Hi, I am looking for a way to configure certain URLs to mark them as NOINDEX using the Robots Meta Tag: <meta name="robots" content="noindex" /> And all URLs marked as NOINDEX I want to prevent them from being included in the Sitemaps file (sitemap.xml). Because everything that is as NOINDEX, Google does not have to crawl it. And if you crawl it because it is in the Sitemap and has the Meta NOINDEX, you waste Crawl Budget and also generate errors/warnings in Google Search Console. I have not found any module that does this management. Do you know any? My intention is to prevent Google from indexing certain urls: mostly product pages, category pages and brand pages that do not have good content (Thin Content). These are pages that can be useful for when the customer is already on the web, and knows what he is looking for. But on the other hand, they are not good for Google, and can negatively affect the valuation of the entire site, and harm URLs that do have good content. The important thing here is that the module that displays the NOIDEX also manages to remove the URL from the list of URLs in the Sitemap.

  7. Hi, I'm an absolute newbie to PrestaShop. My website (www.farmyummies.co.za) was on PrestaShop 1.7.4.0 before with no issues until one day when I couldn't log in with a 504 Gateway timeout error. Turns out that disabling the Gamification module fixed this error. I attempted to upgrade to PrestaShop 1.7.4.4 but had issues with 1Click, so my hosting provider wiped everything and installed 1.7.4.4 from scratch. Now, everything's there, except that the product images aren't showing, as follows: I tried to delete one product image on the backend and re-uploading it but it's still not showing. But I do have all the images in the backend, as follows: What can I do to fix this without messing with code, etc? Quite urgent as I have a meeting with the big bosses this afternoon and the site needs to be functional by then ..... 😟 Thank you

  15. Hello hello, Petit module Prestashop 1.6 & 1.7 qui permet de disposer de rédactionnel en pied de page des pages catégories. Un truc simple, avec un avantage et un inconvénient. Commençons par l'inconvénient : y'a pas de hooks displayCategoryBottom. En gros, le module affiche du contenu HTML dans le footer sur les pages catégories. Le truc, c'est que le footer, bah c'est pas en bas de la liste des produits, c'est vraiment dans le footer en fait, pas glop :-/. N'importe quel dev avec un minimum de jugeote saura corriger cela sur un site, les modules sur Prestashop Addons auront eux tendance à déplacer le contenu via du javascript (quelle horreur...). Avec un accès FTP & database, faut compter genre 30mn max, et 10mn de moins avec le module Create Hook, easy. L'avantage : du rédactionnel sur vos pages catégories, touuut en bas, comme ça vous avez le minimum légal en contenu SEO, et avec un peu d'huile de coude ou le module Create Hook, vous pouvez corriger l'inconvénient et bossez votre SEO. Un module tout bête, mais qui a comme contrainte les hooks natifs (à moins qu'une idée de génie ne surgisse dans les commentaires ?) Create Hook c'est le lien juste en-dessous en revanche, mais sincèrement c'est jamais qu'une entrée en plus dans une table en database hein 🙂 https://www.team-ever.com/produit/createhook-module-dajout-de-hooks-a-prestashop/ Par contre faut bien afficher le hook sur votre thème, pas comme ces thèmes Leo Machin qui ont même pas de sidebar ou de footer 😛 Dans le module ici présent, le hook est nommé hookDisplayCategoryFooter, donc le hook à créer en database est displayCategoryFooter.   17. Bonjour, Mon site est sous Prestashop 1.7 sur le thème par défaut. J'ai cherché attentivement sur le forum une solution qui réponde à mon besoins, sans succès. J'aimerais publier pour chaque catégorie une description de 350 mots (pour le référencement naturel). Cependant, pour que les produits restent accessibles, je souhaiterais que seulement deux ou trois lignes de cette description soit visible par défaut et qu'un lien, "Lire la suite" par exemple, donne la possibilité aux visiteurs d'afficher et de lire le reste de la description. Un second lien "Masquer" permettrait de rétablir l'affichage initiale. J'imagine que ces modifications doivent s'effectuer dans le fichier category.tpl (themes > classic > templates > catalog > listing >). Cependant, je n'ai malheureusement pas les connaissances requises pour savoir quel code ajouter dans ce fichier et à quel endroit. I've managed to improve a lot, but it's still far from good, especially on mobile. Niby jest możliwość dodania tagów (załączony screenshot), ale to tylko taki ułatwiające wyszukanie produktu w naszej wyszukiwarce sklepowej. Trzeba pobrać jakiś specjalny moduł? Nie mogę takowego znaleźć. Zależy nam na ustawieniu tagów do samych produktów, bo do kategorii znajdują się w panelu ustawień danej kategorii.

Bonjour à tous, Nous avons un module 'AMP' avec notre thème et il serait bien pour l'optimisation mobile Nous sommes en train de créer notre site via Creative Elements, mais il n'est pas super évident d'avoir une même page aussi belle sur PC que sur mobile... Je me demandais : 1. Serait-ce une bonne idée de créer un sous-domaine du type m.gepmiramas.fr (domaine actuel étant gepmiramas.fr) et de créer une copie du site actuel via AMP et non Creative elements? 2. Si nous créons un sous-domaine, c'est considéré comme un deuxieme site internet? Donc un deuxieme dashboard prestashop, donc devoir racheter les modules à usage unique? 3. En terme de SEO, est-ce que tout ça est il une bonne idée également? Ou devons-nous plutôt essayer de créer un site internet responsive pour tout écran en utilisant créative elements et en oubliant le module AMP?
