Prestashop shows "No carrier can be applied to this order" for some customers. Carrier is set as Default carrier for the shop. Carrier is available in Asia. Some orders for "India" get placed successfully while some show the above mentioned error. Customers also belong to the group to which carrier is enabled. What are the possible reasons for this error ? Thanks.

Neverending problems... Now on checkout the system says "no carrier for the addres selected". This appears after login at step 4 of checkout. Carrier set? Yes. If not, same problem. Zone set? Yes. If not, same problem. I'm in big truble. I lost everyday sells and if I cancel and reinstall everything the problem become the lost of the search engine indexing. 1.6.0.6 updated to 1.6.0.8

I have been trying to solve this for too long and it's time I reach out for help. This is a new website and I haven't been able to get shipping to work correctly at all. I purchased Presto Changeo's FedEx shipping module and am now able to get shipping to work SOME of the time. I can go down my list of products and test the shipping quote part on the product page for every product and it will only work for 2 or 3 out of 15. Then I can go down the list again and it will work for 12 out of the 15 products. If I add the product to the cart and proceed to checkout, sometimes the carrier will be found, and sometimes I get the error "No carrier has been made available for this selection." I have 2 carriers set up. The FedEx module from Presto Changeo and a "Warehouse Pickup" carrier. Yesterday the warehouse pickup carrier would show up almost every time I added a product to the cart. Today, it hasn't shown up once in the 2 hours I've been testing different products. The site is www.alpineboats.com. Please let me know if you need more info. Hi I am experiencing a No Carrier Available error when using checkout.. its strange because the carriers, zones, countries are all set up correctly. When using one page checkout the error states something like "No carrier for Mon addrese". if i refresh page or uncheck and check "Use delivery address as billing" then the carrier USPS appears. Anyone know how to fix this bug?? During 5 step checkout the error appears as "No Carriers available" but when I click "previous" button and click next button then it appears.. is this a refresh problem and is there a code fix to correct this. I have search all over for a solution and they all say to check carriers, zones, countries, etc. I checked all these several time and all settings are correct. Its strange that if i go back and then continue steps again its fine.. and on one page checkout if i uncheck and check delivery address box then carrier appears.. ?? I have attached screenshots of errors.. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much. Derek

I have two problems: 1) I have created a carrier in the shipping settings and when I create a new customer and try to checkout it says "there is no carrier for this address". But there is a carrier, because I just created it for the UK. 2) If I try to add a new address to an already existing customer account I get the error 1: This country requires a state selection. But that's WRONG because the country selected is the UK and we don't have states in the UK and there's no option for enabling or disabling states for the UK in the BO. I'm using version 1.4.9. Any ideas?

Hi, I just have set up a prestashop 1.5.2 and want to use it for the UK, but as I have set 35 GBP for free shipping, it always shows free shipping, and although all zones and carriers should be set correct (cause they are the standard settings). I just have enabled shipping after weight with all prices that are needed. But I am pretty unsure, why all these easy settings (I mean they are most clear) can lead to such misbehaviour. In this context puzzles me the most: There are no carriers that deliver to the address you selected. That comes, when I register with a UK shipping adress. And also that there is free shipping added in cart, although the setting of 35 GBP for free shipping shouldnt become active when only 5.96 GBP ar ein cart. Hi, I want to configure a customized carrier billed according to weight in prestashop1.4.4.1. I can configure all the tabs under shipping without problem except "Weight Ranges" tab. When I attempt to click "add new" in "Weight Ranges" page, it redirect me to the Forbidden 403 page. I have no problem when I do the same for the "Price Ranges" tab. When I view my shop web pages, it states "There are no carriers available that will deliver to this address." When I try to configure "billed according to price", I also see the same "There are no carriers available that will deliver to this address." message. Totally clueless what is happening. Can anyone help?
