Hello, we have an e-store and 1 physical store to sell shoes. in the RMA function, I added new statuses for which I send a different email if the customer lives near our store or not. I would like the pdf slip to be available for these 2 differents states: "Waiting for return" (state id2, the default one) and "Waiting for store return" (state id7, the new one that I created). I modified the AdminReturnController.php file which I placed in the override/controllers/admin folder. My new email templates are sending well, but the pdf slip is not available on the site for the new id7 status. I can't find the file that determines the default generation of the pdf for status 2. Anyone have an idea? Thank you all,

Hi all: By default, prestashop doesn't send an email notification to shop admin when a customer begins a return proccess. How can I make or activate this option? The mail alerts module don't have it. Thanks in advance. Regards, Roberto

Hola a todos.. A pesar de haber habilitado la opción de devoluciones en mi tienda online, cuando un cliente va a su historial de pedidos no tiene la opción para generar esas devoluciones. Además, cuando intenta acceder a la página de devoluciones, sale un mensaje indicando que no tiene autorización para hacer devoluciones... ¿Alguien sabe a que se puede deber? Estoy utilizando un módulo para verificar el registro de los clientes y aunque en principio no debería afectar a eso, creo que puede venir de ahí el error. ¿Alguna ayuda? Gracias!!

Hello everybody, I couldn't find any help with this issue. I want to use the builtin RMA feature. But when a customer start merchandise return how will I know about it? Is there any indication? Like for example when you receive a new mail from a customer or a new order? Then you can see a new number on the bell. Or at least is it possible to receive an email? Maybe I have just not seen the right option. Does anyone know how to configure it right? Thanks in advance Afri

Hallo an alle, ich baue mir grade einen Prestashop zusammen. Aktuell bastle ich an der RMA-Funktion. Ich frage mich ob es tatsächlich so ist, dass ich keinerlei Benachrichtigung erhalten wenn ein Kunde einen Artikel zurücksenden möchte? Also ich meine den Fall wenn die RMA Funktion aktiv ist und der Kunde in seinem Kundenkonto Artikel auswählt und einen Rücksendeschein beantragt. Ich dachte, der Shop zeigt es evtl. oben bei der Glocke an. Oder, dass man zumindest eine Mail erhält. Oder habe ich eine Einstellung dazu übersehen? Oder muss man tatsächlich immer daran denken unter Warenrücksendungen nachzuschauen um nicht doch eine RMA-Anfrage zu verpassen? Über Rückmeldungen bin ich sehr dankbar.

Buenas tardes, Tengo una tienda online con Prestashop 1.7 y como empresa de transporte MRW. Uso el MRW Carrier (la versión mas nueva) y no soy capaz de sacar las etiquetas de devolución (no la factura de abono) y al parecer el módulo de MRW no tiene modalida de devolución. He estado durante varias semanas intentando hablarlo con Integración de MRW pero sus únicas respuestas respecto al tema son dar largas o contestar con cualquier otra cosa que no tiene que ver con este asunto y son ellos mismos los que requieren de una etiqueta de RMA para el paso a producción para demostrar que la tienda está funcional. Si alguien ha usado alguna vez el MRW Carrier y ha conseguido sacar las etiquetas de RMA estaría muy agradecido si alguien pudiera echarme una mano. Un saludo PD: si hace falta, puedo pasar capturas de pantalla y/o ofrecer mas información.

Open a RMA on prestashop I just can work with the client if we buys an item... Witch is not the case...

Salve a tutti. Volevo se possibile automatizzare la procedura dei resi per il mio sito ecommerce. Non voglio fare pubblicità al altri siti o piattaforme ma cercavo qualcosa stile zalando. In pratica se devi fare un reso vai nella apposita pagina e compili un mini form dove indichi il motivo del reso (cambiato idea, prodotto difettoso, taglia errata, ecc). Poi in n automatico il sistema registra la richiesta e crea un PDF con la bolla da inserire nel pacco e una etichetta con i codici corriere convenzionato da applicare sul pacco. Al momento in prestashop la procedura è un po' complicata e lunga poiché si dovrebbe fare richiesta di reso, attendere l'autorizzazione e nel mio caso aspettare istruzioni per il corriere, una gestione il più possibile automatizzata sarebbe oro. Purtroppo non trovo niente del genere, per caso qualcosa ha suggerimenti, conosce qualche modulo che soddisfi questa richiesta? Grazie.

Hi, As we sell electronics, we get a lot of returns. As by law, we are required to refund the client his money within 14 days without questions when he returns the product. This works fine by using the BO function "Return Products" - a proper order slip is created etc. But (of course there is a but ) in some cases, e.g. when the packaging is missing or the product is damaged we can subtract a certain amount (say 5€ or 10%) of the refunded money. Such a function is kind of available via "Partial Refund" (there you can enter the desired amount to be refunded) though only allowing me to create a voucher for store credit (and nof order slip PDF is generated what we would need). Is there an easy way to "combine" those functions? E.G. make the tick box "Create Credit Slip" available also for the "Partial Refund", not only for "Return Products"? Or do I have to go all the way and code a new extra field in the BO screen where to enter the amount to be subtracted? Thanks for any hint! (And I am surprised that apparently I am the first to have such issue...)

Hi, I was testing out the return process and found out that when the merchandise return status is changed, the customer is sent a notification email. However, in the email, for Message, only the tag {message} is shown. (Please see attached image.) How can I edit this message portion? Would like to be able to provide the customer with details on how to go about doing the return or if it was denied, give an explanation on the reason why. Thanks in advance.

Muy buenas. En pedidos, en la pestaña de Devoluciones de mercancías, haga lo que haga no puedo cambiar el estado de la mercancía de "Pendiente de confirmación" a otro estado, con lo cual no puedo avanzar en el proceso de devolución. Además tampoco puedo cambiar el plazo de devolución ya que siempre me aparece como 7 y no se guarda el nuevo valor. La versión de Prestashop que tengo es 1.6.0.9 Un saludo!

Salve a tutti, mi sono imbattuto in un ulteriore prova di rimborso e mi sono perso di nuovo... Gentilmente qualcuno ha la pazienza di spiegarmi cosa devo fare per essere coretto e fiscalmente corretto!? Spiego... Per fare una prova ho acquistato un oggetto (esempio) di 80€, mi sono applicato uno sconto di -40€ (50%) e mi sono abbonato le SS... Totale avrei dovuto pagare solo 40€ + 0€ SS (Spese di Spedizione) come poi confermato dal carrello. Capiterà di avere prodotti scontati quindi ho simulato una situazione potenzialmente reale... 1ª anomalia: passando a Paypal per il pagamento è cambiata la dicitura del pagamento, segnava 34,10€ + 5,90€ SS... Certo fanno sempre 40€ come prima!! Ma perché il sistema avrebbe ripristinato le SS per poi scontare ulteriormente l'oggetto della stessa cifra?? È normale capita anche con i vostri oppure è un errore?? Se è corretto e mi capita a un cliente come giustifico la cosa?? La cosa ancora più bella che al ritorno da Paypal anche il sito ha mantenuto la stessa dicitura di Paypal (errata), fattura compresa... Ora ho simulato di rendere l'oggetto e ho fatto tutta la procedura di segnalare il pacco consegnato poi come cliente ho fatto richiesta di reso e me la sono approvata! Qui non capisco ancora come procedere senza incasinare fatture e pagamenti... ed qui che vi chiedo aiuto a capire!! Ho provato a fare un "rimborso totale", poiché tecnicamente volevo rendere tutto il pagato quindi ho inserito nell'apposito campo 1 oggetto restituito e poi lo spuntato la voce per rimettere il prodotto in vendita e creare una "nota di credito", non ho spuntato crea buono sconto e includi spese di spedizione... 2° anomalia: a questo punto il sistema mi ha generato una nota di credito ma lo fa sul prezzo totale (80€) e non sul prezzo di acquisto scontato ovvero sui 40€ perché?? Devo usare la procedura "rimborso parziale" e inserire a mano la cifra di acquisto reale (quella scontata)?? Ultima domanda, se io non voglio emettere un buono sconto, ma su richiesta del cliente devo restituirgli una parte dei soldi, cosa devo fare, nel senso come lo segno per essere in regola fiscalmente? L'ultima volta che ho provato (sempre come prova), dopo aver creato una "nota di credito", ho restituito via PayPal la cifra indicata nella nota e poi ho inserito il rimborso sull'ordine, a questo punto il sistema mi segnalava pagamento incompleto. Dovevo fare a meno di registrare il rimborso sull'ordine?? ma è fiscalmente corretto?? non rimane una discrepanza di valori fra entrata e uscita?? Ringrazio anticipatamente per qualsiasi aiuto!!

Hello, I am using Prestashop 1.6. Upon an RMA and after completing the return process and submitting a Refund of the total amount, the dashboard stats are not deducting the refunded amount from the total Sales amount stats. The stock is updated but not the Dashboard stats total amount. Any ideas to fix that? Are there any fixes? Am I missing something? Thank you in advance for your help

Bonjour, Vos idees sont les bienvenues.. Je rencontre un bug/processus incomplet de la reprise de marchandise. Apres une reprise de marchandise (RMA Return Merchandise) et un remboursement total au client (Refund) le tableau de bord indiquant les statistiques des ventes ne se met pas a jour et ne deduit pas le prix des produits retournes (Dashboard Sales total not updating total price after a complete refund) Any ideas? Des idees? Merci

Hi, I have a problem accessing the order details in the front office. I am logged with a customer account and in the 'order history and details' when I open one of the orders and try to view the details, nothing happens. If I can't open the details I cannot make an RMA slip either...that's the goal. Please help! Regards

In BO->Orders->Statuses, I can determine on which orderstatuses an e-mail is sent and on which is not. I would like to same functionality for the return statuses (a little lower on the same page). I can change the name of a return status, but not whether an e-mail is sent or not. Anyone know how to accomplish this or what module I need? Thanks, Cees

For some reason the "Return" checkbox never appears on the frontend of my site in the customers Order History... I have turned on Merchandise Returns in the BO and set the time limit to 60 days.. Any guesses as to what's wrong? Also, the test product is just a standard product, but I've tried it with virtual products as well. See the attached images to confirm what I'm seeing...

Hello, I have enabled Merchandise returns in my BO. I can successfully place an RMA request on the full site. However on the mobile it gives me this error However i dont see a checkbox as on the full site. The textbox available, i have indicated product return quantity. see image below Please anyone has any idea what the problem is? or is it a bug? because i have not touched the files (i think).

Hi, I was wondering if the native 1.6.0.6 RMA module from PS is capable of accepting returns based on warranty time as well as return policy time? I only see the option of setting one return delay? Am I missing something? If this functionality is not included then is their a module that does what I am talking about? Thanks again. Jason

Hi, Is it possible, to go the integrated RMA route, without having the customer to create an own return request? (using latest version) A simple Button "Add merch return" on the RMA page would be great. I've found this (old) thread: http://www.prestasho...lf-of-customer/ It recommends to login as the customer via a module called "SuperUser". But this module doesn't seem to work with 1.5 and it seems to be a complicated route anyway. Any help appreciated. Regards, Martin
