Hello, Here is my last module of the year 2022 which will become an essential for you during the year 2023. It will allow you to automatically and regularly backup your PrestaShop store database using a cron task. You can schedule the reception of the archive thus created directly by email. Salut, Voici mon dernier module de l'année 2022 qui deviendra un indispensable pour vous durant l'année 2023. Hello, I am new to Prestashop, and whilst working on my company's website, 1.6.1.1, every time I try to made a change to a CMS page and view, I cannot see the change. It will take hours before I can see the change, although my colleagues are able to see the change on their system. What is the solution to this?

Hi I need your help about a Prestashop 1.6.0.11 Sometimes, when I update a product with "save and stay", the page go to products list and it don't save the changes Sometimes... its works Nothing changed recently : no update, no new module Did you get this bug too? Hello, Upgrading from 1.6 to 1.7 manually I have products and categories imported with Prestashop modules. The products and categories are correctly displayed in admin page but when I update a product with home category added I receive an error update failed without any other message despite Debug is on. All other categories can be added without any problem, only Home is not working. Can somebody help me to debug this behaviour, I am not an expert in PHP, I can do overrides in class product but when I add an alert in the update function, Nothing come out. I cannot go further with my upgrade and I don't know if this is realistic to continue with the version 1.7. Jean-Marie

PS 1.7 Backoffice Product Multistore Checkboxes missing

Hi, I have set up a multistore system (PS 1.7.5.0) In Backoffice at the product edit page (see screenshots), if I am in context "All Shops" there are no checkboxes like in the version 1.6 (see second screenshot) If I save the product page in this context, all individual product setting of all shops will be overwritten. For example: If I would like to set a new products quantity for all shops i have to set every single shop context an save the product. Does anyone know if PrestaShop will get this multishop checkboxes back in an upcoming version? Greetings

Hola. Hemos realizado una migración de Woocommerce a Prestashop 1.7.3 y nos encontramos con que no deja cambiar los productos ni en el back ni en el front. Es como si se hubieran quedado fijos (resumen, descripción e incluso los atributos). Alguien sabe cómo podemos solucionarlo? Gracias de antemano por vuestra ayuda

Hi, Our save button keeps spinning when we open and want to save a product. Hi all, i have seen this one going around a bit but i have not found a fix which works for myself. in image 1 you will see my issue. The version i am running is shown at the top of the admin panel. image 2 is the config screen from within the admin area. Is anyone able to help me fix these buttons please.

I found, that having special simblos in tags, meta tags leads to NOT saving product error. Even more, its not shown as error. Everything is saved, but after refresh - its not showing the updates in product card in admin. It was due to import, but it also showed no error at all. I found, that tags, meta tags, contained: / , . dots, slashes, and , , - blank tags. When I disabled that column import - now product saving works OK. I tried on 1.7.4.2, on 1.7.3. fresh installs. Same bug. Why bug? because while importing - it shows no error for tags, and later on - even debug mode is not showing any errors.

Hello, I have Prestashop 1.7.2.4. I can`t save product in editor. The green acknowledgment appears but when I reload the page, there are old values. I have only circa 230 products and the problem is with products with id lower than 200. I tried to delete some products because I thought that it`s problem with one of them but it didn`t help. Can you help me please with troubleshooting this problem? Thank oyu very much

Hey all, After updating my web-shop from V1.6.0.9 to V1.6.1.1. I had to wait up to 45 second to save or edit a product. Of course when you need to add and or edit allot on your web-shop you just cant sit and wait 45 seconds every time you hit the save button! After allot of searching i founded the solution which turned out i only had to wait 3-4 seconds! So i am going to share the solution(s) i found, so you guys can solve the issue on your prestashop. Make sure to hit the follow button if your in need for a solution First solution (not server related): (Works 100% if your issue is NOT server related) Upgrade your webshop using Prestashop One-Click-Upgrade Select Advanced options and select Channel "* Release candidate" Upgrade your webshop to Prestashop V1.6.1.3 RC1 Your issue should be solved, other while take a look at solution 2 Second Solution (Server related): PHP server issue please upgrade/downgrade to 5.3.30 Or follow the steps mentioned by Labels here Post from Labels: Did this solution work for you? please like this post and or post a message so others can also find it. -
Hi, Im searching for a module which can save the inventory of my catalog and export them in CSV (like Web in Color module, I think its one of the best module to do this). The difference comparing with that module, is that I need to have also the sale price of the products, not just the wholesale inside the module and at the exported CSV. Does anyone know a module which can do this? Im using ps 1.6.1.20 Thank you.

Hello, I know the topic is not new. It was said that chrome doesn't save changes in products, and I was advised to switch to firefox. However firefox doesn't save them as well.

Whenever I save a pack, this error shows up: Warning: array_key_exists(): The first argument should be either a string or an integer in /home/******/public_html/classes/Pack.php on line 49 (this error shows up 3 times, it might be because all our client's packs have 3 products) Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/******/public_html/classes/Pack.php:49) in /home/******/public_html/classes/Tools.php on line 252 I've searched online for this but I can't seem to find anyone with the same problem or similar. I don't really have much more details to this. Line 49 has this: if (!array_key_exists($id_product, self::$cacheIsPack)) { $result = Db::getInstance()->getValue('SELECT COUNT(*) FROM `'._DB_PREFIX_.'pack` WHERE id_product_pack = '.(int)$id_product); self::$cacheIsPack[$id_product] = ($result > 0); } Some help would be extremely appreciated. Buna ziua, Am o problema dupa upgrade facut la versiunea 1.6.1.18. Cand vreau sa editez un produs, butoanele save si save&stay nu sunt funcionale. Apar ca in imaginea atasata. Banuiesc ca ar puetea sa fie din configurarea serverului, dar nu stiu daca este asa. Poate a intampinat si altcineva problema si ma poate ajuta. Multumesc. Intervin cu ceva mai multe detalii. Cei de la hosting mi-au raspuns ca nu este de la configurarea serverului si sa caut in alta parte. Inainte de upgrade am avut versiunea 1.6.1.4 Upgradarea am facut-o dupa ce am inceput sa nu mai pot introduce produse noi din back office. Operatiunea de salvare a produsului ducea la pierderea informatiei introduse. Noul produs nu aparea in catalog. Puteam totusi sa introduc produse folosind inportul csv, dar este destul de incomod si nu este de preferat cand avem de introdus doar cateva produse. Dupa upgrade am avut fenomenul descris mai sus. Am revenit acum la 1.6.1.4, evident cu problemele initiale.Astept orice sfat avizat, ca sa rezolv problema. Multumesc.

estoy desesperado con 2 errores en mi tienda. he intentado quitar modulos. volvi a reinstalar los idiomas intente ver los js. volvi a crear toodos los productos. pero parece que no funciona nada. mis errores salen en la pagina de confirmacion de pedido. uno es el unable to save update quantity y el otro es unable to save carrier ambos lo tipico technical error en detalles error thrown; object Object Text status: parsererror. y es que no se que mas hacer. mi sitio es zentenoshop.com pero para pruebas dev.zentenoshop.com el f12 de chrome no me da ningun error. (si tengo desactivada el ccc para ver los errores.) por favor necesito la ayuuda. -
Hello, I need your help for this. I like to add two buttons in CMS page. One is the link for product and another is the link for the page of CMS. I added two fields for the product link and the cms link in Admin of cms. But the system can’t save those two values after I inputted two IDs of product and cms. I designed to add ID of the product or the CMS page instead of the link. Probably I missed the code a lot, so please help me… I attached the screenshot of front and admin including the added code. Earnestly I want to get the support of two problems: First: the solution that the system can save the values of two new fields. Second: I created new functions to get the ID value of new fields from the data base. Where are these functions supposed to be called from? Thanks!

Hi, today is 10th day, that I have problem with my PS. I was looking for way to repair it lot of hours. Unable to save account details in order checkout. Hi, When I try to save the updates that I'v done it in a category, I click save button but the system doesn't respond, neither return the main screen nor save the updates. If I go out of category the system hasn't saved updates. I'm using Prestashop 1.7.2.4 Kind regards

Hola, En Prestashop 1.7.2.4. Al entrar en una categoria y modificar datos, al clicar en el botón guardar, el sistema no responde. Ni cambia el cursor, ni vuelve a la pantalla principal ni nada. Si sales, no ha guardado absolutamente nada de lo que has modificado.

Buenas tardes, no puedo actualizar los productos porque seguido me sucede esto. No me muestra los botones de guardar entonces antes de modificar algo, debo esperar a que cargue los botones. Adjunto imagen. ¿Alguien sabe como puedo solucionarlo?
