Qualcuno sa come impostare come "regola carrello" regalare "un prodotto qualsiasi" se si supera un ordine di €50,00, ad esempio. Non mi riferisco a regalare un prodotto specifico impostato da me ma dare la possibilità di acquistare un secondo prodotto gratis se l'ordine supera una specifica cifra. Grazie in anticipo! Diego -
Bonjour, J'ai différentes règles paniers offrant des produits à partir de certains montants, et j'aimerais le signaler par un flag "Offert" sur la ligne des produits en questions dans le panier (au niveau de la photo, à l'image de ce qu'il y a sur le catalogue en cas de promo par exemple). Mais dans le code, je ne vois rien indiquant qu'un produit est offert par rapport à un autre, toutes les lignes semblent contenir le même type d'info. En l'occurence, il existe un $product["is_gift"] quand on parcourt les éléments du $cart, mais c'est à false dans mon cas de figure. Est-ce que qq'un sait comment faire ? Merci ! -
Hello, For a future site on Prestashop 1.7.6.7, I want the urls of the product page to include a combination name. The route to the product currently in place ({id} {-: id_product_attribute} - {rewrite} {-: ean13} .html) allows to display the id of the combination with id_product_attribute but I would like to be able to modify this id by slug_product_attribute for example. So for example instead of https://monsite.com/1-168-tshirt-11.html, the url of the product page would be https://monsite.com/1-rougexl-tshirt-11.html. Do you have an idea ? Thanks for your help.

So... I apologize if this is a widely known thing, but I have scoured the prestashop documentation as well as various Internet resources about this and have come up with bupkiss. The issue is that I am trying to resolve is the problem of entering multiple zip codes per county. I have each county's sales tax rate entered in the tax tab and when I go to enter tax rules into the state, I can only enter in one range per county. Now, I realize I could just enter county 1, county 2, etc. to alleviate this, but to be honest, I have so many individual ranges that this would be counterintuitive. Is there perhaps a method of entering in multiple zip codes per tax rule instead of just a single range? Could I put semicolons or commas or something like maybe: "xxxxx-xxxxx; xxxxx; xxxxx-xxxxx"? -
Hi there. I have one cart rule to be used just one for each customer. Once the customer used it the cart show the rule has been registered , but the cart rule still appear in Cart Voucher part... It should not been hide ? even if the higlight option is set to On for that rule. I am using Prestashop 1.6.1. Thanks a lot !

Hi there. I tried to use cart rule on my Prestashop 1.6.1.5 to offer a free gift to my customer who buy some articles. But is there a way (radio button?) for the customer to refuse the free gift? thanks for any help.

Buongiorno, vorrei capire come escludere correttamente una sola cartella dal redirect 301. Mi spiego meglio, ho un sito che tamite redirect nell'.htaccess ho migrato da un indirizzo ad uno nuovo usando un semplice Redirect 301. Vorrei però escludere una sola cartella dalla root in modo dale che digitando l'indirizzo esatto mi sia ancora possibile accedervi, se tutto ciò è possibile.

How can I link a banner to a price rule? The default classic theme, shows a banner with 20% sale. I always thought that was displayed as a result of a sale in the product price rule. But its not. Any ideas how I can make the process more computerised by making the displayed banner, part of the product price rule.

I want to create a shopping cart rule (as opposed to voucher code) that applies a discount when an accessory is bought together with its qualifying product. That's actually easy to do and works OK, but I want the rule to work if the customer buys more than 1 of the qualifying product & accessory pairs. At the moment, if the customer selects a qualifying product and its accessory then the discount is applied. All good. However, if the customer increases the quantity of qualifying products and accessories to 2 of each, then only 1 lot of discount is applied. I want it configured so a discount is applied for every instance of the combination, eg 2x qualifying products plus 2x accessories => 2x discounts applied. I set the Total available for each user to a high value just in case but this made no difference. I'm guessing that the issue is that the discount is set to a fixed value and that Prestashop can only apply that value of discount and not multiples but if anyone knows a way round this then I'd be very grateful. -
Bonjour Je viens d'installer pour la première fois un Prestashop avec le thème de base sur un serveur 1et1 dans un répertoire "boutique" avec un sous domaine qui pointe sur ce répertoire (gestion des sous domaines dans l'espace 1et1) Tout fonctionne normalement et j'ai voulu configurer les urls simplifiées. Hey I have some products that I would like not to be considered in the cart rule. More specific I would like that if they buy one of the excluded products it don’t count in the order total used to calculate discounts, free shipping ect. I have tried to ad following code to the cartrule.php and ad it in the override folder but it does not work. Καληαπέρα σας.. Μετά από ερώτηση πελάτη διαπίστωσα πως σε συγκεκριμένα προϊόντα που έχω κάνει price rules με ποσό έκπτωσης ανα διαφορετικές ποσότητες αντί να εμφανίζετε η τιμή του συνόλου των τεμαχίων μου εμφανίζει ένα αρνητικό αριθμό που είνα το ποσό έκπτωσης. http://stampa-stampa.gr/el/koupes-ektyposi/910-straight-outta-your-text.html Δλδ ..προϊόν με τιμή μονάδας 15€ με φπα έχει κανόνα στα 10 τεμάχια - 2,10 € ανά τεμάχιο . Ο πελάτης στο τεμάχιο βλέπει την σωστή τιμή όμως όταν επιλέγει 10 τεμάχια του εμφανίζει -2,10.€ αντί για 129€ αν προχωρήσει κανονικά σε παραγγελία φαίνεται σωστά η έκπτωση και η νέα τιμή και το σύνολο.. όμως λειτουργεί αρνητικά και αποτρέπει τους πελάτες να κάνουν προσθήκη στο καλάθι. Το έχει συναντ'ησει κάποιος άλλος?

Hello! I'm using prestashop 1.5.6.1, and I have a problem with the cart rules. So what I want: I want to give discounts to the customers after reaching cart values. My values are: -4% after 15.000 HUF -6% after 30.000 HUF -8% after 50.000 HUF I've made the cart rules, and set the priorities (3 for the biggest discount, 1 for the lowest), and made the rules not compatible with each other, but it still gives all the 3 discounts to the customer if he/she reaches 50.000 HUF or the first two if he/she reaches 30.000 HUF. I don't know whats the problem, but I guess a lot of other ppl have the same problem, and I didn't find any threads on the forum about it. -
I have a big issue right now, I cannot edit cart rules. Every time I press on edit, the page sits there loading indefinitely and eventually times out, very occasionally it will load. On the server, it locks up a mysqld thread at 100% permanently and I have to terminate it manually. It was reported here, and then closed without solution or reason: http://forge.prestashop.com/browse/PSCFV-8895 So I reopened (cloned) the issue report here: http://forge.prestashop.com/browse/PSCFV-11460 The assignee for that issue has de-assigned himself now and has not assigned someone else. I cannot find a solution for this anywhere - I just don't know what is going on here and why the issue tracker is being ignored... can anyone offer any help? Many thanks, Simon. -
I am looking to set up a cart rule to give the customer a free gift with every purchase of a certain product. I want the rule to allow multiple gifts for every certain number of that product. Example, for every 2 apples, give a free gift of an orange. Looking through the cart rules documentation, it seems I would need to add infinite rules to allow the following: 2 apples, 1 orange 4 apples, 2 oranges 6 apples, 3 oranges etc Is there a way to do this in vanilla PS? Or do I need a module? -
Hello, I searched the web for an answer, but could not find one. Here is what I am trying to do: An organization wants to raise funds for their event by selling our product, with a percentage going to their cause. They will promote the fundraising with a code that can be entered in the voucher slot of our checkout page. The dilemma is that the price of the product needs to stay the same, the only thing the code they enter in the voucher slot does is add a description to the order saying that a percentage goes to the fundraiser. I tried using a Cart Rule, but it will not allow a code that discounts nothing. If I could leave Actions > Apply a Discount to "none", and the code still work with giving a description in the order, the problem would be solved. Any help would be appreciated! -
Hi! We have a shop set up on 1.5.3.1 and Price Rules is not functioning as it should anymore. We don't know what caused the issue but it might be because of some sloppy programming that was implemented by one of the previously assigned programmers who fixed bugs on the website. problems with Price Rules: -------------------------- 1. The loading time takes ages for opening up already set up cart rules or creating new ones. -------------------------- 2. We can not open our product lists or any other (choose button is not working) -------------------------- 3. In developer mode we get a fatal error at the bottom of the price rule page when opening another rule. Dès que je complète le champ code en BO, la règle disparaît, même si mon panier remplit ma condition (total supérieur à 50€). Si une âme charitable veut bien m'aider -

If I want to place an order I get free shipping. I didn't set that and i don't want this. I searched "free shipping" and i found on orders category "[Generated] CartRule for Free Shipping". What should I do? I can't find anything, the link goes to orders. Oh, and i deleted all the cart rules I had (in case it's the problem there). Thanks, Ioana

I have 3 cart rules in place, as follows: Buy 2 of product A, B or C and get a free gift Buy 4 of product A, B or C and get a free gift Buy 6 of product A, B or C and get a free gift. All are set to highlight, no partial use (not sure if that applies to this type of rule?), 5000 uses. The product selection is used, with the products A, B and C selected. Free gift set in the actions. Now, here is where the fun starts! In the front end, I can add the products, in various orders, and see the cart link (at the top of my page) update and add in the free gift(s) after I add 2, 4 then 6 products (a mix of A,B and C). Now, lets say I add one of Product A form the product page. Then I head to the cart. I update the quantity to 2. A free gift is added! So far, so good. I go back to the product listings, and add one of Product B. I go back to cart, and update this to 3. So now I have 5 products (2 of A, 3 of and 2 free gifts, looking OK so far. Now, I go and add one of Product C to my cart (again this product is in the rule set) and BAM! No free gift! 6 products, from the 3 in the rule set, and only 2 free gifts. There are other ways to trigger this, it seems real flakey and does different things at different times (although the run-through I just gave works perfectly for getting an erroneous cart) Has anyone ever encountered anything like this before? What is the cause of these issues? I am running v1.5.4.0 - I know its a couple of versions behind, but unless an update will guarantee a fix, I need to stay on this version. I'm hoping someone can help me out as this is a pretty big problem I need to be fixed. Thanks!

I have a cart rule set up to allow free shipping for orders over £35.00, that are in the UK. The cart rule is set up correctly, with no coupon code (so it gets added automatically to the cart) and is restricted to just the UK (UK is set up in the BO correctly). The rule works, but only after a user logs in and supplies their address, or creates a new account when ordering and again, supplying their address. This seems correct in how it should work, as Prestashop needs to know where you are. BUT, is there anyway to make Prestashop think that every visitor is in the UK and therefore add the cart rule BEFORE they login/create a new account? My Localization settings all seem correct, but they don't seem to effect anything like this? Presumably because the two are no 100% connected (just because it is a UK shop, doesn't mean you cant order from Europe for example!) I just need to know if it is possible to make this cart rule applicable ass son as you visit the shop? Hey All, I have been trying to create a cart rule that is only valid in certain countries. For example, a coupon code that is only valid between certain dates in a specific country. The date part is simple enough, but for some reason, any ability to restrict countries is no longer present in 1.5.5+ Documentation for earlier versions (1.5.4) had country selection ability in the cart rules, but it seems to have been replaced by the carrier selection rule. I suppose it could work via a carrier selection, but it presents another problem. When you add a cart rule based on carrier, and the user / shopper attempts to check out, they are presented with the coupon code first. If you enter the code, it promptly fails with the following error: "You must choose a carrier before applying this voucher to your order" So, you choose a carrier at the bottom of the checkout page by selecting the option button, and attempt to retry the coupon, the same error presents itself. Even if you update the carrier list, or update the cart, the same error message is displayed. The only way around this is to hit the "Next" button in the checkout process, which appears to write the carrier option to the database, and then go "Back" to the summary to enter the coupon. Then it work, but no user would likely figure this out (nor should they) , and will likely leave / abbandon the cart. Fortunately this is a offline / work in progress store for our company, and I am trying to get all features / necessities working before taking it online to replace our current cart software. Is there something I am missing? A bug? Any help would be appreciated.
