Hi Guys I am using prestashop 1.6.7 . For upgrade to 1.6.1.24 when using the one click upgrade module show me a tips that you are using the latest version of PrestaShop and does not show the upgrade button. I noticed that the PrestaShop version was written incorrectly in the config-inc.php file and I modified it to 1.6.1.17 The upgrade button was displayed. Then I clicked the upgrade button to 1.6.1.24 and the upgrade was incomplete. In the database upgrade step, an error occurred that you are using the latest version 1.6.7. I tried several times but it did not work, thank you for your help.

Hello I am doing a manual upgrading to version fra 1.7.4.3 to 1.7.6 following the instruction here: https://devdocs.prestashop.com/1.7/basics/keeping-up-to-date/upgrade/ When I am running the https://<my store>/install/upgrade/upgrade.php from my web browser I got the following error: This page contains the following errors: error on line 3 at column 1: Extra content at the end of the document Below is a rendering of the page up to the first error. Any clue what this could be ???? I got a complete backup of files and database so I am fine but wonder about this error. I don't find much about it in the manual. Thanks Petter

Last night I decided to update from 1.6.1.20 to 1.6.1.24 using the 1-click upgrade module. After upgrading to 1.6.1.24 without any error I returned to production. Everything worked fine until I tried to open the modules page getting this error. The site was working perfectly fine before upgrading. No modules were added after the update. Cache was cleared both manually and automatically. Turned the prestashop debug option "ON" but no error is returned other than the one shown below.The configuration page shows no errors (required parameters and optional parameters OK). MySQL version is 5.7.22. Server version is Apache/2.4.7 and PHP is 7.0.33-1+ubuntu14.04.1+deb.sury.org+1 I am quite concerned, since this one is a production site. Can anyone please provide any guidance on how to resolve this ? Hi, Yesterday I tried to update my prestashop 1.6.1.19 to 1.7.5.0. I did not succeed. I used the 1-Click Upgrade module. All checklist was green. Version comparison: PrestaShop Original version: 171 file modifications have been detected, including 101 from core and native modules: Differences between versions: 1761 files will be modified, 1420 files will be deleted (if they are found). Only a blank page appeared, same when I wanted to access the admin page. So I enabled the debuger mode and this is what occurred: I tried the whole process one more time with PS cleaning "Functional integrity constraints - Check and Fix" and "Database cleaning - Clean and Optimize" with PS cleaner module before the upgrade but it did not solve my problem. Do you have any solution for this?

We have upgraded from Prestashop 1.6.0.9 to 1.6.1.4. After updating to new version one of our custom module started throwing Fatal Error. I have attached the screenshot of the error. We have defined this constant in the classes/pdf/PDF.php file. I am not able to trace the error as it was working previously. Any help or reference will be appreciated.

Hello After upgrading my site I can't access any pages and get the following error message: Table 'prestashop_4.prstshp_smarty_last_flush' doesn't exist I've checked my database and it indeed does not exist, but I don't know what to do about it? Would really appreciate any advice. Scott

Hi 1) Last time i did an upgrade from 1.6.0 to 1.6.0.8 i lost most of the changes i had made in the default theme. Meaning my personal changes. Will this happen again if I upgrade to the new version? 2) After last upgrade, the add to cart button on the front site stopped working. Strangely it work if you right click and choose open in a new window Any help? 3) When a product is on or out of stock the green and orange colour works fine. Hi, i use one click upgrade module with one of my store, and it's work well from 1.4.9 to 1.4.11 and after to 1.5.6.2. Now i try to upgrade my second shop, from 1.4.9, but i blocked because the upgrade checklist is not complet. You must disable the mobile theme I disable the module, but nothings change. I try to delete the theme, to delete all my themes. I can't pass over. I search in module list, but i can't find anything wrong. How can i resolve my problem? Where is write the mobile themes some code lines? I attached a print screen.

I've decided that after spending 30 hours on chasing bugs resulting from my upgrade attempt that I'm going to start from the ground up with 1.5.5.0 1.5.4.1 had many issues for me, many of them with shipping. One of the items in the changelog for 1.5.5.0 was improved shipping. I've loaded 1.5.5.0 on my test server and haven't encountered the errors that I'm seeing in my upgrade (cart crashes before confirmation) I'll spend tomorrow doing more testing before exporting all of my products and categories from 1.5.4.1 and importing them into 1.5.5.0 - I've noted an additional column in products that I'll set to 0 since I don't track inventory in PS. If anyone has helpful hints or suggestions please feel free to share. ~Jo building fresh install 1.5.5.0
