Merhaba. E-posta şablonlarını güncellerken " Bir dil Ekle / Güncelle" grubu altında önceden seçili olan türkçe dilini değiştirmeden güncelle tuşuna bastım. Belki yeni bir güncelleme gelmişte kurtuluyorum diye. Çünkü güncellemeleri kabul etmeyip html ile düzenlemeyi kabul etmiyor yine aynı duruyordu. Aniden gerek tema gerek klasik bütün e-posta şablonları yok oldu. Buenas, he tenido una serie de problemas a la hora de traducir las plantillas de correo de mp_order del módulo marketplace dado que ambos archivos mp_order en español e inglés vienen en inglés y cuando trato de traducirlo desde el Backoffice no me deja ni siquiera editar, por lo que me veo forzado a ir a buscar el html de español y traducirlo y a la hora de hacer una compra en la cual se le envía el correo al vendedor de que tiene una orden por un producto en específico, dicho correo llega totalmente en blanco. Qué puedo hacer ante esto ?

My prestashop version: 1.7.2 When editing the translations of core emails, the logo, and other links are incorrect. The url of the backend is always inserted by the html editor. Hi, I am using a feedback module that sends an email to customers asking them to write a review about us. A variable called {url_ifb} is used by the module in his email template to generate the URL for each customer so customer data is attached to each review. I would like to use an image with generated link instead full text url generated by {url_ifb} variable but I can´t find the way to do this. I discoverd that you can dramatically increase your possitive rating by customers if you give them this three options intead of just asking for a review. Option 1) Are you happy? ---> Write a review Option 2) Any issue with your order? Let´s find a solution ---> Link to "I have an issue" form to write us Option 3) No arrived? Let´s find your shipping ---> Link to "Find my order" form to contact us See attached picture of my email template (it´s in spanish). Using this method, you just send happy people to write review page. And people wich is not happy goes to a form to contact you and find a solution, this method is working very well in our store. I am nos pleased with the way that link generated by {url_ifb} variable is shown, i need it to work when clicking in the tomato image or at least with a friendly text like "Write a review". I know how to put the other (not variable) link with their respective images but I can´t find the way to do this with the variable, is it possible? Any help is apreciated, thank you.

Trying to change e-mails templates on PC using Notepad++, via FileZila. Copied emails in .html from server to my PC, I have made all what I needed. All files been saved and send back via FileZila to the server. Checking in the BO (my PS 1.7.3 version ) for updates - NOTHING! Send all html again to my PC and what I see?! All changes are disappeared! All templates without any changes!

Prestashop 1.6.1.8 Localization > Translations - can't see any options for emails !

Since I have migrated to the latest version of Prestashop 1.5.4 from 1.4.9 My email templates have started to include the order_name eg. XWVZXTJPR instead of the order number eg #4328 Can someone please tell me what I need to change in the Email Template Translations html code for this to happen? At the moment it is displayed as {order_name} which is bringing back eg. XWVZXTJPR see attached screen grab

Hi I am using PS 1.6.0.14 and wish to change the order conf. email to customers. I need to add product ID and remove reference. I did look in the order_conf.html, and changed the label, but I don't know where to change what is displayed for {products}. So I hope someone can help.

Hello, I am looking for a way to add delivery dates (between X to XX May, for example) to the "Shipped" email templates to let customers know when their delivery is expected. How can I do that? The only problem is when we want to edit directly the file, because with or without html entities, encoding the special characters, the emails works fine . It is possible to turn off html entities encoding when emails translations are saved?

Hello everybody, I have problem in Prestashop 1.6.0.9. My backoffice ignore files that are in mails/cs folder. There is some templates and changes but in backoffice "translations/email templates/language" are still the same "old ones". I can edit them, they looks edited, but in the file in ftp nothing change. They ingnore each other:-( I tried update language from presta server, it changed ftp files, but not backoffice translation. Do you have any idea what can be wrong?

For instance, I want to add a button linked to the user's profile to the new account email (account.tpl) but I can't figure how to do it. How can I know which {variables} are available for use? I've tried following instructions in the forum about adding a line showing tax to the email template order_conf.html but have not had success with PS 1.5.2 I need to display the Product Price without tax and the to display the tax separately. I'm have a very strange problem with my prestashop installation. I have Prestashop 1.5.6.2 installed and I'm trying to edit the email's that are sent to the customer when a new account is made or when a new order is created. The strange thing is, the new order email is showing the correct output when an order is made, but when a new customer registers a template which is NOT even in the folder is appearing. The same goes for any kind of email confirmation. It's weird, i've checked the folders where these html files reside and they're all plain, just simple white background with black text where as the email confirmations being sent have pink links and pink blocks which contain text. It seems like the default mail templates are being used but I checked the default templates and they're all white, with no pink styling. Anyone know how this is happening and how I can fix this?

Hello, I just arrived on the PrestaShop forums, i am new in PrestaShop and i love it ! I am from Greece and i have a problem sending emails to customers from my shop in greek language. I have done all the translations i need through the localization > translations > email templates for the greek language but no luck! All the emails (orders, test etc) received in english. I am missing some settings or this is a bug? Thank you guys!

Hi, I translated the default english email templates located at /mails folder to my language (greeks). After the translations, the back office engine is showing me some warnings at this page, saying that the folder for my custom language exists but not for the english one and shows me the directory path inside the active default theme at the following paths : folder mail exists for el, but not for english at /themes/default/modules/blocknewsletter/mails/el/ folder mail exists for el, but not for english at /themes/default/modules/blockwishlist/mails/el/ folder mail exists for el, but not for english at /themes/default/modules/followup/mails/el/ folder mail exists for el, but not for english at /themes/default/modules/mailalerts/mails/el/ folder mail exists for el, but not for english at /themes/default/modules/referralprogram/mails/el/ folder mail exists for el, but not for english at /themes/default/modules/sendtoafriend/mails/el/ Ok. I can copy all the appropriate english files to the above destination folders but it seems strange to me why the heck the prestashop core does not search for the english files at the default /mails folder at the root directory. I want to add some custom tags to mailalerts.php for our order confirmation emails, but just wondering if this file will get overwritten if we use the 1-click autoupdater? The mailalerts.php file does state the following: ...so what is the best practice way of adding custom tags? Also, with multistores, is there a way to share a single template with a number of stores?

I have modified the color scheme on the mail templates from the Pink Prestashop standard to a Blue style by modifying the hexadecimal color definitions in the mail templates. There is one template order_conf.html that contains {delivery_block_html} and {invoice_block_html} that displays Delivery & Billing Address information. The names that are displayed when these html blocks are filled use the Prestashop Pink formatted font. I've attached a screen shot of an actual order confirmation message. Does anyone know where I need to look to find the proper color definition to change the color of the names in these two blocks?
