Hello Everyone, We are selling the PrestaShop addons from last 6 months. I m new here in the forum. I followed the instruction and read some old posts where people promoted their modules with descriptions and links to purchase on prestashop.com. I wrote the post about our addon which is a product youtube video two times. I posted in the Community Modules and Theme - Paid modules and theme forum. Mysteriously, both times my post disappeared without any notification or email. We bought a module developed by prestashop on 05/25/2018: Modulo Ufficiale Conformità GDPR by PrestaShop (1.5 & 1.6) as soon as we installed, we reported a problem and the developer write us to download the updated version 1.0.4. After the update, part of a module does not work anymore. From last week we send tickets and reports to the developer, but we do not get any answers. Is this legal? is it possible that a paid legal module developed by Prestashop is not supported?

So this is my story... We have sent dozens of emails to authors of abandoned cart pro plugin (from account @ [email protected] (Thread #154257) and from our outsourced shop implementing team (mail at domain @scorise.com). Unfortunately they have never replied our questions with something more than "In order to receive the best and fastest response possible, please contact the developer of the module directly." blahblahblahblah ofcourse we DID it via scorise account too... I think If they don't want to reply us and help to make plugin usable, how can we start a refound procedure? There are few more plugins for abandoned cart in market and their authors will normally email with us if needed for sure. I looking for someone to create module integration with Allegro API (similary like Ebay) This is link for API: http://allegro.pl/webapi/?lang=en Module must have full functionality like Export product from Prestashop to allegro using template and import order from allegro to Prestashop. Hi, I bought this module last year and I've yet to have any success getting it to report sales in my back office. They are being sent to Amazon though. I've contacted Prestashop support and attempted to contact the developer to no avail. Now looking for an expert who can give me some hands on help and get this issue solved ASAP. Hallo allerseits, ich habe die Version Prestashop 1.6 lokal auf meinem PC installiert, um den Shop an meine Vorstellungen anzupassen und dann erst auf den Server hochzuladen. Nun habe ich ein kostenpflichtiges Modul gekauft und wollte es herunterladen und installieren, es kommt aber die Meldung, dass ich die korrekte URL angeben muss, da ich es nur einmal verwenden kann. Nun weiss ich nicht, wie ich genau vorgehen soll. Kann ich das Modul runterladen und lokal installieren, obwohl ich die spätere URL angebe, wo der Shop schliesslich online sein wird? Es wäre super, wenn mir jemand helfen könnte, ich bin etwas "lost". Vielen Dank, Sarah

Hello, I have a paid module called: Group Features and Compare Products v1.5 The 'Group Feature' works good, but the compare function doesn't. Placing the compare buttons was no problem. When I click the yellow button "Vergelijken" on product list page, or "Add to compare" on the product page, nothing happens. The standard compare function works normal. The weird thing is that I had it work yesterday for a moment but i think when i saved the Module Live Edit It went wrong. I have tried several things like re-edit the templates and compare to my backup files, I didn't find anything wrong. The next step for me was to use the debug function in Google Chrome. When i click to a compare button the following error cums up: POST http://www.in2sound.nl/index.php?fc=module&module=featurecategories&controller=compare 500 (Internal Server Error) bb920c477650a8348096a1fde8e5b4f0.js:2 I have minor knowledge when it comes to prestashop files. But I have absolutely no knowledge of debugging when there is no filename mentioned in the debug window. Who can help me solve this problem? Hello We are developing an online store using prestashop were we will be selling Indian garments like sarees, salwar kameez, etc. We will be catering to both retailers and wholesalers. Thus we require a custom wholesale rule. It is as follows: For wholesale clients there has to be rule that atleast 50 products has to be purchased by them in case of sarees and salwar kameez.It does not mean that 50 pieces of one product or one variety but 50 products from the entire sarees and salwar kameez section. This rule should be editable and we should be able to change the minimum number of products anytime. Thus we should also have the option that in future we can set a rule that the wholesale client has to purchase 50 sarees or 50 salwar kameez. Also, since this is a multi store project, we should be able to select for which store the user can see wholesale prices. Thus if a user has been given access to see wholesale prices of sarees store then he should be able to see wholesale prices for only sarees and retail prices for all the other stores. If anybody can develop a custom module for this rule, please post your details in this forum.
