In presashop 1.7.4 version I have featured products enabled on home page. It also shows Best Sellers Tab and New Products Tab but only the featured products module in the back office is enabled. Both the best sellers plug in and the new products plug in are not active or enabled in the back office. Yet they both show as if they are part of the featured products. In the configure featured products there is no way to turn them off. So.. How do I get rid of the tabs on my home page for Best Sellers and New Products my client does not want to show? Thanks, Tina

I am using a new installation of PS 1.6.09 - the free module Featured Products on the Homepage is not working in any theme (version 1.6.2). I have tried adding different category numbers, and clearing the cache. Is this a common problem and does anyone have a fix ? Thank you -
Bonjour, J'aimerai utiliser le module "PRODUITS PHARES" mais il présente un bug. Quand le cache SMARTY est activé le module plante complétement quand le mode aléatoire est sur "ON". Auriez vous une solution pour "désactiver" le cache SMARTY uniquement sur ce module ? Je suis allé faire un tour dans "modules\ps_featuredproducts\ps_featuredproducts.php" j'ai essayé 2 - 3 trucs mais rien n'y fait. Une idée ? Une solution ? -

Buongiorno a tutti sono nuovo nella comunity e nell'uso di Prestashop e probabilmente porrò una domanda "sciocca" (per Voi esperti) Sto provando a modificare la lista dei prodotti che compaiono nel modulo Prodotti in Vetrina e sono incorso in un problema: i prodotti che aggiungo non si allineano con quelli di default. Ho pensato fosse un problema legato alle dimensioni dell'immagine scelta come copertina, ma credo d'essere fuori strada. Uso la versione 1.7.6.8 di Prestashop e per creare un nuovo prodotto clicco su: VENDI -> Prodotti -> Nuovo Prodotto Ho provato ad inserire immagini di qualsivoglia dimensione ma rimango sempre con il riquadro non allineato. Se aggiungo una immagine 250x250 (che credevo fosse la dimensione corretta) mi viene automaticamente modificata con l'aggiunta di bande bianche diventando così 270x351 Se invece copio / incollo (DUPLICO) un prodotto pre esistente questo si allinea perfettamente. Allego una immagine d'esempio per rendere il tutto più chiaro (forse questa immagine è la meno probante visto che sembra che il problema sia per il fatto che ne ho scelto una troppo piccola... ma come potete vedere il campo contenente il prezzo è più in basso rispetto alle altre 3 foto) Come posso risolvere il problema? Doveste avere bisogno di ulteriori elementi rimango a disposizione. Ringrazio in anticipo per la collaborazione Saluti

Hi there, I am just about finalizing my first store [for a client] to go live, have come across a challenge, that's "need to setup a 'Best Sellers' section in my store's home page BUT display this label only when there's some Top Seller Products available to display in this section?" Is this even possible? Note: I am using 'Creative Elements' as the page builder, if it helps? TIA

Prestashop 1.4.9.0 - module Home featured products redirects products to wrong URL. When you click on a product you get [Debug] This page has moved. URL should be: http://mydomain.si/sl/category/10638-product.html Instead you get this URL: http://mydomain.si/sl/10638-product&id_category=335

When the customer is logged into the store, the Featured Products portion of HomePage is not displayed, and if the customer clicks to view the products they receive the following message: You do not have access to this category. however the products are displayed, if he clicks on any product he is redirected to a page with the following message: You do not have access to this product. example in print below(Sorry for prints in another language. ) I have already checked the category and product permissions and they are set correctly. Hello, I am using Prestashop 1.7.4.4 and a Prestashop module 'Featured Products' 2.0.0 As you can see, the images are not centered with the text beneat them, they are too close to the left edge of the screen, leaving a lot of margin on the right side, and a horizontal scroll option has appeared because apparently the website became wider. Does anybody know how to solsve this? Thank you in advance.

Is it possible to increase the amount of text displayed for each product before it is truncated in Featured Products? Prestashop 1.75 -
Upgraded from 1.6 to 1.7 and now Products that were selected in back office prior to upgrade are not the same items that are being displayed in live site. Please advise how to correct this. Thank you in advance.

Hi everyone, I am new to Prestashop community, while using and setting up the modules, my theme 'PRS050106' has lost its featured items block, can someone guide me how to recover it back. it is enabled in modules, and also i can see the hooks but i dont know exactly what has happend, can someone guide me or i have to submit any file to also get help? also i want to know that, i think my website is compromised, and generating a lot of links, and was blocked by my CDN, cloudflare, and was down yesterday, i contacted godaddy, they said that they cant help until i shift back my dns addresses back to godaddy defaults. I shifted them back but still there is trouble with website. the google insights, says that it is taking more than 20 cycles / rendering blocks to load so its assumed that website is not available for public online. Address is www.nksparts.com If i changed password of my database for security, do i need to update some conf's file somewhere ? Please help, -
Hi, when i click on the "see all the products" on the bottom of featured products instead of show all the products, show a 404 page... Its a fresh installation... Thanks

Hola a todos, ¿Alguien sabe cómo puedo quitar o modificar el título que aparece publicado por defecto al cargar un Addon Product Carousel? No encuentro la forma de poder modificarlo, o de eliminarlo si no puedo traducirlo. No hay ninguna opción cuando lo configuras en la Home para hacerlo y poder quitar el FEATURED PRODUCTS? Os ajunto captura. Muchas gracias.

Hi all, After unhooking 'featured products' module and moving it to another position on home page , I can not set it back and not able to see it at all. Here are the my steps and am I missing something extra? - module enabled - position set to displayHome When refreshing page, it just does not show anymore. I did similiar with other modules and they are all work and I have feeling I am missing something for this module. Any thoughts ?

PS Version - 1.6.0.9 Theme - Default Bootstrap 1.0 Website - www.totalfancydress.com ----- Searched and searched for this but can't seem to find an answer. On the Homepage, I'm already using the Theme Configurator above my Featured/New/Bestsellers product tabs to display 3 boxes. I would also like to use it under my Featured/New/Bestsellers product tabs because it looks a bit odd at the moment. Directly below the products, is the footer. I'd like to place something there to break it up a bit. But I'm unable to place anything there. My 'Theme Configurator' and 'HTMLBox' modules are hooked into the right places but I can't move them in Live Edit to where I want them. I get the dreaded red instead of green! Ideally (if it's possible), I'd like to place content the full width of the page underneath the Featured/New/Bestsellers because I feel if I just place a few more boxes there, it would leave a large white space in the left column. Any ideas? -

Existe-t-il un module prestashop 1.5 / ou une manière de personnaliser l'actuel pour sélectionner ses produits phares. En fait j'ai plusieurs boutiques, et j'aimerai avoir une sélection de produits dans le module "featured products" différente sur chaque boutique. A vos claviers, D'avance merci. -

Hello everyone, Could you please help me with my website ? here is the address http://redkiss-shop.fr/ In the widget New Products and Featured Products on the home page, there are several problems : - The price is indicated twice ! how do I remove one or the other please ? - The website is supposed to be all in French, but the "quick view" "add to cart" and "more" remain in English. How do I put them in French ? Finally, in the top nav, the Wish list and compare are still displayed but I deactivated the modules, I don't understand. Thank you very much for your help !

hello, i define the number of products on the homepage with 20 items. but it doesn't display on the homepage. it only show 8 items on the homepages. how can i make it display more then 8 products?

Hi. I apparently have deleted the featured products block from my site, and can't seem to replace it. I enabled it in Modules and hace several products with the 'Home' category ticked but still nothing appears on my homepage. Any clues as to what it could be? Did I delete something from the theme or something? Thanks in advance. -
Hi everyone, When removing items from my Home page Featured Products block, and adding new ones, there's a space created where the old products where, and the new products go to the bottom, instead of taking that space. I rearrange the order, through the back office, categories, dragged the products and moved them in the order I wanted, and still the space is there. There are 12 products in total. It's supposed to be 3 rows by 4 columns. It is showing the first row of 4 products with 2 products: the second row with spots 5 & 6 left blank, and spots 7 & 8 with products... and so on for the rows below. Any help please? Here's a screenshot.

Hi there I'm quite a newbie on presta and I having problem about managing featured products. To learn how to do that, I've read some docs and have watched some tutorials and as I understand, I can add/remove a product to featured products block just by adding/removing home association. Then, I've removed some of the default products coming by installation from home category, and add " test product1 " with " home " association (see image). However, products I've removed from home list still stay on featured products block, and the product that I defined and associated to home category doesn't seen on the block. (see image 2) Where do I make mistake? Thanks for any help.
