ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE Bonjour, Site développé en local (en 1.7.2 avtuellement en 1.7.3) puis transféré sur serveur dédié OVH je rencontre un problème de connection récurrent à l'ouverture "catalogue/articles" et pages "paramètres avancés". J'arrive à réactiver les pages en supprimant le fichier ht access et en le régénérant et en supprimant le fichier class-index sous APP/CACHE mais il est impossible de travailler comme cela, de plus je rencontre des problèmes pour modifier les articles même err_empty_response ou non enregistrement des modifications quelqu'un aurait il eu le même problème chez OVH et éventuellement trouvé une solution (le serveur supporte aussi une presta 1.6 qui fonctionne parfaitement) j'ai trouvé sur un blog qu'il falait installer un proxy est-ce la solution ? merci d'avance si quelqu'un à une solution bien cordialement Laissé un ticket chez OVH sans retour de solution (pas d'assistance pour ce type de problème) ticket 2437713246 Hello, Site developed locally (in 1.7.2 currently in 1.7.3) then transferred to OVH dedicated server I encounter a recurring connection problem when opening "catalog / articles" and "advanced parameters" pages. Liebes Presta Forum Folgendes Problem: Ich habe eine bestimmte Website mit prestashop, die ich mit Chrome auf einem Huawei Tablet sehe. Es gibt auf dem mobilen Chrome den sogenannten Desktop Modus. Wird die Website im Desktop Mode aufrufe, wird sie angezeigt. Schalte ich den Desktopmodus aus, dann erhalte ich den Fehler ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE. Andere Seiten laufen einwandfrei. Die Darstellung auf Firefox und Safari läuft ebenfalls fehlerfrei. Und auch auf anderen Android Tablets und IPads keine Probleme. Ich möchte von euch wissen, was da technisch genau passiert. Kann man diesen Fehler serverseitig verhindern bzw im Quellcode von .htaccess, PHP usw.? Eine Lösung wäre z.B. Nur die Desktopseite ausgeben. Gerne stelle ich noch weitere technische Infos zur Verfügung. Ich danke für eure Anregungen oder gar Lösungen. Gruss LeBon

I made a fresh install of Prestashop 1.7.0.1 with Softaculous and Manual, and have the same problem, The installation process is all normal and sucesfull, and the website loads, but when i try to go to backoffice i get: ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE, from all browsers i tried, cleared all cache, still the same, i curentellly have php 5.5, but i also tryed php 7, but all the same, don't know what to do, any one had this problem and solved it?

Hi everybody, I'm a new user here and I'm trying to understand how to make things work. I need to modify some features of a website done with Prestashop 1.4.9, so I downloaded it in my machine, I've exported the database, and I've create a localproject, following the thounsands of tutorial about migrating a prestashop website. The steps are always the same: - download with filezilla - DB backup - new project in local server - import database - modify config/setting.inc.php In order to make things work, I need to update the database too. In fact, there are some data, such as the domain name, or the ssl, that need to be set to "localhost". After that, there are no more php errors, or connection errors. Just a 324 error_empty_response. I've already flushed the cache and created the .htaccess file, but the 324 error is still there. I have no idea of what is going on. I'm so desperate and frustrated. If anyone could tell me something, or just tell me "hey, you can find your solution in this other topic!!", it would be great. Thank you very much.
