Hola a todos, Antes de empezar, la versión de Prestashop es 1.7.7 y el tema "warehouse". Tengo siguiente problema, desde hace poco he implementado una nueva herramienta de marketing (un módulo) para el envío de newsletter y he descubierto que si un usuario (invitado) subscrito a la newsletter mas tarde se registra como usuario en la tienda este deja de estar subscrito a la newsletter (o boletín), en prestashop veo, en el menú de clientes, que el mismo usuario aparece dos veces, uno con el rol de invitado (subscrito al boletín) y otro con el rol de cliente (no subscrito al boletín). ¿Es así como debería de funcionar? Si alguien ha hecho compras en la tienda, registrandose como invitado, además se ha subscrito a la newsletter y luego se crea una cuenta de usuario con el mismo email ¿no debería de seguir subscrito al boletín? ¿Hay alguna manera de que prestashop, en el proceso de registrar un usuario, compruebe si ya existe un cliente con ese mismo email y en el caso de que exista y que tenga activado el boletín mantenga el campo activado a la hora de crearlo? Gracias.

¡Hola a todos! Acudo a ustedes porque llevo días intentando solucionar un problema que tengo a la hora de sincronizar mi catálogo de Prestashop con el Administrador de catálogos de Facebook. Me aparecen todos los días errores en la sección de diagnósticos del Administrador de catálogos indicándome que un porcentaje (muchas veces el 100%) de las visitas no puede volver a segmentarse. En otras palabras, no puedo realizar anuncios dinámicos. A continuación les muestro un pantallazo actual donde, precisamente, me indica que no puede segmentarse el 100% de las visitas. Cuando ingreso en "Ver productos afectados", me aparece la siguiente información: Por si no se ve la imagen, el texto es el siguiente: "Por cada producto afectado: Agrega un identificador único a tu catálogo. Normalmente se trata de un identificador que ya usas, como un SKU. Para hacerlo, puedes usar tu método de subida de productos preferido (por ejemplo, un archivo de lista de datos). Comprueba que el identificador del contenido de la instalación del píxel coincide con el identificador del archivo de lista de datos y que tiene el formato correcto, es decir, que no incluye números, letras o símbolos adicionales." La verdad no sé prácticamente nada de desarrollo web ni nada por el estilo y no tengo idea de cómo puedo verificar estos SKU o identificadores. ¿Qué debo hacer? Otros datos: Los orígenes de datos de productos vienen del pixel (que aparentemente funciona muy bien porque en el Administrador de eventos no me aparece ningún error y los píxeles se ven con el Facebook Pixel Helper). Intenté crear manualmente los productos (no a través del origen del píxel) y me generó el mismo error. Todo el problema parece estar en los orígenes de datos de eventos mas no en los orígenes de datos de productos. Nuevamente: ¿cómo soluciono esto? ¿Cómo puedo modificar estos códigos y cuáles debo modificar? No sé prácticamente nada sobre desarrollo web o programación. ¡Gracias!
