Hi everyone. I've just installed PS in my local machine (OS X), everything went smoothly but when I try to log in to the admin panel it get's a loop redirecting to the same page (login page) all the time without an error message (it only shows the error message when I type a wrong pw on purpose). It is the first time I use PS, I've already seen in the forum that it is a common problem (or at least it used to be) and I've tried what I've found here and in Google, but usually are related to servers, browsers... not in local machine, so I'm still blocked. I'd appreciate a lot if someone had a solution. Many thanks -
Hallo Zusammen Ich bin der Stephan und neu hier. Seit gut 3 Wochen läuft mein Frotend vom Shop zwar aber ich komme nicht mehr ins Backoffice. Wenn ich den Adminbereich öffne, kann ich die Anmeldedaten eingeben und nach ein paar Sekunden kommt die Http Error 500 (weiss mittlerweile das dieser nichts aussagt). Ich kann die Anmeldedaten eingeben aber nachher passiert nicht mehr. Durch die verschieden Beiträge habe ich bereits den Ordner gamification unbenannt. Bis jetzt ist der Shop einwandfrei gelaufen und wir hatten keine Probleme. Währe euch sehr dankbar wenn mir jemand weiterhelfen könnte, da wir anfangs November den Shop Live schalten wollten. Sollte ich etwas vergessen haben, füge ich diese gerne hinzu. My dashboard is showing totally incorrect data, how can I reset/clear this data

Hoi allemaal, Een vraag over het maken van een nieuw product in Prestashop. Op het moment dat ik een nieuw product aan wil maken via of het snelmenu of de reguliere weg redirect de knop "nieuw product" naar het Dashboard. Als ik de Prestashop installatie in Debug modus zet ontvang in de foutmelding zoals vermeld in de bijlage. I have a strange problem: Even though I'm sure that my shop has visitors (and I even got a first order) the dashboard keeps showing 0 visitors. Searching the forum I only found this but resetting or reinstalling the data-mining-addon doesn't change anything The log files don't show any problems... Can someone point me into the right direction? I'm using Prestashop 1.7.6.9

Hello everyone, I take the liberty of writing to you, in order to request your follow-up to a bug that I encountered on my Prestashop 1.7 dashboard. the buttons to display the stats no longer work and the loader at the top left of the page is displayed. Version de PHP : 7.1 Version de MySQL : privée : MariaDb 10.2 Navigateur(s) concerné(s) : Chrome Bonjour, Après un problème sur mon prestashop j'ai du faire une récupération de sauvegarde directement via mon hébergeur. J'ai récupérer une sauvegarde du FTP. Je n'ai pas touché à la BDD. Tout allait bien, puis je me suis rendu compte que : Mon Dashboard ne bouge plus. Par exemple : j'ai beau cliquer sur "Année", "Année n-1" etc. ça ne m'affiche uniquement que le mois en cours, impossible de visualiser ce qui a été fait en arrière. Mes prix ne s'affichent plus à la création/duplication d'un nouveau produit - mais s'affichent bien sur les anciens. 😓 Je recherche donc de l'aide/process afin que ces données s'affichent de nouveau car sinon, plus de reporting et plus de prix sur mes nouveaux produits... 😪 Je ne suis pas en mode catalogue, j'ai vidé le cache du Presta ET du navigateur, il semble clairement que mon presta n'arrive plus à allé chercher les données évoquées. J'ai ouvert l'inspecteur Google chrome il ne mentionne pas d'erreur. Je sui débutant et non sûr que le mode Debug me donne des infos qui me parleront... Dites moi si vous avez besoin de plus d'informations, je vous serai grandement reconnaissant ! -
Hello. I'm using PrestaShop 1.6.1.18 Currently. (Just updated 2 days ago) On the Dashboard page there is the section "Activity Overview". That section shows the Stats for the Online visitors, Abandoned Carts, Orders, etc, etc.. My problem is that the online visitors shows around 400-500 visitors online in the past 15 mins. Now that is way off. I would say there typically is an average of 20 users most of the time. I took a screenshot to show what I see. Seems that there is some sort of service running and I cant seem to find out what it is. The server IP "108.160.159.115" is doing something a few times each minute. And the page it its going to is "pagnotfound" UPDATE: (It was just pagenotfound. Now its been saying category) Can somebody give me some direction in what to do to troubleshoot or find out whats going on here? Here are the steps I have tried so far. I made a duplicate modules folder in the root directory and renamed the current folder as module-old. I then copied just the stats modules into it so all the modules where disabled except for the stats modules. (No Effect) Turned off all the CRON jobs through cPanel Removed all the sitemap Generator and files from the server so there is nothing the sitemap can be doing Checked Google Analytics and it shows the correct amount of visitors. So obviously its something that's happening internally. Not something external loading a webpage.

Hi, I'm working with Prestashop from a year now and this is the first time that this happen to me with module dash trends. Since this week I'm having problems to see the sales, visitors, benefits and everything from this month, specific since 09-07-2020 until today in two sites that I have allowed in the same VPS, everything is in 0 as you can see: But if I selected from this week, 09-07-2020 until today 09-10-2020 the information is working good as you can see: These are two different sites with two different versions of prestashop (1.7.5.1 and 1.7.6.0) and the only in common is that there are in the same VPS. So my question is if there a problem of the hosting and where or what can be the problem or is a problem with Prestashop and this module specifically? I already delete the module and reinstall again in both sites, reset the module many times, update the PHP Version many times and nothing is change, it still simply not working if I select this week and one or two day from last week or the entire month. Hallo, habe auch schon im englisch-sprachigen Teil mein Glück versucht allerdings ohne Reaktion... Habe frisch einen Shop eingerichtet (PS 1.7.6.9) und nun festgestellt, das im Dashboard beharrlich "Online-Besucher: 0" angezeigt wird! Auch wenn ich selbst auf den Shop zugreife und sogar selbst wenn Bestellungen eingehen! Im Forum habe ich nur das gefunden. Was ich probiert habe: Statistik-Modul deaktivieren, aktivieren & reinstallieren verschiedene Einstellungen des Statistik-Moduls (s. Anhang) Cache löschen .htaccess Datei löschen/neuerstellen in die log-Dateien geschaut (keine Infos dazu) Nun habe ich als letzte Hoffnung, dass es helfen könnte das Statistik-Modul an den "displayFooter-hook" zu hängen, allerdings kann ich bei "Modul hinzufügen" keinen Hook auswählen?!? PS: Keine Ahnung, ob dies mit dem Fehler zusammenhängt, aber immer wieder mal zeigt bei mir der Modulmanager in allen Kategorien außer den letzten beiden keine Module an (s. Screenshot). Wenn ich dann aber nach einem bestimmten Modul suche, wird es auch angezeigt!

Καλησπέρα σας. Εχω έκδοση 1.7.7.2 και αντιμετωπίζω το παρακάτω πρόβλημα. Κάθε φορά που κάνω save τις αλλαγές στο προϊόν ή βγαίνω και ξαναμπαίνω στο προϊόν αυτόματα μου προσθέτει Features. Κάθε φορά διπλασιάζει αυτά τα features. Υπάρχει κάποια λύση? είναι bug σε αυτή την έκδοση? Γιατί γενικά στα προϊόντα βλέπω αρκετά bugs

Hi, I bought the module and theme from Prestashop and the shop worked fine until I’ve added a few new modules such as skill (for payment) and a pop-up note for cookies. I have also created different delivery options based on payment methods and different combinations for products with combinations. Then suddenly, the admin panel stopped loading the module page (blank page) and the same for payments… I’ve deleted the 2 modules mentioned hoping this will sort out the problem, but unfortunately, the situation is the same… In debugging mode, if the payment with cash is selected, there are a few errors showing. Please help me and let me know what info you need! Also, happy to have a freelancer looking at it as I am lost!!! Thank you! Daniela (alidecor.ro)

Ik ben gestart met een nieuwe installatie van Prestashop versie 1.7 In het dashbord van de producten is bovenaan het statistiekpaneel op een of andere manier verdwenen. Is het mogelijk om dit terug te halen? Bij de categoriën zie ik dit statiestiekpaneel nog wel. Voorbeeld van wat ik bedoel in bijlage.

He intentado quitar los impuestos excluidos de el Dashboard para poder ver el total de las ventas. Pero no encuentro la manera de solucionarlo, me gustaría que me ayudarais a resolver el problema para que me aparezca la venta total con los impuestos incluidos, ya que desde la configuración de ese panel solo me sale la opción de cambiar la comisión bancaria media por cada método de pago... Muchas gracias!! -
Hola! AMigos espero me puedan ayudar y es que desde que instale Presta V 1.6.1.24 no he podido cambiar el idioma a español, traduje todo manualmente pero lo único que no se puede es el "Dashboard" o Tablero general, anexo imagen esperando alguien me pueda ayudar por favor! ") Saludos.

Bonjour à tous ! Je viens de passer de prestashop 1.7.1.2 à 1.7.6.2, et depuis cela mon tableau de bord ne s'affiche plus et toute la page est blanche avec du texte comme en témoigne l'image. Pourtant cela reste cliquable et en allant sur les autres liens ça fonctionne. Seulement la page tableau de bord est HS, j'ai tenté de vider le cache mais rien n'y fait. Pourriez vous m'aider s'il vous plait ? J'aimerai retrouver un Admin correct et utilisable... Merci à vous Et joyeuses fêtes de fin d'années William

Hello, Checking my website (minus.eco.br) at my computer, I noticed that some products were showing the wrong image. Then, I verified the situation on my mobile, which showed the correct image for each product. Again at the computer, acessing Catalog > Products, the images were correct (as the image attached), but at the dashboard they weren't (as the image attached). Could you please help me saying why is this problem happening? (Check the item Cerveja Benediktiner Weissbier 500ml) Thanks, Giovane Calegari

Although I rate less than a dozen visitors to my shop per day, dashboard stats 500-1000 visitors a day for over a year. As I am interested in the conversion rate a 0,02% score doesn't make me happy. How can you exclude counting searchmachines as real visitors ? For if you can't what's the use of this dashboard statistic, to see in a blink it is not going well with the shop, while real rates are rising ? -

I am getting an extremely long delay on the Dashboard page only. If I don't increase hosting time-out params to 5 minutes, the page won't load and I get the following error: upstream timed out (110: Connection timed out) while reading response header from upstream After about 3 minutes the Dashboard does eventually come up. The ajax loaders (spinning things) keep spinning for another minuter or 2 mins after the page is visible. There is no additional load on the server while the dashboard is loading. I have 2 installations of Prestashop version 1.7.2.4 and 1.7.4.3 - they both have this slowdown on the Dashboard page ONLY. Debug mode doesnt indicate anything. PHP 5.6 VESTA CP

Hallo zusammen, seit nun 4 Stunden sitze ich hier und probiere sämtliche Lösungsansätze die ich im Internet finde. Leider hilft nichts. Kann mir einer von euch helfen? Das würde mich sehr freuen Kann ich möglicherweise ein manuelles Rollback fahren? Problem: Wenn ich mich im Backoffice einloggen will, wandelt sich die Eingabemaske in eine leere Graue Box. (Siehe Screenshot) Was ich bisher versucht habe: - Diverse Datenbank Einträge verändert (Google-Tipps) - diverse Daten anhand von Tipps angepasst (Tools.php, defines.inc.php, Cookie.php, AdminLoginController.php etc.) - Cache und Cookies gelöscht, anderen Browser versucht und anderen Rechner genommen - Cookies / Cashe vom FTP gelöscht Wie trat der Fehler auf: Ich wollte ein Update von 1.6.1.11 auf 1.7.5.0 machen. Dafür habe ich den One-Click Updater genutzt. Lief auch sauber ohne Fehler durch. Danach wollte ich mich wieder einloggen. Technik: Hoster: Strato PHP Version 7.2 MYSQL Version: 5.6.42 Viele Grüße und Danke!

Hi, ich habe Google Analytics entsprechend im Header eingebunden. Alles wird in Google Analytics angezeigt. Jetzt habe ich über das kostenlose Google Analytics Modul den Account verbunden. Mann muss hier lediglich die Analytics ID eingeben. Das ganze hat bei Shop Version 1.6 perfekt funktioniert. Bei Version 1.7 wird mir nichts angezeigt. (Prestashop 1.7.4.3) Wenn ich auf den Link zu Analytics (siehe Bild zuvor) gehe, bekomme ich eine Fehler 500 Meldung. Im Debug Modus werden mir folgende Infos gegeben. Hat jemand eine Idee woran das liegen kann? Danke und Grüße Ingo

Backend Not Loading/Running Extremely Slow For 2 Days Now

Hi Everyone, We have been using Prestashop for over 4 years now and have only started encountering this issue as of yesterday. It seems that on the front end, all of our sites work perfectly fine. However, on the backend, we are encountering these issues: -back end login page takes very long to load (2-3 minutes longer) -Once we are on the dashboard, it takes long to load another tab ie. Catalog -Once in a tab such as Catalog, if we click Product (for example), the Information tab of Product will load correctly. However, clicking any other tab under (Price, Shipping etc), it will still show the tabs, but the right side where editable information should be.. it is blank instead and may hang and say "loading" or be blank. -Some other pages just don't load at all I have done the following already - contacted our hosting company who have said no errors have occurred on their end and also tried different browsers and clearing cache. In-house, we had not changed anything either. I am not a programmer, so thus far, answers in similar forums are very confusing to me when developer coding is suggested. Please let me know what the issue is/could be so I can understand better how to rectify it. Thank you!
