Hi, When I create a new account in my 1.7.7.0 store with CHROME version 87.0.4280.88 I get the following warning message: This only occurs with CHROME browser: if I use MS EDGE browser, I get no warnings. This problem also occurred in 1.7.6.8 version, so I upgraded to 1.7.7.0 but problem persists. My website has HTTPS activated with LET'S ECNRYPT SSL certificates, and everything else seems to work fine. If you want to test this issue, please give it a try in my demo store: https://m4b.consulting/demo Any clue on how to solve this? Is there any PS log where I can analyze possible problems? Or AD

salve a tutti, ho un problema, il mio cliente vorrebbe che la pagina di creazione account fosse tutta in italiano ma non riesco a trovare dove sta la seguente frase in inglese "I agree to the terms and conditions and the privacy policy" da tradurre, vi allego uno screenshot. tutta la pagina è in italiano tranne questa scritta! potete aiutarmi?

Hi, before making some customizations I tried to register an account: prestashop 1.7.4 and sp_revo17 theme. The account is created but I receive the attached error. What kind of issue is it? How can I solve? Thanks for support EDIT: The theme developers intervened by editing a file.

Hello Forum I just tried to update PrestaShops 'authentication.tpl' so that my sign up form doesn't ask for birthday. Now my shop won't let me create any new accounts. Hallo, problem with my site... when someone want to crate account, it is missing ZIP/Postal code field. I tried to apply everything in forum, but it still not working. If I choice to change country and re - select it it appear right away, if not, it gives mistake. How I can make it default if country selected require it, like UK is default country, if someone press to create account, it is auto visible. my site: bellezzaitaliana.co.uk Thank you in advance.

Hi all, I'm new to prestashop and loving it so far. I recently installed the Paypal module in Prestashop 1.6. When I go to checkout (after I am sent to Paypal's site) it only lists two options: 1. Pay with Paypal my Account 2. Create a Paypal Account I know that when you use Paypal buttons it has a third option: Pay with Credit Card, Debit Card etc. (Create Account Optional) Why is this option not listed in the module? Is this a question for Paypal? or Prestashop? Thanks, Jason

Hi; I have installed prestashop 1.6 Also purchased a theme and installed it. I am getting a blank screen and the link in address bar is "http://www.electromaxdeals.com/login?back=my-account" The link on Login button is "http://www.electromaxdeals.com/my-account"and on "Create Account button is "http://www.electromaxdeals.com/my-account" but after clicked it goes to "http://www.electromaxdeals.com/login?back=my-account" and shows blank screen. What might be causing this? Anyone Please help.

Hello All When I'm trying to create a new account on my website with a smartphone nothing happens. You are able to put in your email address, you are also able to click the button 'create an account' but then nothing happens... Is there someone who knows how to solve this issue? Hi, I'm using PS1.5.6.2 with standard theme installed. I'd like to make the password field NOT mandatory/required when creating an account in front office and comment it out, therefore forcing a manual password input and completion of the account creation process in the backoffice. I need to assign each user to a group to limit the categories they can see BEFORE they log in and this is the only way I can think of to do that. I've purchased the 'Private Shop' module for Prestashop (using PS 1.5.6.2) which allows you to 'force' a user to login to your shop ... perfect so far. Unfortunately, as per normal account creation process, once the account and password is set up you can log in to the site straight away. This is why I need the password field to be marked as NOT required/mandatory and commented out in the account creation section. Is this possible or even the best way to go about this ... ? I've managed to edit authentication.tpl in themes/default to comment out the mandatory password field, but it also needs to be marked as 'false' somewhere else ... and I have no idea where! I'm getting the error: There is 1 error password is required. Please help! Thanks, lock-e73

Hello, Je viens d'installer le thème gratuit mobile de Prestashop (v 0.5.3) sur le site d'un de mes clients. J'ai trouvé quelques solutions sur le forum pour régler les bugs connus de ce module, mais il y en a un qui persiste, et je ne sais plus comment faire. Je m'explique : Lorsque qu'un client arrive sur la page d'authentification, il n'y a que le formulaire de login qui s'affiche, pas celui de création de compte. Lorsqu'on clique sur le bouton 's'enregistrer", ça ne fait absolument rien. J'ai essayé d'accéder directement à la page de création de compte avec le paramètre "authentification#jqm_page_authentication_register", pensant que c’était un problème d'affichage en CSS, mais elle ne s'affiche pas, et ça mouline dans le vide. Je ne vois pas du tout de quoi ça peut venir, et c'est pourquoi je demande votre aide :/ Je vous remercie d'avance. Version de Prestashop : 1.4.6.2 (testé également sur 1.4.0.17, même souci) Version du Thème Mobile : 0.5.3 -
Hi Guys, it is a couple of days that when i try to create an account, fromt he FO, it does not work. It comes out a blank page and it does nothing. Hey everybody! I am trying to create an easiest way for the user to create an account in 2 steps. First - Personal Info: name, lastname, email, password, birth, id number. Second - Address: address, number, zipcode, city, state, country and telephone. But i am having trouble with this second step, to insert this fields. How can i add that, please? I am sending the images of how it is now. When the user clicks Create account, goes to authentication.php(passo2.png), but after saving, it goes to my-account. And there he needs to click on My Address (addresses.php) that takes him to address.php(passo3.png). And that is here that i want to put that fields. Thanks for all!

Hey everybody, I want to transform the big form for account creation in a simple form, without the address fieldset form. I just want a small form for creating an account, like that: email | name | lastname | password | date of birth | C.P.F (is similar to ID personal number) and then the account is created. I will install the Cielo Module, and only when the client will buy something he will need to fill the address and billing forms. How can i do that without mistaking? Thanks for all!

I need to do the authentication.tpl (first page) with just this: Log in Email: ______________________ Password: ______________________ Forgot your password | Create an account There is no e-mail entry for the "Create an account form", it is just a link. So i want the user to click the link and then in the next page his email and every other information is validated. What i need to do here? Thanks so much!

Hello! I'm developing a module for Prestashop that synchronize orders between an ERP software and Prestashop.. and I need the customers to add extra information during the registration form, i.e. NIT, CPF, etc.. Is there a way to this with a module like in magento..? Thanks for reply!

Hi All, My website www.officexpress.es was working fine until the last order, now the 'guest checkout' button or the 'create account' button don't seem to work at all. There is no error, when you press them nothing happens (nothing at all). I am using PS 1.4.6.2 and experienced this malfunction with Safari and Google Chrome. Any one has any idea what could be going on? I didn't change anything in the configuration, the only thing that changed is that now I am using a Mac mini. Thank you

Hi everybody, I'm using PrestaShop as a way for the members in my volunteer organization to place orders for products that I then pick up for them. I need to be able to have the member's accounts which I will be creating available for them to use, but I don't want anybody to be able to create a new account. Is there a way to hide the "Create Your Account" form? Your help is very much appreciated, D'Arcy

Hi guys, I hope you can help me fix this problem I have.. Namely the the authentication page shows create account on the left side and login as registered member on the right side.. I want this to be the other way around, because I think thats more convenient and makes more sense.. Any help on how to change that is appreciated.. I looked in the global.css file and in the authentication.tpl file.. Are those the files to be in? And what do i have to change? -
