Bonjour, J'ai créé un menu de navigation pour mon site qui s'ouvre au passage de la souris. Le problème est qu'il passe au second plan. J'ai une vidéo qui tourne en dessous et lorsque je passe la souris, le menu se déroule derrière la vidéo et on ne voit pas les sous catégories du menu. J'ai été regardé dans les positions de module mais tout semble en ordre. Voir PJ. Que faire ? Merci beaucoup, Romain

Hello! I have a problem with my PrestaShop with redirects. Here's an example: on the website there's a page '/cms/dostavka.html'. It works well. When I try to access '/cms/dostavk.html' (one letter missing), the system must return 404 error, and it does, but before this, it returns a 302 redirect to the page '/page-not-found'. How can I get rid of that 302 redirect? In setiings, SEO & URL, I've already changed the canonical redirect from 302 to 301. But still it doesn't work.

J'ai cherché longuement une solution à mon problème mais je ne trouve pas la réponse. Site en PS 1.6.1.16 traductions terminées, je cherche à faire fonctionnement le menu déroulant de sélecteur de langues. Le sélecteur de langues et activé et positionné dans le hook dans "displayTop", "displayNav" et "displayHeader". Ce dernier est mal situé dans mon haut de page, quand je l'active il est situé au dessus du logo et du champ de recherche. J'aimerai le trouver dans la barre supérieure horizontale du header à droite ou gauche à côté du bouton de connexion à l'espace client. J'aimerais savoir quel code je dois trouver dans le tpl du header pour gérer son emplacement dans cette partie du droite de la barre horizontale. Deusio, le scroll fonctionne pas, quand on clique sur la petite fleche il s'ouvre pas. Quels fichier faut il modifier pour cela? Hola muy buenas, tengo una inquietud referente a la edición del html de la pagina, estoy tratando de editar las dimensiones del modulo carrito de compras, y agregar un texto que diga "Llámanos 902*******" en el header de mi tienda a través del código fuente, sin embargo no lo estoy logrando a pesar de que modifico el css del modulo y de la plantilla que tengo activa. alguien que me eche, muchas gracias. estos son las rutas que estoy modificando public_html/tienda/modules/blockcart/blockcart.css y public_html/tienda/themes/theme1185/css/modules/blockcart/blockcart.css referente al texto en el header no se donde debería retocar

Witam. Gdzie mogę znaleźć w preście moduł lub jakąś inną konfigurację do zmiany nagłówka w mailach wysyłanych do klientów po dokonaniu zakupu. Nagłówek maila dzieli się jakby na 2 części: 1 część zawiera logo (to wiem gdzie zmienić), 2 część zawiera nazwę firmy. W tej drugiej części chciałbym zmienić zapis tej nazwy, ale nie mogę znaleźć tego.

I added the <meta http-equiv="X-Frame-Options" content="deny"> in header.tpl file ,but it not working and throws the error. And I also added the Header always append X-Frame-Options SAMEORIGIN line in .htaccess file. But this is also not working. Then how can I prevent Clickjacking on my Website?

Hi there, I'm using default-bootstrap version 1.0 theme, how can I change the link when user click on the header logo? The default link is to www.abc.com/name/, can I change it to www.abc.com? Thanks!!!

He tratado de insertar de 1000 formas el pixel de Facebook en mi prestashop 1.7.6.1 según tengo entendido se hace ne el archivo header.tpl y se pone entre las etiquetas <Head > y </head> sin embargo por más que busco y busco No encuentro esas etiquetas head como hago? Muchas gracias

Hi to all , I've a problem showing my Landing Page : www.o2-med.com/Poligrafia. As you can see there 's some type of header showing "close" and "menù" button. I've tried to remove header and footer loading with CSS , but with no result. Is there a way to don't load header ? Or maybe a way to create and use a custom header so i can set Also custom keyword meta and title? I Need to obtain a Page like www.o2-med.com/Poligrafia?content_only=1

Bonjour, Souhaitant gagner du temps lors d'un ajout d'une balise et accélérer le chargement des pages de mon site, je souhaite utiliser l'outil Google Tag Manager. Néanmoins, j'ai un problème lorsque j’intègre le code javascript qui m'est donné par Google. Quelque soit où je met le script dans le <head> du site, je n'obtient qu'une page d'erreur : "Cette page ne fonctionne pas ... Impossible de traiter cette demande via NomDeMonSite à l'heure actuelle ... HTTP ERROR 500". En reprenant ligne par ligne le code fourni par Google, il semblerait que la ligne qui fait tout planter est la suivante : w[l].push({'gtm.start': new Date().getTime(),event:'gtm.js'}); Si quelqu'un a des idées sur d'où vient le problème, je suis preneur ! Ciao a tutti , sono alle prime armi con il coding di prestashop , fino ad oggi mi sono sempre adattato utilizzando vari moduli. Da poco ho deciso di creare una Landing Page in cui dare dei cenni di un servizio e la possibilità di compilare un form. Ho solo il problema che vorrei che l'header e il footer non venissero aggiunti automaticamente alla pagina. Per la creazione della pagina ho generato un prova.php , un provacontroller.php , Tpl , CSS e uno script Java . Ora mi chiedevo come fare per visualizzare solo ed esclusivamente il contenuto di colonna sinistra , destra e centrale , eliminando così il contenuto top/header e footer . Ho flaggato la pagina in tutti i moduli dalla sezione "posizioni" ma continuo a visualizzare elementi sia nella parte superiore che inferiore. qualcuno riesce a spiegarmi dove e cosa sbaglio ? Hi to all ,I Need help to configure my Landing Page... I'v newbie of PS.. My URL www.o2-med.com/prova Is for a Landing Page , i'd like to have a Page with only contenent +right & left column. I've tried disable evrey module's hook from "position" on My pannel, but as you can see , i still have a navbar + some header component. Is there a way to remove completely header + navbar + footer? And show only contenent of My Tpl file + right and left column? If Yes please guide me step by step thanks !

vorrei modificare il top menu in modo che non si veda in due righe anche se le voci non sono molte e soprattutto non lasci bianco lo spazio dopo ho già apportato alcune modifiche al file css (tipo cambiare carattere e colore del menu) ma non so cosa modificare per aumentare la grandezza della cella che contiene il menu. qualcuno può aiutarmi?

Hello, I have prestashop 1.6.1.19 store, I need to edit the top navigation links(shops, contact us, about us,, etc..), So i installed the top horizontal menu module, The problem is the module don't showing all links to me so i can edit them. it shows only 3 links from 5. Anybody had this issue before and solve it please help me. Thanks

I was changing the background color and something happened. I want to fix the color below Mi Carrito and I want white color in the category menu. but everything is yellow and if I change the three modules change the color inmmediately. Please if someone knows I really appreciate it. Thanks

Hi I'm using PS 1.7.6.4 with warehouse template. I need to insert some code to track the prestashop pages on Google Analytics and also for google adwords. The codes must be insert on the header of all pages... For google analytics I'm using the native prestashop module, however in case of google adword there is no native module for prestashop. So I was trying to use an alternative module to insert HTML code such as this one: Unfortunately it doesnt seem to work... Does anybody know a free module to solve the problem? 😅 thanks in advance!

Hi, Prestashop version: 1.7.6.5 Theme: classic Website: https://sml-kaarsenatelier.nl/NieuweWinkel/nl/ Ive been trying to get the header and menu in an acceptable way for days now, but with no smarty knowledge this is proving to be impossible. So I've given up on the ideas I had, and now just am trying to get the classic menu and header work. But I can't seem to figure it out, I hope somebody here can help out. The padding is off. Ive been changing it in the past, but done so in either custom.css or a child theme, and tried to change it now in custom.css but it doesn't do anything. Why? The menu dropdown shows as a row instead of a list, which doesn't look good and useful at all. Somebody knows how to change this? Menu disappears when on tablet mode, and also the padding in mobile mode is off. How to make the menu appear in the center (seen from top to bottom) of the header, instead of on the top? Looks weird. How to change the lettertype and color of the menu? Without loosing this editing when the module is updated... Bonus: if anybody knows how to make the header sticky..... Thanks for any answers. Prestashop versie: 1.7.6.5 Thema: Classic - Child Theme Hi, Ik probeer een simpel toggle menu op de website te installeren, waarvoor ik de code van W3schools (https://www.w3schools.com/howto/howto_js_sidenav.asp) heb gehaald. Als ik deze in de een html blok van Elementor voor Prestashop plak, werkt deze heel prima, maar dan ik krijg 'm dan niet waar ik 'm wil hebben. Ik wil 'm namelijk in de header_nav aan de bovenkant, in plaats van het 'Contacteer ons' van de Contactinfo module. Ik heb geen codeer ervaring, wel een goed basis idee van coderen (meer dan een leek), maar vind dat ik al best ver ben gekomen met het maken van een basis module (Ea_mySidenav) via de , ik heb de js en css voor de 'front' (/views/js/front/ & /views/css/front/) erin gezet, en de html in views/templates/hook gezet, maar dan heb ik nog steeds nergens vastgelegd waar ik wil dat ie op de frontpage terecht komt. Heb alles gedaan nav de beschrijving op https://devdocs.prestashop.com/1.7/modules/creation/displaying-content-in-front-office/, maar ik loop nou toch vast. Heb een poging gedaan af te kijken van de module Contactinfo, maar ik word daar niet veel wijzer van. Waar/hoe leg je vast waar je 'm wilt hebben? Ik hoef niet een formulier aan de achterkant, dat is me te ingewikkeld, ik zet mijn menu wensen wel in de html code, maar dan moet ik wel ervoor kunnen zorgen dat m'n toggle menu op de website te zien is. Ik heb de module aanpak genomen nadat ik eerst heb geprobeerd het gewoon in de basis van het thema te zetten, maar dat lukte ook niet. Dat vind ik natuurlijk ook prima. Czołem, Jestem na etapie tworzenia sklepu. Po wgraniu nowej skórki zabrałem się za navbar. Po najechaniu myszką na poszczególne elemety menu ma pojawić się dropdown. Ze względu na sporą liczbę kategorii w sklepie podkategorie nie mieszczą się w popover. Pop-over wyjeżdża poza viewport i pojawia się poziomy suwak do przewijania na dole ekranu. Myślałem o wyświetleniu subkategorii w bloku po najechaniu myszką na kategorię główną zamiast horyzontalnie. Jak się za to zabrać?

Hello, I want to activate my Facebook pixel so I need to add Facebook pixel code in header.tpl file above <head> but when I edit /themes/simplio/templates/_psrtials/header.tpl (thats where I can find my header.tpl file for my theme) I can't find <head> to paste the code above it. Is this the right header.tpl files or do I need to find another one?
