Hello PS community, I'm looking for a module(s) that must have these 2 functionalities... 1. Uses vouchers as payment method. So i'm working for a company that generated, for example, 100 vouchers of 20€, 1 use only and no other exceptions, so the problem is.. if I use them as the "traditional way" (normal discount codes) this codes could generate orders of 0.00€ resulting in picking and billing problems after integrating with the system. My idea is to create a payment method where the client rendeem the voucher and use it as a credit card or paypal. 2. Permit multiple payment methods. If I find a solution to the first problem I must have a module that permits multiple payment options for the remaining amount. Hope i've been clear. Thank you for your attention. Regards,

Hi I installed the official Stripe payment module on prestashop 1.7.6.5 The module is connected to the Stiripe API and Webhook corruptly. The problem is that the payment is captured by Stripe with our errors, but prestashop don't create the order. The order confirm page is being shown by everything stays in the cart and the order is not created. Anyone has the same issue ? Thanks, best regards

Bonjour, jutilisais prestashop checkout sur mon site internet jusqu’à la semaine dernière où les paiements par carte bancaire ne semblent plus fonctionner (mais les paiements PayPal oui). j’ai tenté de réinitialiser le module, enlever/remettre mon PayPal, rien n’y fait. soit les clients sont coincés sur la page de chargement de l’autorisation de la banque, soit le paiement s’effectue (ils sont donc débités) et ils reçoivent un mail de PayPal plusieurs heures après pour les prévenir que leur paiement n’a pas fonctionné. ca m’embête car c’était un module très pratique… Jutilise prestashop 1.7.5.1 quelqu’un aurait une piste? merci

Hi, I am seaching for a module to forbid selling to customers who have pending payments (any type of payment) I have searched in Prestashop market and forum for this feature but could not find any module like this. Hi, I bought the module and theme from Prestashop and the shop worked fine until I’ve added a few new modules such as skill (for payment) and a pop-up note for cookies. I have also created different delivery options based on payment methods and different combinations for products with combinations. Then suddenly, the admin panel stopped loading the module page (blank page) and the same for payments… I’ve deleted the 2 modules mentioned hoping this will sort out the problem, but unfortunately, the situation is the same… In debugging mode, if the payment with cash is selected, there are a few errors showing. Hi all, we have this kind of problem: have installed the default Paypal module and we are trying to use it in Sandbox mode so we can do some tests. We successfully connected paypal account in production mode, but when we switch to sandbox and click on "Create or connect paypal account" we are forced to create a new developer account (when we already got one) and cannot login with our developer account. Anyone else had this problem or could help us to find the way to manage it? Thanks Patrick

Hi everyone, on my shop I had Paypal as payment method and I want to add 4 € of additional fees on paypal to push credit card. I used official the paypal module but I can't find the correct way to add an additional fees on any payment method. Could someone know how to add these additional fees? I have had a couple of errors from orders recently. Basically the client is charged less then he should. The order then shows a Payment Error status due to the amount mismatch. I notice this happen using Stripe but can not tell if the Stripe module is the culprit or not. A bit annoying as I have to contact the client to complete the remainder of the payment manually. The last order as example had a total amount of 127.45 (GBP). Only 108.70(GBP) was paid. Client paid in EUR but the ratio does not resemble anything close to a currency conversion. Looking closer the payment difference would maybe correspond to a carrier being applied differently. Any help? prestashop version 1.6.1.3

Hey guys, I own an ecommerce shop and I've been looking for ways to improve business. For the last week or so I've been hunting for info about payment gateways. What I'm interested in is cryptocurrencies, as they seem to be the buzzword these days. My criteria are simple: to accept cryptocurrencies and receive good ole fiat into my bank account. Here's what I've gathered so far: The variety is bigger than I'd expected. I was able to find like five payment gateways, and my search was by no means exhaustive. The fees range from 0.5% to, I believe, 1.5%. Some companies have the same fees for all the coins, while others differentiate. So quite a bit lower than Paypal or traditional payment providers. In addition, none of them really have monthly fees and seem to be making money on transactions. Another one of the selling points seems to be fast transactions and real-time exchange. They're supposed to protect from price fluctuations and put money into your hands quickly. Though I'm not sure how it'd work in real life. Integration options also differ, but most of them work with PrestaShop, which is good. Companies try to find ways to differentiate themselves. For instance, CoinPayments accepts a cartload of tokens; Paybear doesn't charge anything during the beta (??), and Monetha advertises a trust and reputation system to boot. I'm personally enticed by the prospect of reaching a new market. From what I've heard, it's in a bit of a rut right now. But it nevertheless amounts to $200B, give or take–nothing to scoff at. All in all, there's a lot of choice and it's kind of confusing. But separate providers aside, what do you guys think about the concept as a whole? Is it worth to start accepting crypto payments, would they bring enough value? What's your opinion about it? Thanks!

with prestashop version 1.6.1.19 , at the final checkout in the summary, in step 5, the button "complete the order" does not appear, or the "proceed button". when chosen express courier or cash payment on delivery, I have the same problem. Hi guys, I need some help here. On the checkout page (1 page checkout) there is a checkbox for accepting the terms and conditions. When a user ticks the checkbox, the proper payment methods appear. However, this happens very, very slowly. Sometimes people may be confused that something doesn't work with the website. I see that clicking on the checkbox calls the methods via jQuery but I can't find what may be problem for this slow load. Look at the image attached. My Prestashop caching settings are (see again the attachements). So, from what I see is that I get really slow time loading the payment methods. IT's like 6 seconds and that's a lot. I must find a way to get this below 2 seconds. I have a shop set up in Canada with tax set at 5%. When using PayPal to check out, it gives an error Error Code: 10426. I spoke to PayPal and figured out that the problem is that PayPal will only deal with 2 decimal places. If I have something for sale for $1.00 and charge tax of 5%, the total will be $1.05 and will work. If I charge $0.99 and charge tax of 5%, the total will be $1.0395 and won't work because there are too many decimal places. How can I fix this so that I don't have to worry about all my prices working out to only 2 decimal places?

Hello Prestashoppers, when I add products to an order made manually from backoffice, if with two products it has free shipping, in shipping costs the price is still shown. if I select free shipping it shows me € 0 and if I return to select the shipment as not free, now recharges the real price of transport to apply these rules in the orders I use this Im using Prestashop 1.6.1.8 Thank you!

Ciao a tutti, ho un problema a far funzionare il modulo "Gestione Abbonamenti - Paypal Recurring" (https://addons.prestashop.com/…/24276-paypal-recurring-vend…&) che serve funzionante solo su alcuni prodotti. In pratica, quando si seleziona il prodotto in abbonamento e si va al checkout, si continuano comunque a vedere tutte le opzioni di pagamento (bonifico, contrassegno, paypal, abbonamento) mentre ovviamente ci serve che si visualizzi solo l'opzione in abbonamento per quel tipo di prodotto. Sull'e-commerce è già installato questo modulo di checkout che ci serve per tutti gli altri prodotti: https://addons.prestashop.com/…/18016-knowband-one-page-che… Qualcuno di voi ha per caso affrontato lo stesso problema? Esiste incompatibilità tra i due moduli? Grazie mille!

Salve a tutti, vorrei sapere se fosse possibile (preferibilmente con un modulo anche a pagamento) impostare quali metodi di pagamento voglio che siano attivi sulle spedizioni all'estero e quali no. Mi spiego meglio, ho tre metodi di pagamento ovvero PayPal, bonifico e contrassegno. Vorrei che quando vengono effettuati acquisti da paesi al di fuori dell'Italia, non sia disponibile la scelta del pagamento alla consegna (con contrassegno). Non ho trovato soluzione da impostazioni, potreste indicarmi come muovermi? Ripeto sono disposto anche ad acquistare un modulo se necessario. Grazie in anticipo, Marco.
