Hola, buenas! Lo primero encantado de conoceros y gracias por leerme. Tengo una tienda y imprimo prendas con branding para diferentes clientes. Dispongo de un estocaje de prendas con diferentes tallas y de distintos colores sin personalizar y las voy imprimiendo según demanda. Cada uno de mis clientes tiene su propia página de tienda donde ofrece sus productos ya con su diseño impreso. Lo que quiero conseguir, que no sé si es posible, es poder controlar los stocks de mis prendas según color y talla y relacionarlos con todos los productos personalizados de mis clientes. Me explico mejor con un caso práctico: -Me queda 1 pantalón corto de color negro y talla L en mi almacén para ser personalizado. -El equipo A y el B de fútbol que son mis clientes, ofrecen pantalones con el logo de su club impreso y disponible en negro en tiendas diferentes. -Un socio del club A pide un pantalón negro de la talla L con el logo de su club personalizado. -En mi almacén ya no quedan pantalones negros de talla L y por lo tanto tanto el equipo A como el B deben tener el Stock a 0 de esa talla y color en tiendas diferentes. ¿Es esto posible? Espero haberme explicado bien. Muchas gracias!

Bonjour j'ai une Prestashop 1.6.1.6, je sais que c'est une version obsolète. Mais je l'ai très fortement personnalisé et je ne souhaite pas en changer. Je rencontre un petit problème avec la gestion des packs produits. (je n'utilise aucun module pour ma gestion de stock) Lorsque je créé un pack avec plusieurs articles identiques (par exemple 10 articles Lambdas me permettent de proposer à la vente 1 produit Epsilon à un prix plus avantageux que les 10 articles Lambdas). Le problème que je rencontre se trouve au niveau du stock calculé pour le pack. (par exemple si j'ai 16 articles Lambdas en stock, le stock d'articles Epsilon se met automatiquement à 2, lorsque une page produits est chargée dans le front-office). Finalement le stock généré dans ma bdd pour les packs est l'arrondi sup. Vous imaginez bien que c'est gênant de proposer à la vente 1 pack de plus que ce que je peux réellement fournir. Si une bonne âme a déjà rencontré le problème et trouvé le fichier responsable du calcul du stock de pack? Merci d'avance Yvan

Hola, me gustaría saber si hay alguna manera de no descontar de la cantidad disponible los productos comprados hasta que no se haya hecho el envío. Ahora se descuentan en cuanto se ha confirmado el pedido, incluso si el pago no se ha efectuado. Ejemplo: En nuestra tienda tenemos activada la venta de productos sin stock, entonces, cuando un cliente hace una compra de 20 productos A, y sólo quedan 10, al confirmar el pedido se descuentan 20 de los 10 que teníamos, nos quedarían en cantidad disponible -10. Tendríamos que esperar a recibir ese producto para enviárselo completo. Entonces otro cliente hace un pedido de 10 productos A, pero la cantidad disponible está en -10, aunque en realidad físicamente tenemos 10. Nosotr@s vemos que no hay cantidad disponible y no lo enviamos. En realidad sí que hay 10, lo que pasa es que están reservados por el primer cliente que pidió 20. No sé si me he explicado bien

Hi, I was wondering if it is possible to add columns here in backoffice > customer > details : bought product section. Default it shows the date, product name and amount. I would love to display the product reference in a column and if possible the wholesale price in another column. Would this be possible in relatively simple way? Who is here with a solution? Story behind: The reason for this it would make it really easy to create a customer account that can be used as a "loss of inventory" accounting list. I can simply scan products in my POS, link them to a custom shop customer account and get a detailed overview of products that are thrown away because the are past due date. This would save a lot of time spending in excel and stock management...

Aquí si veis, en la pantalla de búsqueda de productos, aparece que este producto tiene 59 unidades en stock: Sin embargo, si entro en el producto, la suma de las combinaciones ni se acerca: A alguien le ha pasado algo parecido o sabe dónde podría estar el origen del fallo? Hello ! I am having an issue with the "out of stock but orders are allowed" Label. I've check this on the products settings : And now I would like yo apply different texts on products here : Here you can see my "Out of stock but orders are allowed" label filled with : "Montage sous 5 à 10 jours" but on my front-office the message is the regular "Out of stock but orders are allowed" message set in the products setting (so "Commande 3 à 5 jours"). Note that the "In stock" label works and my product display the custom text "Montage sous 3 à 4 jours" when it's in stock, but the other label won't display ! Bonjour à tous, Je viens de m'apercevoir que sous PrestaShop 1.7, il y a une gestion dynamique du stock dès l'ajout du produit par un client dans le panier. Je m'explique, lorsqu'un client ajoute un produit au panier avec un stock de 5, il voit sur la fiche produit 4 articles en stock. Apparemment, ce stock est lié simplement au client en question et n'est pas mis à jour pour tout le monde. Le problème est que lorsque le stock d'un produit est à 1, cela affiche Rupture de stock sur la fiche produit après l'ajout au panier et le client ne sait plus si le produit est en stock ou non.. Qu'en pensez-vous? Une solution? Merci Olivier

Hi to all I have a question regarding showing multiple values of "in stock" products. Right now we sell product with three kinds of availabilities - IN STOCK, IN 14 DAYS, ON REQUEST. All these availability values are now put in "Label when in stock" field of every single product(Quantity tab). In reality (FO) it means, all products availabilities are showing green values and are ok for ordering. But when I turn the stock filter in faceted search, there is no option for stock filtering. I am assuming that this is because Presta sees it all as "IN STOCK" products, which is completely fine to me. However, my customers are not able to filter the products by the availability as I wrote above (IN STOCK, IN 14 DAYS, ON REQUEST). So my question is, if it is there any solution to show the ACTUAL values of "in stock" products, so my customer could see them in the faceted search block (or anywhere else on product list). This would be very useful, because I think many eshops deliver products at different time ranges. Maybe it could be a great module on the top of the product list showing a dropdown menu or radio button for filtering availabilities. Thank you very much for any advice. Andrej

Bonjour, Je suis un webdesigner débutant qui ne connais franchement rien à PrestaShop (formé pour WordPress) et je suis chargé de la veille technique d'un site presta, le client ne reçoit plus les mails d'info concernant les stocks ni à modifier les quantités des articles, il y a un message d'erreur qui l'empêche de les mettre à jour ("Impossible de mettre à jour les paramètres"). Aussi, quand on essaye d'aller dans la page stock de l'onglet catalogue il y a une page blanche. Comment puis-je savoir ce qui fait ça pour pouvoir le résoudre ?

Prestashop version: 1.7.6.8 Php version: 7.3 Low stock checkbox does not send emails. I have configured the mail correctly and tested with the mail alerts module. This one works correctly. However, when checking the box "Send me an email when the quantity is below or equals this level" nothing happens. I have also checked the permissions for the user and they are correct. Is any extra configuration necessary to use this checkbox? Thank you!

Hello, So In the backoffice catalog/products, i'll go into a product and edit the stock, and it says it's worked, and the database shows that it's worked. If I refresh that same page the stock goes back to what it was before, if I open in private browsing or another browser it still says the old number. If I disable CacheApc it shows the correct number. If I reload php-fpm in a terminal it shows the correct number, I believe it's some sort of opcache issue, but if I enable opcache in the php.ini file with CacheApc off it works fine. What am I doing wrong? Thanks

Bonjour à tous, J'aurais besoin de votre aide afin de comprendre comment fonctionne les déclinaisons de produits et la mise à jour de leur stock (notamment dans l'ERP). Pour éviter d'avoir beaucoup de fiches produits dupliquées comme actuellement, j'aI décidé de créer des attributs/declinaisons et d'acheter un module les affichant dans un tableau. Cependant j'ai remarqué que la déclinaison n'était pas lié à la fiche produit et donc n'est pas synchronisé avec le stock du produit en question sur l'ERP. La quantité est-elle à définir manuellement pour chaque déclinaisons ou peut-on automatiser la mise à jour des stocks? (Je suis sur Prestashop 1.6) Merci

Hello, I am looking for a way to remove the price of an item when the stock is zero (unavailable). Purpose : When a product is no more available, I need to keep the product activated on my website because I still want to show it (the product) and I also need the show that the item is unavalable. So on the product page, I set activated = YES My problem : - If the product setting for "Available for sale" is YES Then, the system shows that the product is "Sold", put the cart in grey and does not allow to buy it (which is correct). BUT My problem : it keeps the price on. - If I set the product setting "Available for Sale" to NO + the setting of the price disactivated. Then, everything is removed : -> the Price is removed (this is what I want) -> but also the cart, the availibility status - even unavailable - are removed (I want to keep them!) Problem comes from the fact that when I set a product on "Available for sale", the system automatically activate the price and there is no way to remove it on the screen (it is shown in grey and protected for modification). What I do until now (my temporary solution) I untick the "availability for sales" and the "price". I must then "manually" change the description of the page to show that the item is SOLD (that is not very convenient). I am not satisfied with this temporary solution because it creates a blank on the page when you open a category. I prefer to show a grey (and disactivated) cart button. Hello, I made A/B/C test what CTR will be if customers will get information about stock (fake): A (No stock info just delivery time). 1 - 2 d. delivery. B. In stock left 2 pcs. 1 - 2 d. delivery. C. In stock left 3 pcs. 1 - 2 d. delivery. Result: Conversion Rate (CR) A (Orinigal). CR 2.91% B. CR 3.30% C. CR 3,84% So i'm searching for module which shows fake stock. It can decrease stock according to the time of day. Or some other rule... Any ideas?

Hello, during this month i saw more visitors and more sessions than last year. And that's good. But Orders and order's value are a lot less then last year. And that's not good. 🥲 I would like to understand why so i would like to know how many items there were in stock last year and comparate to the ones selled this year. Is any way how I can know for example: last year in September items in stock in the shop TOTAL X this year in Septermber items in stock in the shop TOTAL Y I hope somebody can help me on that. We have a problem updating the stock quantities using advanced stock management. When updating the stock quantity for a new product the stock quantity in the table ps_stock_available is not updated. Is anyone familiar with this issue? Update: Problem was caused by using an external module to add new products quickly. Some data was not updated correctly (ps_stock.advanced_stock_management was not set to 1, ps_product_shop.advanced_stock_management was not set to 1, ps_stock_available.depends_on_stock was not set to 1). Problem solved.
