Bonjour, J'ai récemment développé mon premier site avec prestashop 1.7.5. Pour ce faire j'ai importé via des fichiers CSV à peu pres 7500 produits. Le site est fonctionnel mais il met beaucoup trop de temps à charger (et ce pour toutes les pages!). Je n'ai installé aucun module ou theme et les images des produits sont très petites. Je me suis renseigné et j'ai réglé les performances comme l'indiquait la doc pour que ce soit optimal. J'ai un VPS ovh avec 4go de RAM et un processeur monocoeur, quand je recharge une page le CPU atteint les 100% avec le processus de mysql. J'ai activé les options de debug, je vous ai screen ce que j'obtiens en rechargeant la page principale (screen joint), si j'en crois ces infos la requête http fait 300mo et met 8 secondes au total ce qui est tres long. Voilà voilà, est-ce que vous auriez une idée de pourquoi c'est aussi long? Est-ce que la bdd est trop grosse? Pourquoi autant de requêtes pour afficher la page principale? We are getting high CPU usage on the D/B backend for a large Prestashop website. We've had this issue before and it brought down the site. It's similar to last time, same queries as last time (I’ve attached one of those queries). We've exhausted our investigations at this end, it is the mysql daemon using all the CPU and it’s only those queries constantly running. I’ve truncated some of the connection stats tables to reduce the size of the D/B but this has had no effect, just a shot in the dark because those queries running don’t appear to be related to those tables but does not harm to reduce the D/B size. It's an old version (1.4.2.5), but unable to upgrade due to modifications and client budgets. Any help greatly appreciated! query.txt

I have a big issue right now, I cannot edit cart rules. Every time I press on edit, the page sits there loading indefinitely and eventually times out, very occasionally it will load. On the server, it locks up a mysqld thread at 100% permanently and I have to terminate it manually. It was reported here, and then closed without solution or reason: http://forge.prestashop.com/browse/PSCFV-8895 So I reopened (cloned) the issue report here: http://forge.prestashop.com/browse/PSCFV-11460 The assignee for that issue has de-assigned himself now and has not assigned someone else. I cannot find a solution for this anywhere - I just don't know what is going on here and why the issue tracker is being ignored... can anyone offer any help? Many thanks, Simon.

Bonjour depuis ma MAJ vers 1.6011 le logiciel surcharge le serveur qui sature à 100% sur le CPU et la Ram (4 GO), c'est un serveur dédié largement dimensionné pour notre multiboutique PS 1.6011. j'ai besoin d'aide pour identifier le process, le module ou le mauvais paramètrage qui sur sollicite ainsi le serveur. Witam! Mam straszny problem - presta w szczytowej formie wykorzystuje od 400 do 600% zużycia procesora. Średnio dziennie wacha się od 120 do 220 %. Nie mam pojęcia kompletnie co zrobić żeby zmniejszyć te wartości. W statystykach Presty są głównie boty googla. Włączone jest całe CCC, co trochę zmniejszyło problem. Z hostingu mam informacje, że najbardziej obciąża plik index i z głównej strony i od admina. Wersja presty: 1.6.0.8 Hosting: superhost, wersja podstawowa Ilość produktów: 630 Sklep jest w wersji produkcyjnej.

Hello, I am testing my prestashop on 2 different VPS. One is OVH and one is Digitalocean. The problem is they are different for speed and i/o speed. I wonder which resource use most for Prestashop? - i/o speed - ram - cpu Because price is very different. OVH is about 22 USD for 4 GB RAM and slow CPU AMD 6386 SE and slow HDD with free Plesk Panel for 2 USD and Digitaocean is 2 GB RAM and more faster CPU and SSD and i must purchase direct admin panel to use. I already done some test and i would like to share for member on this forums.

Recently the product.php file has been causing a huge MySQL load on my server, taking up 100% CPU resources. Nothing has changed in the store, this just started happening on its own seemingly. I am using caching, force compile is disabled. I am even using Google Pagespeed service to lighten the load further. What could be causing this? The database itself is quite old, but not ridiculously huge. The site traffic isn't very high either.

Hola que tal, quisiera me pudieran ayudar, orientar, o regañar, todo es bien recibido, tengo una tienda de un cliente la cual desde hace poco tiempo a presentado ya muchos problemas con el consumo de recursos del servidor donde esta hospedada la tienda, los módulos o archivos que siempre están con un consumo de más eran index.php así como category.php y product.php, todo empezó con la versión prestashop 1.3.2.3 tomando en cuenta que es una versión un poco vieja, pase a actualizar a la versión prestashop 1.3.7.0 donde ahora después de 2 días de actualizar me presenta errores en category.php product.php y sendtoafriend-form.php es ultimo al no ser muy usado la verdad es que se desactivo, pongo ejemplos que el sistema de soporte de mi hospedaje me muestra. %CPU 124 - /usr/bin/php /home/xxxxx/public_html/product.php %CPU 82.0 - /usr/bin/php /home/xxxxx/public_html/product.php %CPU 80.0 - /usr/bin/php /home/xxxxx/public_html/category.php %CPU 127 - <defunct>%CPU 98.0 - /usr/bin/php /home/xxxxx/public_html/modules/sendtoafriend/sendtoafriend-form.php %CPU 92.0 - /usr/bin/php /home/xxxxx/public_html/product.php Así como estos ejemplo puedo poner los de una semana entera o más de dos, ya no se por donde ver, cambios aquí ver y leer de ciertos errores por aquí, a la tienda se le a invertido mucho, incluso cuenta con una ip fija, y un SSL para poder trabajar, la página para más datos se encuentra hospedada en un servidor compartido, antes con más visitas pues se lleva registro en analytics, no se tenían estos problemas, y ahora con un 20% a 30% menos de visitas, da estos problemas, el trafico no es tanto, el uso tampoco, pero me tiene vuelvo loco, el que mi servicio de hospedaje me tenga que estar cancelando ó bloqueando el acceso publico a la página. Si me pueden ayudar, informando sobre como mejorar el manejo de recursos, datos, etc se los agradeceré, de mi parte eh optimizado las imágenes a tener menos contenido en todos los modulos que muestran algo, en fin, espero que lo que he hecho ayude, pero seguro llegara un punto donde me de lata, y no se que hacer. ¡Help! ¡Ayuda! ¡Por favor! me voy a volver loco.
