Bonjour, Nous rencontrons actuellement un problème sur notre site. Après le renouvellement de notre contrat SSL, nous constatons que sur le navigateur Internet Explorer nous ne pouvons plus ajouter de produits à notre panier : le panier reste vide. Or, sur les autres navigateurs, le problème a été résolu. J'ai essayé le fait de désactiver l'AJAX du bloc panier, cela ne résout rien. J'ai aussi tenté d'effacer les cookies de IE, historique, et vider le cache. Avez-vous une piste de réflexion ? PS : Idem sur IE je constate que les miniatures de mes produits chargent à l'infini. Si vous avez une idée aussi pour corriger ce soucis qui n'apparait pas non plus sur Chrome et autre... The images appear as an 'x' and there are other styling issues that don't happen in any other browser. Anyone had a problem like this? Take a look at the images.

The above payment module for MyGate has issues with IE (Internet Explorer), Issue is explained below. Customer gets to checkout page, say order total is R100. Customer decides to cancel transaction as they want to include another product or up the qty. Customer checkout, the cart amounts now R200, they hit the payment method and redirects to payment page. The payment page displayed last amount: R100, amount doesn't update to R200. The same happens if the customer logs out and logs back in again. Last payment is cached somehow, somewhere. I have tried various changes to the store template, also disabling CSS & JS. I have also tried and changed caching on PrestaShop. Habe folgendes Problem: meine Artikelpreise werden im Shop nicht richtig dargestellt, es ist der Preis richtig eingegeben exkl., die MWST passt und wird richtig berechnet, -ABER in der Shop-Ansicht, die der Kunde sieht, wird nur der Preis exkl. MWST angezeigt, diese Darstellung ist sowohl im Internet Explorer, Firefox und Safari so, aber wenn ich unseren Shop am Handy (iPhone) aufrufen, sind die Preise richtig dargestellt, - woran kann das liegen? - vielen Dank

Bonjour Après avoir finalisé mon site prestashop, je suis tombé sur une dernière galère: internet explorer. Tout s'affiche correctement, sauf quand on n'a pas de compte sur le site, met un produit dans le panier et passe au paiement. Le résultat en screenshot attaché. Le site: https://melimelodemma.fr/ Alors oui, je sais, IE c'est obsolète et dépassé, mais faut croire qu'il y a encore des gens qui persistent à utiliser un navigateur pourri... Merci d'avance

hola soy yo otra vez tengo una duda: cuando uno hace un cms este automaticamente queda responsivo verdad? pero solo para chrome? por que al encoger la pantalla en IE o en firefox las tablas o el contenido no queda todo "ajustado" a la pagina. lo otro es que al usar un navegador mobil solo en chrome y el navegador por defecto se vuelve responsivo pero en los otros no. como puedo aplicar responsividad para que se ajuste a todos los navegadores tanto mobiles, como de escritorio? saludos. -
Bij het opzetten van onze webshop lopen we tegen het volgende probleem aan. De prijzen van onze producten worden inclusief BTW getoond. We merken echter dat in google chrome de prijzen correct worden afgebeeld (inclusief BTW) maar in Internet Explorer niet. In Internet Explorer worden de prijzen exclusief BTW getoond. Wat kan de oorzaak zijn?

Hola gente de Prestashop. No quería molestarlos, intente encontrar la solución a mi problema y no pude. Al momento de registrarse, no me deja cambiar de País, la única selección que me permite es " United States" , busque en el foro y en google pero no encontré nada acerca de esto. Si me registro seleccionado en el header superior "mi cuenta" al intentar añadir una dirección sucede lo mismo. Revise la configuración de Países, deshabilite todos excepto Argentina que es el que quiero usar y así y todo no me permite cambiar a otro País que " United States" cuando me voy a registrar, sencillamente es el único que aparece. Me fije en Geolocalización, Localización, Zonas, revise todo lo que se puede desde el black office creo , pero no pude hallar la solución a mi problema. El link de la pagina web es : www.sportsshoes.com.ar Los exploradores con los que experimente registrarme: Internet Explorer 9 Safari versión portable Google Chrome ultima versión. Intente tomar una captura de pantalla, se las dejo adjunta. Saludos y desde ya muchas gracias. -------------- SOLUCIONADO----------- El problema estaba en el archivo Authentication.TPL , simplemente lo reemplaze por el que traía por defecto mi prestashop y se soluciono.

Bonjour, Ma boutique est enfin en ligne (merci à tous sur ce forum de m'avoir aidé sur beaucoup de points !), tout fonctionne parfaitement, malgré quelques améliorations à apporter par-ci par-là. MAIS ! Certains utilisateurs de IE8 m'ont rapporté le problème suivant : lorsqu'elle veulent aller sur le site, celui-ci ne veut pas s'afficher et une pop-up indique : ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Nous ne sommes pas parvenus à vous faire revenir à knick-knack.fr Internet explorer a tenté de rétablir ce site web, mais il semble qu'un problème persiste avec le site. Effectuez l'une des opérations suivantes : - Atteindre la page de démarrage - Essayer de revenir à knick-knack.fr - Informations -------------------------------------------------------------------- Alors, c'est grave docteur ? Hi Does anyone know how to fix the following issue. i have a bounce rate of 60% for people using internet explorer, that is well high, on checking the top menu block is not showing correctly in IE 9 yet works fin in all other browsers. IE 8 works fine however As i use chrome and firefox i did not notice this. using bootstrap theme on prestashop 1.6.0.9

Buenas tardes a todos, tengo un problema muy grave, es que la web en la que trabajo, no va muy bien con Internet Explorer, y al ser una página que lo visitarán un 99% Koreanos, es un gran problema, porque en Korea de Sur, el 72% lo utiliza. La web es: http://spainzip.net/ko/ y lo peor, es que en algunas versiones de IE, no funciona el 80% de la pagina en koreano. -
Hola tengo el siguiente problema en los otros navedadores (firefox y chrome) el sitio se ve bien pero en explorer el menu horizontal superior se desconfigura , y el menu que se despliega en productos se va hacia atras del slider que puedo hacer (adjunto una foto de lo que pasa) dejo los datos: sitio web: http://www.olive.cl/ versión de prestashop: PrestaShop™ 1.5.6.0 plantilla que utilizo : bootstrap (modificada) slider: minic slider agradeceria la ayuda!!!

I have had numerous issues with configuring my shop to even function properly in Internet Explorer. Most of those issues I have fixed but I cannot get the top menu bar to work properly. It shows up but is completely unusable. My site can be seen here: shopping.prestolabels.com This menu works fine in chrome and firefox so I'm not sure what the issue is. Please help!! Thank you. -
Hello Prestoers, Specs: Prestashop 1.5.6 Website: https://www.toyessentials.net/eShop I was wondering if someone can help me out here. My category blocks show up differently on Internet Explorer than FireFox. In Internet Explorer, the Subcategory plus (+) symbol is not filled in. It is transparent. Note: using Internet Explorer 9.0, so maybe the old browser is the issue? Any help would be good. Thank you. Dave. -
Dear Friends, I can not solve the problem of displaying on product page. It looks like would be displayed portion of ajax cart though it is turned off. Simultaneously deforms a horizontal menu. Hi and help! I work with a shop that have started to produce a strange error lately. When a visitor is browsing with Internet explorer and navigates through the meny or internal links, the shop always respons with the a 404 page. It is the same with cms-pages and product/catalogue pages. This is when the users are browsing with Internet explorer, it works with the other major web browsers. If I manually copy the url of the page that produces the 404 page, into the the browsers adress field and press enter, the page is loaded correctly. Have anyone else seen anything like this? The shop is running on 1.5.5.0 Best Regards, Patrik Edit: If I turn of "Friendly URL" it works again, so it must have something to do with the url rewriting... -

Bonjour à tous, Sur le site suivant : avec la version suivante : Prestashop 1.6.0.5 Il y à en bas du thème par défaut, des images que l'ont peut configurer dans MODULE/configurateur de thème. Mon problème : Nous pouvons constater que dans google chrome, les images s'affichent parfaitement, par contre, si l'on test sur Internet explorer et Firefox, la position des images est déplacée et cela rend la page très moche. je vous joins une petite illustration qui vous aidera à comprendre mon problème facilement. Quelqu'un peut il me venir en aide à ce sujet?? Merci d'avance et à bientôt ! -

So, jQuery 1.11 should support IE 8, right? Please advise. Thank you. Remark: 1. Not "blocklayered" file permission problem. 2. I manage a B2B website. Some companies and government entities still using IE8 / Windows XP (around 30%-40% traffic). Due to some reasons (company policy, budget, etc., they are difficult to update software / upgrade computer. So I have to make sure they can access PS1.6 on old version of internet browser.

Bonjour! Je rencontre un problème des plus étranges... Si j'utilise le navigateur internet explorer, les prix sont affichés juste donc en CHF alors que si je me connecte avec google chrome, les prix s'affichent en dollars.... J'ai également un autre petit soucis, je n'arrive pas à configurer l'animation des produits vers le panier... Si une âme charitable voudrait bien m'apporter son aide, je lui en serai réellement reconnaissante! Je vous remercie d'avance! Meilleures salutations! -
Bom dia, Tenho uma loja na versão 1.4.6.2, ao utilizar o internet explorer acontece o seguinte: Coloco os artigos no carrinho e tudo ok, clico em finalizar compra e não aprece nada no carrinho, surge a seguinte mensagem "Seu carrinho de compras está vazio". Já no chrome está tudo bem , aparece os produtos. Como posso resolver esta situação de forma a que eu o possa fazer?? Agradeço vossa ajuda com alguma urgência. Obrigado -
Hey there, hope this is the right place to post this: I've been having two issues with my site, the first being that our site loads fine in chrome and firefox but very strangely in internet explorer. The second being that the overall speed and loading times are very slow. I'll go ahead and attach an IE screenshot as well.
