Hi everyone, I just wanted to upgrade all my modules. Among them the "Customs Text Blocks" - module. This returned the following error: "Error! Exception thrown by module ps_customtext on upgrade. This file does not seem to be a valid module zip." I then tried to download it from git and move it manually into my module folder (as suggested here: https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/900121-error-on-upgrading-custom-text-blocks/ ). However, it returned the same error. Then I removed the module in order to re-install it via BO->module&services. When trying to Customs Text Blocks (V. 3.0.0) it returns: "Error! Cannot install module ps_customtext. The version of your module is not compliant with your PrestaShop version." What could case this error? I am grateful for any hints or suggestions!

Hi Lovely People, Just having a MASSIVE issue with no Carriers showing up during Checkout, after an auto-upgrade to 1.6.1.8. This is causing major problems for my Client's store, because no Customers can make Orders. Whenever a Customer gets to the Carriers screen, they always get the "No Carriers Available" message. I can confirm this is a Multi-Store setup, but only one store in the Multi is Live at the moment. I have reset all the Carriers, Zones, States, Countries, Cart & Tax Rules in the BO. I have also checked all of the dB tables relating to these things too. Both the pre-Multistore Tables and post-Multistore setup tables (ie. xx_carrier & xx_carrier_shop). If anyone can please please provide any ideas or steps to try next, that would be fantastic Thankyou kindly to any such legends in advance! haha Best Regards, Bespoke IT P.S. Hi all, I have been working on a webstore through PrestaShop over the past few months and am really enjoying it (look forward to going live once I get a few things figured out). I was experiencing some issues with PayPal and when I saw an upgrade was available for PrestaShop I thought "cool! maybe this will help fix my issue!"... well now I can't upgrade. I have Installed and tried to use the 1-Click Upgrade in PrestaShop. When I click on it from Advanced Parameters the browser thinks for a bit and then just brings me to a blank, white page. It essentially crashes and I have to re-login to PrestaShop. I have also downloaded the file, uploaded it using Filezilla, and have attempted to Upgrade in the same fashion I installed originally (new subdomain) but I can get as far as to Accept the Terms and Agreement before it also gives me the white blank page and I have to re-direct to the beginning. When I first Installed PrestaShop on my server it took me 3 or 4 tries before it would stop failing in the process, to fix it I just un-installed all the files and then re-uploaded them (took several days). And I have tried this again this time around, I have tried to re-upload the file about 3 times now - gave up for 2 weeks and tried again today... same results. I have also tried using both Firefox and Internet Explorer browsers (fully updated). I have tried multiple computers, I have also tried turning off my anti-virus just in case that was blocking somthing somehow. I have a feeling I am just missing something. Any insight, tips, or advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

I have just upgrades from v1.3 to 1.4.7 (and got a new theme for this version) and I have the following issues when I click on any product like http://www.magicbypost.co.uk/en/money-magic/558-crazy-coin-funnel.html 1. I get an error message that states either 'stack overflow at line 22' or 'out of memory at line 24' 2. The catergories are not listed like they are at the home page. The theme developer has told be that I have a Javascript error. Please see attached file and that my categories block module does look different from the original PrestaShop module. I have copied my old modules directory from my previous version of prestshop that worked without issue. Does anyone know how I can resolve these issues please? Thanks

Hi, Am very stuck with this one. After upgrading to v1.4 when in Appearance it just says Tab cannot be found. Have tried every solution I can find but to no avail. The solution seems to be - there are some issues about the table ps_tab and ps_access. My table ps_tab didn't contains two tabs: 87 and 88. I added them. Then I needed to add directly in the db the rights about tab 87 and 88 (TabHome) for each user profile already defined.Maybe the update process is not considerering counties and tabhome. By jacky75 on 2011-03-18 12:52:31 or The class to specify is "AdminAppearance.php", you can also add it manualy in the database (tables ps_tab & ps_tab_lang) but it's more dangerous. Don't really understand what either of these mean unfortunately. Am not particularly technical but have been able to get this far. Have tried every type of re-install numerous times but every time I up load my data base the appearance Tab dissappears. Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks.
