HY my website has been hacked 3 days ago, i had a weird payment CB form appearing in front of my installed payement modules and it dissepeared when the form was filled and then refresh the checkout page from the beginning and showing the installed payment modules of the site. The BO also took 10 mns to open. From now i've uninstalled all payement module and yet this form has disseppeared, i can't install any new module as i have an error signal in the BO saying that "....config_fr.xml could not be loaded." The BO opens in the right way. Can anyone give me a way to work to clean this out and make it work again cause right now i'm reading every hack symptoms on the forum. If someone have the clue or an indication to what i should first work on it would be help full for me. Any help welcome. Thanks for watching

In questa semplice guida è descrtitto come generare un file CSV per l'importazione corretta dei prodotti e realative immagini. IMPORTANTE: prima di eseguire qualsiasi modifica consiglio di fare un backup del database, in modo da poter ripristinare lo stato precedente alle modifiche. La responsabilità di quello che ogniuno fa sui propri siti è solo propria FASE 1: Compilazione del file CSV Per compilare un file csv basta usare un foglio di calcolo, io uso Calc di Open Office ma va bene qualsiasi altro programma in grado di creare un file csv personalizzato. Le colonne si chiamano CAMPI. Quali nomi dare ai campi Nel Back Office di Prestashop si possono vedere quali sono i campi disponibili per l'importazione dei prodotti: Quindi per comodità possiamo dare al nostro foglio di calcolo gli stessi valori usati da ps come nomi campo, (etichetta delle colonne) ma non è di fondamentale importanza. In allegato c'è un esempio di csv pre-compilato con nomi campo diversi da quelli di ps ma ugualmente validi. E' invece importante capire quali sono i campi che possiamo compilare e sfruttarne il maggior numero possibile per evitare di dover rieditare le schede prodotto singolarmente ad una, ad una. Le immagini Per importare anche le immagini dei prodotti è prima necessario creare/caricare una cartella contenete le nostre immagini, allinterno del nostro hosting. Supponendo che la tua immagine si chiama: latuafoto.jpg e sta dentro una cartella che si chiama: prodotti, che hai appositamente caricato nella cartella img di PS, allora l'indirizzo indicato nel csv deve essere di questo tipo: ..//img/prodotti/latuafoto.jpg. (Grazie a batterismico per le preziose informazioni) Ad importazione avvenuta, potrai cancellare questa cartella perchè non ti servirà più. FASE 2: Esportazione del file CSV Finito di compilare il foglio di calcolo, procedi come indicato di seguito per Open Office (Calc ovviamnete): scegli Salva con nome selezioni CSV metti la spunta su Modifica impostazioni filtro. Se non selezioni questa opzione non potrai creare il csv come desideri ma salverà con le impostazioni di default, che non vanno bene. clicca su salva Ora, nella finestra di dialogo seguente in Tipo di carattere selezioni Utf-8, Separatore di campo selezioni ; (punto e virgola), Separatore testo selezioni i doppi apici " e per finire metti la spunta su Salva contenuto come mostrato. Dai un nome al tuo file CSV e clicca su Ok. FASE 3: Importazione del file CSV in Prestashop Entra in back office, vai in: Strumenti > Importa. (vedi immagine e leggi le annotazioni) Carica il tuo file CSV selezionandolo dal tuo computer e cliccando su "Caricamento file". Seleziona "Prodotti" dalla casella a discesa sottostante. Compila correttamente le varie opzioni prima di cliccare su "Fase successiva". (Vedi immagine e leggi le annotazioni) Dopo aver compilato correttamnete le opzioni, clicca su "Fase successiva". Questa schermata è di fondamentale importanza per un'importazione corretta. Devi assegnare manualmente i campi disponibili su PS ai tuoi campi nel file CSV (vedi immagine) NOTA: Ovviamente la riga contenete il nome del campo va saltata (vedi immagne e leggi le annotazioni) Poi clicca su "Importa dati" e attendi che PS esegua il processo di importazione. Possono volerci anche diversi minuti se hai molte centinaia di prodotti da importare. Finita l'importazione PS ti mostra un report dove potrai valutare la correttezza del processo o eventuali errori. NOTA: E possibile che alcuni testi vengano riscritti o adattati nel caso contengano caratteri non validi. Non c'è da preocuparsi per avvisi di questo tipo. IMPORTANTE: Se hai già importarto un CSV con le categorie, fai attenzione che nel tuo CSV prodotti, questi abbiano indicata la categoria già presente con lo stesso identico nome, altrimenti PS ti crea un'altra categoria per quel prodotto. FINE. In questa guida trovi anche: Importazione delle categorie (1.4 > 1.5 > 1.6 > 1.7)-> vai alla pagina Importazione delle caratteristiche (1.4 > 1.5 > 1.6 > 1.7) -> vai alla pagina Importazione delle combinazioni (1.5 > 1.6 > 1.7) -> vai alla pagina Rimozione bug sul prezzo unitario (ps 1.5) -> vai alla pagina esempio-prodotti.zip

Hello, I was wondering where I should look into if I wish to implement a "combination" for products which would have 2 buttons (decrement & increment), incremented units also increase the price & decrementing decreases the price. Basically my client needs to sell some items (curtains) and requires custom attributes as in selling a product per linear meter and height. Thanks for your time.

Hi, I need a little help thinking this process through: A new product category in shop, needs the customer's "design" - ex a product with a business logo and customer name or what ever is desired or could be a product like Name tags that needs a design. What is the best and easiest procedure, in your opinion, to obtain the design from customer in PS 1.6? Email link at the product (before adding to cart) with a Cc-dep-email & subject: pre-entered, for the customer to attach file(s). If it's possible to change the order status for these kind of products that sends a status-email (that describe in detail what is needed from the customer) for the customer to reply to. Like an "envelope" for mail-response. If it's possible to Insert a field for file-upload that is sent to us with the order. A new module - is there one? What else is possible? Hi Does anyone know if a module is available for shop owner to change a product to new or not? As standard Prestashop has several days where a new added product will be shown as new, but is there a module that can disable this config and let the shopowner deside if the product is new or not? It should be for Prestashop 1.5.

Hi all, I just want to share my experience with multistore and welcome page. I found myself easy solution to have welcome page without any module. So, how to do it? Easy. If you have your Prestashop installation in root domain do this. Switch your installation to mutlistore. Create 3 stores First on root domain ( mystore.com - this will be welcome page ) Second and third configure as virtual folder ( mystore.com/firststore, mystore.com/secondstore ) On root deactivate most modules except Theme configurator and install modules like HTMLbox (free), CSS module, Home text editor (it is no necessary to unhook any module, just disable them) Hook Home text editor to displayHome Use it to write HTML with links to your other two stores (logos in wrapper with links, etc.) Configure your two eshops Done Finally you have three shops, but the root domain shop is used only as welcome page. Hi, I am using default-bootstrap theme of the new 1.6.1.3. installation. I have Contact Block module enabled and on the top Nav menu there are two sections of this module: Call us on the left and Contact us on the right. I would like to have Call us as it is, but would like to remove Contact us link from menu. How could I do so without editing modules/blockcontact/nav.tpl ?

Hello, I own a shop that dropships products from various suppliers. If I receive an order for multiple products from the same supplier, I receive a shipping discount from the supplier. I would like that discount to benefit the customer. Today, I can only give the customer a discount if the purchase consists of more than one piece of product A. Example 1 A shoppingcart consists of the following quantities from supplier 1: 1 x product A 1 x product B [intention: to give a discount of 50 USD] How the Price Rules works: 2 x product A Result: discount of 50 USD for example Then there is no discount. I still get the discount from my supplier and I would therefore like to give a discount on such an order. I tried to used Price Cart Rules and Price Rules for Catalogue. But I haven't found a way. By configuring individual discounts on a product, this is also not possible as the discount only includes product A for instance. How can this be done?

By mistake I have uninstalled prestashop from my domain, I have back up files which I have downloaded using file zilla before week ago, when my site was working perfectly, I'm trying to get it on, but I'm not able find way to upload it, Can some one please help me out, how can I upload these back up files to active my web site again. Hiya all. I hope you can help me. I want to change the URL of one of my pages and I need help. Essentially, I bought this template from Leotheme and their menu headings were not suited to my needs. So I changed the Menu names to suit. For example the menu item "Accessories" was originally "Price Drop". Essentially I would like to keep this page as it is, just change the URL displayed in the menu bar and remove the Price Drop title on the page. I went to SEO & URLs in the back office but as you can see, while I can change certain things I can't change the page name. Can anybody help me solve this?

Hi all! I've recently imported products to my webshop. It's a fashion store and there's a thing i always bump my head into. I have jeans for men and jeans for women. But when i want to put this in the csv: "men,jeans" then you can find the jeans in the men part and the jeans part for the women. I know they have thesame name, so it's not strange that it happens, but how can i simply fix it? I rather keep the "jeans" category just the jeans category. Not something like "mens jeans". Is there any way to do that? I'm sorry for my cracked English. Greetings from the Netherlands!

Altough I admire the presta logic on BO and front I cant quite grasp the modules and .tpl coding in the newset version I am using a popup module and tried to find this weekend how to link or hook the popup to a product image or banner or a button on a product page, I think this would be a nice tutorial for any newbees like me.
