Bonjour à tous et toutes ! J'ai un souci avec la configuration du plugin fait par prestas hop (je leur ai ecris sans jamais aucune réponse de leur part), je souhaite mettre à jour mon google shopping automatiquement, donc j'ai lié tous les comptes (en faisant cela il va crée des balises dans adword même si on en a déjà bon ok... Le souci est que quand je veux faire la mise à jour il me refuse tous les produits, car il n'y a pas de MPN apparemment...et pour certains de descriptions, alors que je fais la même manipulation avec ce plugin google Merchant Center (google Shopping + Actions) qui lui ne posent pas de problème, enfin avec lui tous les produits avec attributs sont refusé et un souci avec la TVA qui ne s'affiche pas bien, dou le fait de vouloir changer de plugin... Quand je vais voir dans google business je n'ai aucune trace de ces refus, j'ai l'impression que c'est une Black box... de pus meme si jaoute des MPN dans des produits ils sont quand meme tous refusé Quelqu'un utilise t-il ce plugin ? Buenas tardes, Google merchant center me está desactivando algunos productos, nos indica que el precio del feed y el precio de la web no concuerda con lo que robot está leyendo. También les he indicado que en la herramienta de datos estructurados , unicamente tengo advertencias pero no errores y me ha contestado esto: Respecto a su pregunta, si que podría ser un error, los precios deben de aparecer con punto. Por otra parte, he estado investigando y parece que el problema principal es que el precio que aparece en los microdatos es diferente al que se muestra en el feed de datos y en la landing page. Le voy a dar un ejemplo, en el producto "Resina Epoxi Suelos 3D Transparente Alta Dureza | Porcelanato Líquido 7,50 Kg. (a+b)" (ID NZES126v408), encontramos que el precio tanto en el feed como en la web es de 98.01. Pues bien, si vamos a la Herramienta de datos estructurados e introducimos la URL de este producto (https://www.nazza.es/resinas/126-resina-epoxi-3d-transparente.html#/105-formato-750_kg_ab) encontraremos que el precio que se está extrayendo es 12.22 EUR y, por ello, nos aparece este error de que los precios no coinciden. Por tanto, habría que hacer las modificaciones oportunas para que el precio extraído de los microdatos sea 98.01 en lugar de 12.22 y, así, no se detecte ninguna discordancia. *** ¿Como puedo solucionarlo? Hello to all Prestashopers, I've looking into the forums and the internet, and there does not seem to be any kind of solution or workaround for this. I've set up my shop with and also an Ad Words / Google Merchant campaign. However, Google Merchant give an Account warning: "Insufficient match of microdata price information" https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/6098383 I understand the whole concept of the schema.org. However, from what I can see, the default Prestashop template is at cause. What happens is that the default Prestashop template put the $ sign into the price_display info, which cause the mismatch with Google Merchant. See attached image: $ should NOT be inserted into our_price_display span. Rather, it should be inserted outside of the span, and into the priceCurrency meta. Now of course some offer a fix for a fee, but that seems silly for me to pay for someone to partly dismantle a template and hack the code for such a small thing. Moreover, this hack might break something else, and will probably be wiped out if I do an update. I know this is only a warning from Google, but this most likely hinders my rankings, and might even cause mass disaproval of products on Google Merchant. Anyone encountered this? Não estou conseguindo integrar o Prestashop com o Google Merchant, instalei o modulo padrão, e quando clico em JOIN sou redirecionado para o Google Merchant e nada acontece. Alguém sabe o que pode ser? Desde já agradeço!

Hallo zusammen, ich fange gerade an mich mit dem Thema Google Shopping zu beschäftigen. Einen Feed zu erzeugen ist ja nicht sonderlich schwer, aber es hapert mal wieder an Kleinigkeiten. Den manuellen Export per Google Docs hab ich am laufen, die Automatisierung per CSV klappt bestimmt auch bald. Jetzt Mal unabhängig von Google Shopping, wie löst Ihr das Problem wenn Daten gefordert werden, die nicht im Shop vorhanden sind? Kann ich Eigenschaften pro Produkt hinzufügen, die nur für den Export verwendet werden, aber nicht in meinem Shop angezeigt werden? Z.B. Google Produktkategorie. Jetzt habe ich gesehen das es auch eine Google Shopping API gibt und es würde mich interessieren ob bereits ein fertiges Modul für Google Shopping existiert, welches diese verwendet. Ich habe zwar ein paar Module gefunden, aber die Beschreibungen sind nicht besonders verständlich und von API lese ich da auch nichts. Gruß Martin

Buenas, me explico... compre un modulo de google merchant center en la pagina prestashop según ellos verificado. he conseguido configurarlo mas o menos bien, peeeero... aqui viene el error.. cuando entro en merchant center me sale todo correcto pero si miro en el apartado calidad de los datos me dice: Las imágenes no son válidas. 100% de todos los productos se ve afectado. Alguien sabe como solucionarlo? Gracias de antemano. Solución: mandar varios msjs a ps hasta que tw contestan, despues te piden datos de ftp, te dice que crees un empleado en la web y varios datos mas. Me contestaron al mail a las 8 de la noche y a las 9 de la mañana ya estava arreglado.

Hi All, My client has asked that I add their products to Google. They have a Google account setup and ready to rock. I have used the Presta 1.5.4.1 (most up to date at time of writing). I know very little about Google Products so I'd like some advice. There's quite a large price gap between the top seller (Around £100inc VAT) and the cheapest (Around £30 inc VAT) My client is keen to keep costs down and has asked that I explore the possibility of uploading his products manually. My thoughts on this would be to download the products as a CSV from his website and then add/ change the headings to match Googles requirements as a spreadsheet before uploading them. The problem I foresee is that Google needs to be kept in the loop about product availability ie if an item is in stock of not. I'm not sure how often Google checks your stock but the pitfall is if your products go out of stock and you don't tell Google they may remove all your products... which would suck. So the question Are: Is it worth manually adding products? how often would I have to update the products to keep google happy? AND If he opts for a module, what's the difference between them? any opinions on which is the best? Many Thanks Neil

We are a shoe online store specialized on the traditional Victoria shoemaker brand. We have more than 20 colors for the traditional canvas shoe, and lot of new models. For the moment we only deliver to Spain, but we are working to start selling trough Amazon to the EU. On summer we will upgrade to PS 1.5 and we will start selling worldwide. Buenas, Agradeceria ayuda en esto, llevo leyendo post acerca de esto y no doy con la tecla. Instale el modulo de googleshopping, me genera el cron, sube automatico el feed, hasta ahi todo bien (aunque me costo lo mio) el problema es que faltan un par de atributos recomendables para tener ok los articulos, muy importante el availability, aparte del brand y el mpn. Mi pregunta es la siguiente, donde le digo el availability en el modulo, o donde, porque el feed se sube automatico, tengo demasiados articulos como para hacerlo manualmente. He conseguido subir los articulos, solo me falta esos atributos.... Gracias

I dont know where to begin to add my products into google merchants. I don't have mony to pay for a module as i just spent most of it paying off hosting and etc.. to use Prestashop. Please help me??? Thank You
