Buongiorno a tutti, sono un principiante con prestashop sto lavorando ad un ecommerce realizzato con Prestashop 1.7.3.1, su server dedicato Ho il seguente problema: 1 - Il Cliente clicca su un prodotto con combinazioni 2 - il cliente cambia colore al prodotto / taglia / altre caratteristiche 3 - il cliente vuole tornare al catalogo ed usa il pulsante back del browser, 4 - Invece che tornare alla categoria di origine (il catalogo dei prodotti), il browser passa per ogni combinazione selezionata in precedenza, confondendo l'utente che crede che il pulsante non funzioni. Ho visto che su alcuni siti prestashop questo non succede! esempio del risultato che vorrei ottenere: https://www.agofstore.com/vendita/it/760-Kahler-Design Provate a cliccare su un qualsiasi prodotto con combinazioni, poi modificate qualche caratteristiche e premete back. Very odd: I was testing my webshop in different browsers using several devises and most off them show the product price as I set it: including VAT but the Opera Mini browser on Android shows the prices on the same page without VAT....... The normal (full) Opera for Android browser shows it including VAT ! How is that possible? I assume PS only serves the browsers the price as set in PS and not both (with and without VAT) ?0

Quando un utente prova a registrarsi o a loggarsi con un email molto lunga, il controllo delle espressioni regolari blocca il sito e spesso è impossibile anche chiudere il browser. Il problema capita solo con Chrome, con Safari non si presenta. Ho un sito con Prestashop 1.6.15. A voi è capitato? come avete risolto? Grazie. L.

Salve ragazzi, ho una domanda relativa ai carrelli abbandonati... Praticamente, ho tantissimi guest che creano il carrello e poi si fermano ed escono dal sito. Come posso fare per, ogni volta che chiudono il tab o il browser, farli comparire un pop-up che dica "hai prodotti nel carrello, perchè abbandoni?" Grazie!

I just noticed something very weird (please bear with me, I'm new to PS). I'm using 1.5.3.1 (test shop - nowhere near ready to go live yet) and I've added some cart rules to enable vouchers. Oddly enough, although I can see the voucher box in the cart in IE and Chrome, it doesn't appear when I view the cart in Firefox (v19.0). I cleared the browser cache yet still no box. I'm sure there must be a very simple explanation for this - can anyone help? I'm hoping it will be something so simple that I'll bang my head on the keyboard for having missed it... ~ Elaine Edit: It has become clear that this problem exists with other shops, and occurs with at least one other browser (Chrome). Although Firebug fixed it for my own personal viewing pleasure, there is something inherently wrong that is making this element occasionally disappear. TEMPORARY SOLUTIONS/WORKAROUNDS: The problem seems to be in the Paypal module, so if you do not use PayPal simply disable the module. For Paypal users, method #1 will work for most people. If not, try #2 etc. Currently there is no perfect solution for everyone. While testing these methods, make sure you clear browser cookies/cache each time to see if the method worked. And remember to make backups of your files! 1.) Themes > (your theme) > shopping_cart.tpl rename the id of the form "#cart_voucher" to "#cart_voucher2". 2. ) Modules > paypal > views > templates > hook > paypal.js delete lines 46-66 (details here). **If you have Express Checkout enabled (see module config), do some test payments to ensure this does not cause errors during checkout** 3.) Hi, I am currently installing the new 1.5 Prestashop, the upgrade from 1.1 failed, so I am now building the shop from zero to hero As usual this is not easy while problems stop me from continuing the nice work. What I encounter at the moment is the cart. I cannot add more than one product in some browsers like Google Chrome or the Android Browser or Firefox.... and when I check the cart... it is empty. Hi, I observed a very weird issue. The prestashop mouse over on product list (displaying of price and add to cart option) is not displaying when the browser zoom is 75%. It works fine when zoom is 60% or 90%. Please provide a fix for the issue. Refer the attachment for a better clue.

Hi all, We're running a stock version of Prestashop 1.6.0.5, which uses product variations in a drop down menu on all products. The variations are for dollar amounts for the gift cards we sell. The drop down menu works fine in all browsers except the Android 'stock' browser on mobile phones - eg: Samsung Galaxy SIII - which is just called 'Internet' in the applications list. This problem has been referenced in this post: http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/329751-category-and-cart-dropdown-problem/ and this post: http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/324654-select-variations-from-product-list/ However I can't find a solution presented by anyone that fixes this specific problem. What actually happens on screen is that when the variation drop down is tapped, the choices pop up from the bottom of the screen for about 1/4 of a second then disappear again, therefore not allowing a selection to be made. I have absolutely no idea where to even look for the solution, but am guessing (after reading many other posts) that is it something in a 'js' file somewhere causing the problem. If anyone has come across this same problem and managed to fix it I'd really appreciate the sharing of this knowledge, along with a reasonably detailed account of what and where files need to be updated and/or changed! HI, First thanks to this forum for all the problems it has helped me solve so far without posting! I have managed to get everything working on firefox, but when I view the front end on chrome or IE the products do not display. You can see the prices and a blank photo in catagory view, but there is no title and when you click on an item it says 'page not found'. I have tried different themes including the default one and the problem is the same. I have also tried clearing the history on the browsers and I have tried 'clear smarty cache & autoload cache option' in prestashop without sucess. I am running version 1.5.6.1 Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Hi all, Thanks for reading my message. I got a big problem with my online shop. Please kindly help!!! The problem is at the order process:- Once a customer enter his/her address and click "Proceed to check out"then the website go to a blank page. There is no error message and just a blank page. Afterwards, the customer tried to reload the link, home page and other pages of my site but they all can't work. All pages are blank pages and no error message show out. The customer has to delete all the history and the cookies of the browser then he can enter the online shop. However, if customer goes back to the order process, enter the address and click "Proceed to check out", my site can't work again...every page of my site is blank page.... Please help......

Hallo zusammen Wie das im Titel schon steht, möchte ich gerne das der Shop automatisch die Sprache wechselt. Wir haben einen Shop in zwei Sprachen. Deutsch und französisch. Wenn französisch sprechen Kunden auf den gehen, wird dieser leider auf deutsch angezeigt. Habe ich eine Möglichkeit, dass das automatisch geschieht ohne das der Kunde zuerst die Sprachauswahl betätigen muss. Vielen Danke für eure Hilfe.

I just checked out my store on another browser, and im kind of devastated that it looks rather odd. My biggest issue is that on my samsung tablet and mobile the top Nav bar repeats itself, instead of shrinking, but the logo remains normal sized. How can i make it so the header/logo is also responsive to different browsers and sizes? Also is it possible to edit the Top horizontal Nav bar to display differently when browsers are smaller.but not have it effect the look of the Nav Bar when viewing from a standard screen? *Either have the text shrink to fit so the bar remains one line *OR space the text out evenly, so if the Nav bar does need to repeat itself on the line underneath it looks tidier and like its suppose to be two lines?

Hello. I did a one click install of Prestashop 1.5.4 on Freehostia. My site shows up fine on all browsers except for Firefox. When I got to my site it sends it to Godaddy.com and says the name is parked, but on my iPhone and internet explorer it's as clear as day. Is this a browser issue or is the version I have of Prestashop installed not compatible with firefox?

Hello, I have recently been locked out of the BO of our site: http://www.londonvintagestore.com I have tried many fixes to the files via ftp as advised from the prestashop forums & help pages ,but none have resolved the issue. Halløjsa Jeg er gået fuldstændig kold i et problem med en ny webshop hvor er det man skal indsætte navnet - så det vises i browseren når kunderne er inde på siden - jeg kan simpelthen ikke finde det Kører i version 1.5.6. Har før lavet en shop hvor det lykes for mig - men det var i 1.5.3 og jeg kan bare ikke huske hvor det er man gør det. Er her en venlig sjæl der kan stoppe min frustration og lige guide mig hen hvor det kan ændre ? På forhånd mange tak !
