Hi Guys, Anyone can provide path where I could disable list of changed files in admin -> configuration Information ? Sometimes it takes ageeees to load that list .. Hi everyone, I'm new to prestashop cloud, and after some weeks of setting up my site www.decorazonydiseno.com I'm having critical problems of loading times, specially for product pages. Once I click on a product, it takes almost 20 seconds to load! I think I won't be able to do any order with this loading times. Any help? I've already done everything told on the performance section of my backoffice. I'm using the Leo Present theme. Thanks for your help.

Hi all, Im using prestashop 1.5.4.1 and all was working well until I started having some serious problems with my store snyrtivorur.is which describes itself by super long loading times at order creation and at order status changes in the BO. The configuration Information page also takes about 30-40 sec's to load. I've enabled "_PS_MODE_DEV_" and "_PS_DEBUG_PROFILING_" in the defines.inc.php file and got these screenshots from the Configuration information report. I also took screenshots of the status change but that was 15 images and it looks like my attachment size is limited here so i cant post them all, but here is the first page: I see that initContent is taking 33 seconds on the configuration page (attachment 1), but im not sure how to go from there. Most of my problems relate to orders or the order process and my guess is that its some sql error, but I really don't know how to problemsolve from here.. any help greatly appreciated Feel free to make an order under a fake account and pay with wire transfer, its at the point of payment (order creation) that the page hangs. Hi. I have a problem with my prestashop site regarding load times. It's very long, varying between 7 to 10 seconds, apperently the thing that takes the longest is "time to first byte". The site is working on a shared hosting. I have about 80 products on the site? I added CDN "cloud flare" to the site but nothing really improved, and I can't use memcached because of the hosting's "custom" cache. Also I tried to set "expires" in my .htaccess but as seen in those tests the command seems to be completely ignored. What can I do to improve my site's performance? Best regards. edit: I should mention that I use the default theme slightly modified here and there <mostly regarding colors> and prestashop's version is 1.5.1.0.

First of all I'm wondering what is normal load time for PrestaShot 1.4.8.2 store? I know it's old but I don't want to upgrade it because automatic way doesn't work and I dont have time and nerves to set up all over in newer version. So, how can I make it lighter and faster? My store is loading between 2 and 2.5 seconds and I have feeeling that this is extremelly slow. I have changed all pictures from .png to .jpg eliminated all bad requests from code. What else can I do? The most annoying is when I try to add article to cart. Sometimes it took few seconds before it is actually in cart. The animation of product leaving to cart is really slow. How can I fix that? Is there at least a way to switch off this animation? I would like to know what are the right settings in Administration> Settings> Implementation? I have tried different settings but nothing can get my store loading time under 2 secunds. Any proposal is welcome

My site has slowed down dramatically and is taking up to a minute to load the home page. I do not recall installing or changing anything on my site lately. Back end is Quick. Front end is far too slow. I am looking for someone who can diagnose the problem. I have used Yslow and Page Speed in Firefox but I do not understand the results. Please help if you have skills in diagnosing slow page loading.
