Hi all, I upgraded this module and fix some errors to run in PrestaShop 1.7. Now it's running without errors and work as the same as 1.6? May I know why PrestaShop didn't upgrade this module to PS 1.7 version? Are there security concerns and risk?

Hi I remember configuring and using the Loyalty/Customer referral module on an old prestashop website (it was running 1.6.1.18 - Screenshot attached) Now i just installed a fresh 1.6.1.23 shop and the module is nowhere to be found. Hi In the "Customer loyalty and rewards" module, when the user enters the generated code, the message "expired code" I check the code for discount codes. I see the problem of date. That is, the expiration date is recorded as "1970-01-01 03:30:00", so it's natural that the past 1970 has expired. I manually edit the code: If I give a jalali (hijri) date, it will store it as 777-01-0-162 03:07:08, and naturally the format of history is wrong and does not work. If i set AD date ,then the discount code will work. Tnx

Hi! The default loyalty module has a filter of categories which are allowed to use with the loyalty points coupons. But my problem it's all the products give points. I'm looking for a module which allows me to set some categories should give ZERO loyalty points or a custom value. I saw one module which allows to set the points per article but it should be more time expensive to set up. Regards,

Witam. Musze zupgradować skle z presty 1.5 do 1.7. W prescie 1.5 działał (i ludzie już nazbierali punktów chodzi o moduł z presty 'Lojalność klientów i nagrody v1.8 - z PrestaShop' ) więc próbowałem go również zaszczepić do presty 1.7 z tą myślą że punkty razem z bazą znajdą się w nowym sklepie już. Buenas, tengo una duda. He instalado el módulo Loyalty, pero no veo por ningún lado el CSS de este módulo para poder darle un estilo "normal"... al entrar en mi cuenta, y ver el módulo con los pedidos, se ve bastante mal. Tengo el código preparado para insertar pero no tengo ni idea de dónde meterlo, ya que no encuentro la cadena del css de este módulo. ¿Alguien sabe dónde poder meter el código? Además he tenido que tocar la plantilla tpl para añadirle una clase, ya que la tabla venía con una clase genérica y hacía cambios en otros lados de la web. Les adjunto un pantallazo de cómo se ve... Hola, Tengo un problema con el modulo "Fidelidad de los clientes" para dar puntos/descuentos en cada pedido. La instalacion del modulo todo ok al igual que su configuracion pero si entro en una cuenta de cliente y me voy a la opción "mis puntos de fidelidad" me deriva a una url que se queda en blanco. Os indico datos: Prestashop version - 1.6.0.6 Modulo versión - 1.2.9 Url a la que envia al cliente pero se queda en blanco - midominio.com/module/loyalty/default?process=summary Plantilla prestashop - NO es la de por defecto, es una personalizada Haber si alguien me puede ayudar, he probado de todo, desistala, descarga nueva version, vuelve a instalar, etc... y nada, no funciona.

Может кто уже сталкивался с подобной проблемой модуля "Лояльность покупателя и поощрения", а именно: - когда пользователь совершает покупки, то ему за это начисляются баллы, балы он может конвертировать в купон на скидку. Так вот, когда пользователь заходит в свой личный кабинет и переходит на вкладку "Баллов лояльности", где он может видеть таблицу с информацией за какие покупки и сколько балов ему было начислено, то под этой таблицей следом идет список категорий где клиент может использовать свой купон/ваучер. Но у меня на сайте почему-то этот список выглядит так: Ваучеры, выданные здесь, могут использоваться в следующих категориях: ???????, ??? ??????, ?????????????? ?????????????, ?????????????? ????????????? ?? ?????? ???????.... Hi everybody, I'm looking for a rewards program module that would use levels instead of 1 point = 0.20€. I have an old shop in a custom CMS that I'm migrating to prestashop and the reward program was like this 150 points for 5€ discount, 250 points for 10€, 350 points for 20€, etc... (it had products as gifts too but that can be omitted if I don't find a replacement). I've been looking everywhere but can't find anything like this. Thanks !

With the customer loyalty and rewards module V1.8, how do you validate the rewards earned? I have a test running with available points and in the customer screen status is "awaiting validation" Probably a noob question but I am not seeing were to validate so they are available for use :/

Witam Mam problem z modułem punktów lojalnościowych w PrestaShop 1.6.0.14 Polega on na tym, że moduł w zły sposób przelicza punkty otrzymywane za produkty W konfiguracji ustawiłem następujące dane: 1zł = 1 pkt Tymczasem użytkownik otrzymuje punkty według nieznanego mi przelicznika. Za produkt o wartości 869 zł otrzymuje 906 zł, za produkt o wartości 969 zł, 1006 pkt. Proszę o pomoc Pozdrawiam

How does the Customer Loyalty and Rewards module convert from points to a voucher? What settings need to be set up to accomplish this automatically? As you can see from the screen shots below, I have it configured to the point where the points are awarded, but the voucher isn't being created. There has to be something simple I'm missing here. I'm using PS 1.5.5.0 and Customer Loyalty and Rewards 1.8. Note: I've tried on 1.5.4.1 and get the same behavior. I've stripped all other modules installed except the defaults and get the same behavior. Thanks for the help! Teo

The eShop that I am managing has different customer groups and I was wondering if there is any kind soul that could point me to the correct tool, configuration, paid or free module to allow accumulation of points for a certain customer group only. For Example: John is a member while Peter is a Privilege Member. When John purchase an item, he will not be able to accumulate points. However if Peter purchase an item, he will be able to accumulate points. My Prestashop Version: 1.5.4.1. Many thanks in advance!!

bonjour, je viens de passer en 1.5.3 J'utilise le module Programme de fidélité 1.8 qui génère des bons de réduction à partir des points. Les clients peuvent les utiliser mais dans mon B.O. et dans mes fiches clients j'ai : Loyalty points (0 points) ce client n'a pas de point et pour ceux qui les transforment en bon d'achat (ils recoivent bien un code de réduc mais que je ne peux pas gérer), j'ai : Bons (0) ce client ne possède aucun bon de réduction Problème connu ? merci

Hello, I'm planning to show the total loyalty points earned in the top navigation. I did try it with {$totalPoints|intval} but this does show '0' (see image) unless you go to the loyalty page, where it indeed changes to the total amount. I did intall the module and everything works fine, I just want to show the total loyalty points in the top navigation menu. Do I have to create hook? If so, how and where should I do that? Hi, I've looked everywhere to figure out how this works, but can't see to track it down. My customers have loyalty points showing in their My Account, but there is no option to convert them to a voucher. The message next to their points state says: "Awaiting Validation". How do points go about getting converted to vouchers in 1.5.1? Thanks so much.

Bonjour, Je n'ai pourtant que recompilé smarty aujourd'hui, suite à quelques ajustements en css concernant des images. Et pourtant le module "points de fidélité" de prestashop en version 1.2.8, me compte à nouveau les points en : Double. En achetant ce produit vous pouvez gagner jusqu'à 2 points de fidélité. Votre panier totalisera 6 points pouvant être transformé(s) en un bon de réduction de 1,20 €. Deux questions : 1) Est-ce qu'on peut corriger ce dérèglement, car le nombre total de points devrait effectivement faire "6 points" et non afficher 2 points. 2) Est-ce qu'on peut désactiver l'affichage : "2points de fidélité" et marquer juste : "En achetant ce produit vous pouvez gagnez des points de fidélité". Et garder la seconde phrase tel quel. Je travaille actuellement sur une version prestashop en 1.6.0.9 D'avance merci pour votre aide. Cordialement.

In the (free) Loyalty Module you can set the ratio (eg. $1 = 1 point) I need to be able to set the value for the ratio as equal to or greater than $30. Is this possible? The client has a loyalty program in place where customers earn 1 point for EACH PRODUCT over $30 NOT for every $30 spent. I was thinking I could set the ratio as >=30, but I can't do that from the back office. Where is this value stored? Is this even possible or do I need to bu a Paid Module and allocate points to each product separately?
