestão de permissões do Prestashop ou é preciso usar um qualquer módulo ou simplesmente não dá para fazer? É que já andei a tentar perceber como fazer e não consegui chegar a grandes conclusões... Obrigado -

Good morning everyone. I am starting with prestashop and I have a doubt. I would like to create a module, whose functionalities would be to display the categories (right panel), if you click on a category would show the products of that category (central panel) and your pulse the product would be added to my cart-fixed (Panel on the left) . This would simulate a kind of ticket. My idea is that if a user registered with a role "Role A" logs on, he would be shown the normal Home view of the Prestashop e-comerce page. But if you register a user with "Rol B" login. I would just show you the view of the module I created. 1. I would like to know if this logic is possible 2. If someone could guide me how to do it, since in the documentation and on the internet I find no references to this At the moment I have already created my module, whose view shows some of what I described above. I only show all the products and all categories by making a query directly to the database of prestashop and then show it in the view (.tpl). Another question I have, is how I can occupy the entire width of the screen. hello there, sorry for rhe tricky title.. btw.. I'm trying to figure out how to use multistore features but in the same URL. I try to explain better: There is only one url, and from the external the site should be appear as a single store. I have different users (respectively related to their physical stores) which have to upload their products, sharing the same frontend, pages, categories, etc... with the other stores. The goal is to set store related permissions to the users in order to let them read/write (and see ) only their products in the backoffice. Is there a way to do that without going deep in prestashop coding? Any help, suggestion, workaround would be very appreciated. Thanks in advance, Andrea

Hi there, I'm using several groups for my users. Some user groups have a discount for the available products. In the admin I always have to asign a user to a specific group. Does Prestashop has a function or a module to automatically asign a user to a user group when using a specific e-mailaddress? For example: There are 3 groups like group1, group2 and group3 and a user registrate with a e-mail acount [email protected], he should be automatically added to group1. Is there a tweak for it?

When you go to the website, the header contains options to login or register along with some other options. However once you login, the login and register links still show up. I'd really appreciate some guidance regarding this as I've tried searching the forums but couldn't find anything related to this. Thank you.

ENGLISH Hello, I've installed and configured my store with PS 1.6.0.9 and I noticed a critical bug that is making me crazy: the shop doesn't send e-mails to users for new registration and/or order confirmation. I don't find a solution. Anyone else has or had the same problem? My hosting provider is OVH ITALIANO Salve a tutti! Ho installato e configurato correttamente Prestashop 1.6.0.9 per il mio store, ma un bug mi sta mandando al manicomio: lo shop non invià nè le e-mail di conferma della registrazione, nè qualsiasi altra e-mail compresa quella della conferma dell'ordine ai clienti. Non riesco a trovare una soluzione, forse c'entra il mio provider che è OVH. Qualcuno si è trovato o si trova nella stessa situazione?! Grazie in anticipo -
Hi. I have interesting problem with Prestashop 1.6.0.9 back-end. We have various system admins that modifies and edits product information. If admin 1 generates new product with images, one of admins can't see product images of generated products in back-end. But if that admin 2 generates product him self, he sees images on back-end. Environment that this "problem admin" has, is Windows Vista and Chome browser. We have tried everything, with cache on and off, and nothing seems to work. Any advice? www.shoproom.fi This a shop that should be published in two weeks. Thanks

Ciao, dovrei realizzare un ecommerce che in base al gruppo di utenti dovrebbe mostrare diverse caratteristiche dello stesso prodotto, mi spiego meglio: Nel caso specifico si tratta di un negozio di calzature che vende sia ai privati che ai rivenditori, il mio problema è quello di differire gli attributi dei prodotti in base a queste 2 tipologie di utenti, i colori per esempio, i privati devono vedere tutti quelli disponibili, i rivenditori invece ne devono vedere solo 2 o 3 perchè acquistano in confezoni assortite. Per differire gli utenti, vorrei utilizzare i gruppi di Prestashop, ma vedo che non è possibile associare gli attributi ai gruppi di utenti. Esiste una soluzione? un plugin per esempio. grazie -
Good morning, I work for an italian haberdashery taking care of their online shop. I built for them an online shop made with Joomla Virtuemart with no expenses. I have spent many years working on it, adding thousands of products and customizing it. But now I was starting to consider to switch to Prestashop because joomla is causing me different problems and maybe Prestashop can add something to it. But there is a doubt that blocks me for taking the final decision: In our Virtuemart shop we have about 1000 users who signed in these years and about 9000 products and I can't do this migration except if it is possible to move all of them to Prestashop. I know there are some ways to do it paying an external action, but they're usually too expansive and my agency is not having a good moment economically (with virtuemart we never spent any money)... So I was wondering if there is some free tool or method to do this in an automatic way, because It would need too much to add all the products one by one. So these are my doubts: Is there a way to export my Virtuemart users to Prestashop for free? how can I do it? And Is there a way to fastly move my Virtuemart products, categories and pictures with free tools? If it's not possible to do it for free, what's the best and cheapest service? Tengo un problema muy serio ahora mismo en mis dos paginas donde una vez el usuario hace un log in, permanece logeado en la pagina , siempre y cuando no haga click en un produccto. Todas las paginas tienen friendly url y no acaban en .html menos las paginas de producto que tienen html . Me pregunto si eso tiene algo que ver. Por favor intenten logarse con estos credenciales como cliente y veran que podran estar logeados navegando por toda la pagina y se hara un log out forzado si se hace click en un producto. Hello, this is the first topic I open in these forums. I want to ask for help, or guidance on how to make it possible to integrate Wordpress and PrestShop in a way where a PrestaShop client can also post commentaries on the Wordpress site? I am not sufficiently technically savy, nor have enough experience with PrestaShop yet. Googling gives me the result of a module and plugin for Prestashop, but which is poorly reviewed. Anyone got any tips? Anyone here has done this before? I apologize if this doesn't fit in this sub-forum, couldn't find a better place.
