Am using current version of PayPal Europe Module with PayPal Payments Pro (HSS) Orders confirm OK with a status of Payment Remotely Accepted. - No ptoblem. BUT..... When cancelling on PayPal the correct Voided message is received from PayPal, however that message does not update order status as 'cancelled' but 'Payment remotely accepted' again! Obviously Prestashop is processing the cancelled IPN notice, but it's not processing / updating this correctly. VERY confusing for both customer and order admin. Can someone at 202 ecommerce look into this as a matter of urgency!

Dear All, I successfully installed PayPal Europe module for my UK website: www.easywares.co.uk During testing out with my dummy item order placement, It took me to the PayPal payment / login page successfully. But after successfully verifying the login credentials, it took me to the Order Summery Page, with the below text, of my website prompting to click on the "order confirmation link or button" but I do not see any such link or button on the page? The PayPal Europe Module is set for the "Standard Website Payments" as well as the "Express Checkout" options in PrestaShop. Would anyone please suggest any solution to the above problem as soon as possible and whether its the right version of PayPal module (I downloaded the "PayPal Europe" module from http://addons.prestashop.com/en/payments-gateways-prestashop-modules/1748-paypal.html ) for my website? Thank you very much! Best regards,

Everything is working fine with PayPal US module.. but if somebody tries to purchase something from Europe (which is configured and working) when they go to PayPal, the country sent over to PayPal is US which is incorrect so it creates confusion.. Do we need to also install PayPal Europe to have this properly work or is there a fix so that when the information is sent over to PayPal it reflects the correct country and doesn't just default to US? Thanks!

Hi All, We recently experiencing issues in payment processing using PayPal Europe module. Here is the error Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 523800 bytes) in /var/sites/p/domain.com/public_html/tools/tcpdf/tcpdf.php on line 8645 Our php.ini is currently set to 256M memory limit and our website was working find until last week. I've tried setting the php.ini to 512 and 1024 but seems our server default is only up to 512. The error will display after the customer successfully logged in to their paypal account. Below is the code in tcpdf.php on line 8645 which I think is related to images and I don't have any idea why it's causing the error. // embed mask image $imgmask = $this->Image($tempfile_alpha, $x, $y, $w, $h, 'PNG', '', '', $resize, $dpi, '', true, false); Before the error happened, our last modification to the website was uploading products. So we deleted couple of products as it reached beyond 3k and now it's below 3k but still having the same error message. By the way, paying card works fine. Anyone who has experience the same error or know some fixes that might help? It's been almost 2 weeks now and we haven't found the right solution. Thanks! Using Prestashop 1.5.2

Good Afternoon, This is the fourth day I'm trying to understand what is the issue and how to solve it. I read a lot of articles about this issue on prestashop forums but didn't manage to get the answer. I hope you can help. The problem is that anytime clients pass to PayPal checkout page and then filling their paypal login credentials to pay for the order, they returns to a blank/white page. The url of the blank page is like this: http://www.sitename.com/modules/paypal/express_checkout/payment.php?token=EC-2KK20372K5596102Y&PayerID=X85N8PCQ7CH58 The order is shown in the prestashop backoffice and the client gets email confirmation from paypal. But as I said after paying for the order on paypal checkout page, client doesn't return to order confirmation page but see blank/white page instead. Could you please help me with this issue ?

Hi All, Since Monday we have not been receiving any orders to our websites via our PayPal module. We use the PayPal Europe module and have the PayPal Pro account (UK) which has been working correctly then all of a sudden we have stopped receiving orders. We get the payment in our PayPal account just no order in the Prestashop back office. At the moment we are manually verfiying orders which is not ideal. We have also upgraded to the latest version of PayPal Europe 5.3.8 but we still encounter the same error. The below dreaded 500 error comes up once you confirm your payment (see attached): "The page isn't redirecting properly Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete." Just to confirm if you pay via the PayPal module (pay by card) the payment goes through and the customer is shown the PayPal transaction ID and usual information but crutially it does not redirect to the order-confirmation.php page? It is when you pay via your PayPal account and click on return to merchant website link that takes you back after payment that we see this 500 error with redirect eternal loop issue. However, I am guessing the 500 error and page not redirecting after payment is all connected to the same issue. Because of this final error the payment to order is not complete and the order does not validate. Please can anyone help with this issue it is affecting 6 of our stores running on PS 1.4.4 - 1.4.11 across two dedicated servers, but annoyingly we have one website that is working fine and the settings are all the same. Thanks in advance!
