Witam, Problem polega na tym, że po włączeniu "Zaawansowanego zarządzania produktami" (w kartce produktu), na magazynie każdą kombinację trzeba ręcznie dodać a potem usunąć żeby dostać "Ilość - 0", ponieważ bez tego pojawiają się same kreski: 112233 -- -- test -- -- Dowiedziałem się, że kiedy po protu zaznaczę "Chcę używać zaawansowanego zarządzania stanem magazynowym dla tego produktu" to nie generuje się też link w api/stocks/. Dlatego produkt się właśnie nie pojawia na magazynie jako "aktywny". Czy istnieje jakiś szybki sposób zainicjować wszystkie kombinacje wybranego produktu? Żeby, powiedzmy, po włączeniu "Zaawansowanego zarządzania produktami" na magazynie pojawiły się zerowe ilości zamiast kresek? Korzystam z API na PS 1.6.

The "Sort By" function on the category page has stopped working. I can still change the number of items displayed, and the page will reload with the correct number of products displayed, but changing e.g. from "Price: Lowest First" to "In Stock First" has no effect. Has anybody else experienced this? I've searched the forums and can't find anything specific to 1.6. There's these two queries relating to 1.7, but I haven't (AFAIK!) changed anything to do with Faceted search (does that even exist on 1.6?) so I don't believe they're relevant.

Hi, I want to log the errors if there is an issue in communication with the database after successful connectivity in PS 1.6. So anyone can suggest how I can do that? If I'll use MySQL Cluster and my DB connection is established successfully but there is some issue in MySQL Cluster and My Website is down so how I can get the logs for it?

Hello everyone! I was asked to check one interesting issue in PS_1.6.1.17 store: in ps_order_detail table for one order some products have id_shop value = 1 instead of 2. Some facts that I checked so far: 1) multi-store option is on, shops are separated (i.e. not sharing carts, product quantities or customers); 2) order was created from BO for the shop with id = 2; 3) in the order there's one product that was added twice - with id_shop and other values from shop with id = 1, and second time - from the shop with id = 2; 3) I tried to reproduce the issue, but order I created with same products looks okay in Db; 4) for order that I created, price (in total and for some products) differs from the one where issue appeared. So imo, products were really pulled from shop with id = 1 to shop with id = 2. I don't have any clue how it could be possible to put product from one shop while creating order from another shop. Maybe someone have any idea about it? I'll be grateful for any insight. Thanks in advance!

Bonjour, Suite à un message d'OVH me signalant que je devais faire évoluer ma version de PHP qui était en 5.6, je décide, sans connaissances sur le sujet, de passer à la 7.1, compatible avec Prestashop 1.6... A partir de là, plusieurs dysfonctionnements sont apparus sur le site : plus d'accès, puis plus d'accès aux modules... Je suis revenu en version 5.6, j'ai restauré une version antérieure mais ensuite j'ai un peu paniqué et je ne sais pas revenir à une version stable. Comme le problème semblait être une impossibilité d'écrire pour les modules, je suis allé modifier les attributs avec Filezilla pour mettre les permissions de tous les dossiers à 775 et les fichiers à 664. Maintenant, j'aurais besoin d'aide car ma boutique ne peut plus prendre de commandes et ce n'est pas la bonne période. Help

Bonjour à tous, J'ai installé ce template gratuitement : https://www.templatemonster.com/free-templates/responsive-book-store-prestashop-theme-54824.html Mon problème se situe lors du changement de thème dans les paramètres d'administration : Configuration : MAMP : 5.7 PHP : 7.4.2 Prestashop : 1.6.1.23 Manipulation effectué : Dans le template j'ai d'abord dézippé le fichier global puis j'ai récupéré le zip qui se trouve dans templatemonster>theme>themeinstallor>theme219.zip C'est ce theme219.zip que j'ai importé dans les paramètres d'administration de prestashop et cela a fonctionné (Une fois ce thème importé il se trouve bien dans mon htdocs>prestashop>themes>theme1219 et dans les thèmes disponibles je pouvais le sélectionner) Puis j'ai cliqué sur le thème "book", j'ai fait sélectionné et c'est à ce moment que j'ai eu l'erreur 500 : localhost Explication du problème : J'ai d'abord ajouté le thème qui s'est bien enregistré dans mes thèmes mais lorsque j'essaye de "changer" j'ai une erreur 500 sur mon serveur J'ai bien installé la version de prestashop 1.6.1.23 (après avoir essayé sur la 1.7 où je ne pouvais même pas charger le thème car ce thème n'est pas compatible avec 1.7.x^^ puis essayé sur 1.6.1.24 où j'avais le même problème, je suis donc resté sur la 1.6.1.23). Piste : Mon problème qui me préoccupe consiste juste en l'importation d'un thème et je ne comprends pas que ça soit si compliqué pourtant le thème est vraiment sympa donc j'aimerais l'utiliser, je n'ai pas vu sur le net de tuto spécifique à ce template et je n'ai pas vu de fichier readme ou la doc parle d'extraire un fichier dans le dossier sources (avec un mdp qui est le product ID soit 54824) or il n'y a aucun fichier zip dans ce dossier. il y a également un fichier dans templatemonster>theme>manualinstall>dump.sql Ce dump.sql je l'ai importé dans ma table prestashop sur phpmyadmin Suite à cet import : je ne peux même pas accéder à l'ancienne version de mon site default-boostrap (Dans le dossier htdocs/prestashop/themes il y a un fichier default-boostrap qui est bien le thème de base de la version de prestashop (et qui est bien affiché lorsqu'on charge l'url) et lorsque je veux accéder à la partie admin j'ai l'erreur : " [PrestaShop] Fatal error in module file :/Applications/MAMP/htdocs/presta/prestashop/modules/tmmegamenu/classes/MegaMenu.php: Redefinition of parameter $id_shop" Pour moi le problème vient de la base de donnée que je n'ai pas su configurer car je n'ai pas de souci lors de l'importation et visiblement theme219 se stock bien dans le bon fichier htdocs>prestashop>themes>theme1219 à côté du default-bootstrap) Merci infiniment pour vos aides/pistes, Très bonne journée à vous et bon courage à tous pour les contraintes liées au confinement, Cordialement.

Bonjour, Je fais face a un souci assez problématique : Lorsque je me rends sur la page de mes modules, la page reste sur les modules installés et activés et lorsque je souhaite voir mes modules désactivés, impossible ! Je reste sur la page des modules activée. Qui plus est, mes derniers modules installés ne s'affichent pas malgré leur présence en ftp...Je ne peux même pas mettre a jour mes modules ! Que faire ?? J'ai vraiment besoin de pouvoir modifier mon module de numéro de TVA et ce problème m'en empêche. Je précise être en version 1.6.1.17. Merci beaucoup !

I am having issues after moving a copy of my website files to a local server for testing. I am able to navigate to the back office with no issues, although i originally had no css, I was able to get that working after changing base URI to /prestashop/ which is the folder I'm using in the document root on the test server. Here is the issue I'm having, after changing the base uri when i try to navigate to localhost/prestashop the address is changes to localhost/prestashop/prestashop. If i leave the base URI as / i get no css in the back office and I get too many redirects when I try to access the front page. I edited the shop domain and SSL domain to localhost/prestashop already. I am at a loss for the cause of this issue and every time I try to use the test server for testing on the current site I experience this issue. I believe there is some setting somewhere that I'm missing I just don't know where to look. Any insight into this issue would be appreciated, I will continue to keep working on it myself in the mean time.

Hi. I trying to hide subcategories when filter is used and found solution on another forum, but after filter is uncheck, subcategories dont go back. How to reveal them again after all filter boxes is closed? The method I found: in /themes/default-bootstrap/js/modules/blocklayered/blocklayered.js i put $('#subcategories').slideUp(); before if (!ajaxLoaderOn). Cant find where to put .slideDown(); or its not that simple? Maybe, there some way to move to the product-list when filter used, instead? Thanks. blocklayered.js

Ciao, sono nuova nell'utilizzo di prestashop e ho un problema che non riesco a risolvere: ho spostato un blocco con il Live Editor nella home page. Non so se accidentalmente ho cancellato qualcosa, ma non ho più i Featured Products in home page, che mi servono assolutamente (erano sotto forma di carousel, direi che sono previsti dal tema scelto: https://addons.prestashop.com/it/temi-auto-moto/19591-ricambi-auto.html Ho provato a cercare tra i moduli e inserirli nella home ma non sono riuscita a inserire nulla, non mi si vedono: come posso fare? Li avevo anche già stilizzati... Grazie infinite a chi riesce ad aiutarmi

Hi! I took over a 1.6.1.6 Prestashop version, with a lot of problems. I will setup a new version soon, and correct all the problems, but for now I need to install Stripe on this one. I have downloaded the "v2.0.0-stripe_official.zip" file and uploaded it from the admin. But when I activated the module, this happened : Also, when I'm going back to the module list page, it's always the same message. I tried to deactivate the module on the "ps_module" table, but it doesn't fix it. Any idea ? Thanks

Buenas tardes, tengo un problema y agradezco la ayuda que me puedan brindar, ya que no he encontrado información sobre el problema. Tengo una tienda local en el sistema operativo windows y quise pasar la tienda a otro sistema operativo (debian9), hice el proceso normal, me envié la carpeta de la tienda y de la base de datos por correo, instale lampp en debian 9 y ya que el puerto 8080 estaba ocupado, pase apache al 9090 y la base de datos también la cambie al puerto 4438, luego: 1. cree una base de datos nueva llamada tiendaoralplus e importe la anterior. 2. Pase la carpeta de la tienda a htdocs y esta se llama tiendaOralPlus. 3. Se hicieron modificaciones en setting.ini.php 4. Se hicieron modificaciones en la tabla ps_shop_url. Sin embargo cuando le doy localhost:9090/tiendaOralPlus esta no aparece, cree otra carpeta de prueba y si le doy localhost:9090/prueba me muestra lo que tiene esta carpeta. La verdad no se que puede ser o si las configuraciones que hice al 3 y 4 están mal, he realizado muchos cambios pero nada ha funcionado. Los cambios en el archivo Setting.ini.php son: define('_DB_SERVER_' , 'localhost' ); define('_DB_NAME_' , 'tiendaoralplus' ); define('_DB_USER_' , 'root' ); define('_DB_PASSWD_ ' , ' ' ); Y en el archivo ps_shop_url: domain: localhost:9090 domain_ssl: localhost:9090 physical_uri_ /tiendaOralPlus/ Cuando le doy localhost:9090/tiendaOralPlus aparece todo en blanco y en el inspector no aparece nada de la tienda.
