Hi everyone, I'm looking for an expert advise to edit my cart rules. Client's site is based on the clothes weight. So he would like to offer a free carrier when the total cart weight reach a minimum amount. All the product tpl file have been modified to display the weight and there is a total in the checkout process. However none of the cart rules or modifications in PS back office gives me the option set this kind of discount. Does anybody know how to get this? I'm using warehouse theme on presta 1.7 Best regards -
Hola buenas noches, intenté modificar mi plantilla versión 1.7.6.3, el problema es que al 100% de resolución en pantalla está ok. aparentemente, pero al dar acercamiento de la pantalla, la web se descuadra, el banner del header se amplía y el banner del footer se achica, los productos se descuadran al igual que sus precios...pero la resolución en responsive esta OK Alguien me puede orientar como fijar todo y no desconfigure?? Hi, Just updated the shop from 1.6.2 to 1.7.6.3. I could not acces the BO so found on this forum the solution by deleting and rebuilding the ps_access table. All BO accesible except under the tab: Design/theme&logo the homepage cofiguration tab is not accesable nor the tab personalisation, it gives the red block "acces denied". Uploading themes is working fine, orders, clients, product, all looks fine for now just this theme part. Would be fantastic if someone could help me here. I cant do a whole fresh database as i would loose all products and clients. best regards as attachement a screen print, the red bar isn't good visible but in the source code it is readable "Accès interdit" is it is a french version.

Hi! I need to override theme configurator's template files. According to documentation i've created {MyTheme}/modules/themeconfigurator/views/templates/ admin and hook folders. Now i can override hook templates, but the problem is, that any changes to admin templates have no effects at all. -
Hi I use theme configurator on my current site (www.tulchanonline.co.uk) to display a row of three images on the home page. I'd like, essentially, to duplicate this - that is, to have another row of three images below the first. Any easy ideas on how to implement this? Thanks! Kristian

I i try to upload animated .gif to banners in theme configuration and it says : " An error occurred during the image upload. " Is there any solution ?

PS Version - 1.6.0.9 Theme - Default Bootstrap 1.0 Website - www.totalfancydress.com ----- Searched and searched for this but can't seem to find an answer. On the Homepage, I'm already using the Theme Configurator above my Featured/New/Bestsellers product tabs to display 3 boxes. I would also like to use it under my Featured/New/Bestsellers product tabs because it looks a bit odd at the moment. Directly below the products, is the footer. I'd like to place something there to break it up a bit. But I'm unable to place anything there. My 'Theme Configurator' and 'HTMLBox' modules are hooked into the right places but I can't move them in Live Edit to where I want them. I get the dreaded red instead of green! Ideally (if it's possible), I'd like to place content the full width of the page underneath the Featured/New/Bestsellers because I feel if I just place a few more boxes there, it would leave a large white space in the left column. Any ideas? -
Hi Guys I've added a few images to my home page (home hook) using the Theme Configurator. Problem is, If the images are too small, the white background appears. i need help changing this background as I've changed my store's background from white. I'm using Prestashop 1.6.1.10 -
I'm trying to add an image to the Hook "Top" of the THEME CONFIGURATOR (V.1.1.6). I'm receiving the error "An error occurred during the image upload." Can someone please assist with rectifying this? Thank you -
Hello, I'm using prestashop 1.6.1.4 and trying to change location of 3 banners (theme configurator module), the ones that appear under the "new"/"recommended" products tabs and abover the footer. I want to position them under the slider and the small two banners near it. I tried modifying the index.tpl file, unhooking the module from header hook, and the best I accomplished is now: http://missplanner.pl/sklep - link to the store. I just modified the pictures location from body to top in "theme configuration module" configuration tab. Does anyone has any clue to solve the problem? Best Regards, Maciej

The default theme comes with 5 pictures in the home hook: 3 equal images on the 1st row, and 2 unequal images on the 2 row. How could I change this layout? I am trying to use 4, or 5 images on the same row, but even if I make them very small, they're still displayed on 2 rows. Thank you. -
Hi, I want to increase the numbers the pics at homepage of theme configurator but I dont know how as I am not a coder. By default, there will be 3 pics per line and I would like there will be 4 or 5 pics per line. In addition, when I change the pics, the pics are not aligned properly as shown in attachment. Anyone who can help with this? Thanks Kent

Hello, does anybody know how to organize the order of picts in the home page under the theme configurator home page? I have several picts and when I place them in this module on home page they end up being posted leaving big white blanks... Thank you. -
Hi there, We are currently working on a base bootstrap-theme which was duplicated so we could customize it. We have no problems at all working locally. When we try to make our version work in a different server, all the changes made to the theme configurator and slider modules are gone. We can only see the changes we made on some tpl files such as header and the ones made in global.css. The modules mentioned above show what it comes as default even when the back-office panel clearly shows the information that we uploaded (curiously, the thumbmails are also missing). - The database was duplicated, so all the tables should remain the same as my local copy. - The images are within their folders. - So far, we couldn't find any issue with the file routes. Anyone facing this problem? Today I checked for updates for the new PS 1.6.0.5 and got this error while trying to upgrade the Theme Configurator.(v.0.7) If you find a solution please let me know. Thanks.

I discovered a bug in the Theme Configurator today. When I add/hook an image in the footer section, all of the links in the footer stop working. If I remove the image the links magically work again. The links are from the following modules hooked in the footer: Categories Block CMS Block Contact Information Block All footer links stop working as soon as I add an image to the footer through the Theme Configurator. I'm using the default theme (a copy of it, but haven't made any changes thus far). http://friendlyavenueshop.com I can't figure out where the code is that's generated by the Theme Configurator. I checked the above-mentioned blocks tpl files, but can't find anything wrong. Any suggestions of where else to look would be appreciated.

Hello Guys, In "Theme Configurator" Module under Hook "home" number "05" image section. Pls help with this, I am getting image resize problem. Image uploaded is perfect in size mentioned below , but on homepage this image gets shrink smaller in size. i tried up reinstalling the module but it doesn’t worked. Image Size: 777px X 142px Image attached for better understanding... Thank You....

Hi, I'm having a major problem with the theme configurator. I cannot edit banners etc. All changes I make to text, URL etc. won't save. I've managed to get the images to display by adding a jpg or png extension via ftp but they have really long files names: eg. http://www.cmsbitz.c...1_hp-banner4png When I try and save changes, the image URL is missing the png or jpg extension and Image Title and Target Link won't save. Can anyone help?

Hi Fellows! I updated from 1.5.4.1 to 1.6.0.8 using the Autoupgrade module, and I've not changed the default-bootstrap theme yet. Actually, I was expecting to use all the features of the new version before digging on the tpl or css files in order to adjust the store's own look. When calling "Display Live Configurator" option, the new window with the front-end and the button with the gears appears OK, but nothing happens when clicking on the floating button. No menu, no waiting icon, no pop-ups... nothing happens. It's the same on IE, Chrome and Firefox, on 3 different laptops. I'm using only firefox because back-end on IE is a complete mess. ¿What's wrong? ¿Any clue? Tnx -
Hi guys, I cant add any image in theme configurator`s home or top hooks. This is my prod site: http://hejkupi.me where banners are ok, but when I upgraded on my test subdomain http://presta.hejkupi.me those images were broken... I tried to re-upload, reset module and set it up from scratch but no matter what I do i got broken image... I also tried reseting, uninstalling and deleting module, clearing cache, installing module again but its the same... BO screenshot Any suggestions? My theme configurator works really well, except when i try to add more than 6 images in the top hook, the images loose the space between them since the first ones are acting correctly, i'm really clueless as to what could be causing this prestashop 1.6.0.6 appreciate any tips or suggestions! thanks!
