Hi, I am looking for a theme for second hand books, All items will be sold as single items (so stock will be 1) I would like a simple 'for sale' list as well as a nice picture store home page. But I'm not fixed to that. Can anyone suggest a suitable theme? thanks.

I have a lot of books ( about 10,000 ) . They are 3 formats - doc, docx, rtf. Also, they are divided into 3 categories according to themes. I need to sell them. I wish that you had written a module which is automatically put on sale these books in my store. And to add annotations to them (the first 1000 characters of each file .) Price for each category of its own . That is only 3 prices for the entire site . Regular expression for the header file you will need to prepare . I do not want to add or take any action on each separate book ( many books ) . Please write your price for me. I agree to work through the guarantor. I would like to see examples of your work , you're a good programmer. My email: [email protected] Skype: azkquadros (Write, I do not understand English so well. Talk on the phone so we long.)

Aυτό το βιβλίο 241 σελίδων που είναι διαθέσιμο δωρεάν ίσως φανεί χρήσιμο σε πολλούς νέους αλλά και παλαιότερους διαχειριστές καταστημάτων .

I am completely new to this. I am the owner of a traditional Independent bookshop but with the knowledge that we have to add a proper e-commerce shop to our very basic website. I have downloaded Prestasho now find I have to buy add ons to create a bookshop. I need a bookshop template and also the facility to add my items via their ISBN numbers as we have a lot and would take years to add them all manually. Does anyone have any ideas and advice please?

Hi. I am working on a new website for a book shop, and have just hit a snag that I can't find a simple solution for. For certain products (e.g. a book and CD set) VAT is only chargeable on part of the product. In the case of a book and CD set, the CD is VAT-able and the book isn't, even though they are not 2 separate products. As I understand it, the VAT is charged on a percentage of the product (the exact percentage will depend on the split of the items - how big the book is, how many CDs, etc, and will not be the same for every similar product). The data is supplied in various forms, but usually I get a total price, tax percentage and taxable amount (the part of the total price that VAT is applied to). Has anyone else tackled this for books or other items ... if you have I'd be VERY grateful for some pointers. Since I am using a custom script to import and create products to the store, I guess I'd probably need to look at creating new tax rules for each of these types of product ... but it would be great if there was a neater solution that allowed me to just charge the standard tax on the taxable portion of the sale price.
