The strangest thing happened..I had started prestashop with some fake orders..then a real customer creates an account and informs me that a few of my dummy orders appear on her account..with the fake items and fake addresses..as previous orders to her new account..it seems there is some sort of mix up between account previous created and her new one...any ideas or thoughts

Some reason I can't edit the page content of pages I've added or default pages that were installed automatically. Does anyone know why the "page content" isn't showing the box where I can edit the content of the page? I searched for an answer & watched tutorials, yet I've came up empty handed. The editor box is not showing up properly. The image is what my screen looks like on the CMS page.

Hello friends, Im writing to you to ask some questions about a glitch that Im getting in my site. Sometimes (around 10% of the time) when people access my site for the very first time, and they try to shop, click the buy button, the dialog of pay or keep shopping appears and they click pay, after a moment it goes to order-opc and shows a message stating that the cart is empty. Im running prestashop 1.5.2, for some technical reasons I cant update because of the customizations I did to my site. I build a style test that let's people get customized products recommendations in the sliders, build a costume payment method, etc. Is there a way to know what exactly was changed to fix this issue in prestashops the last update? To fix the issue we tried: Forcing the blockcart ajax code to add the cookie manually. Enabling / disabling SSL and Url_Rewrite. Changing the site domain to pontelamoda.com and www.pontelamoda.com. Deleting all the cookies. Forcing ajax-cart.js to run expand(). In general, the product is usually added to the page, but fails to remain throughout the session. So im very interested in hearing your opinions about this problem and if you guys can tell me about a solution. Thanks

Hi, I recently upgrade my store to 1.5.4....and now I have some misplacements in the frontpage. I will attach a screenshot to better explain the situation. You will see that the search bar is not in the center and also the navigation bar is not in the center...help..what is causing this?

Very strange issue that I just cannot get to the bottom of. I'm going to do my best to explain what's going on. I have toolboxes with a number of different lengths, widths, heights and of course weights. I have them setup as different combinations to accommodate for the changes in dimensions. I have setup one of my products (and all of it's combinations) by entering the dimensions and weights (including changes in weight). Shipping is calculating for every product and every combination on that product only. On all of the other products I have set weights and dimensions for, the default product weight and dimensions are not being properly calculated by the UPS module. Once I change the configuration of the product in the front end, the proper shipping amount is displayed. Very confused as to why it worked earlier today but will not now. Is is a simple radio button that I am missing or have I found a glitch in the system? Any help appreciated. Very happy with Prestashop so far and have put in a decent amount of time. Would hate to have to go elsewhere for such a seemingly small issue.
