Good morning, I can't access my Prestashop Backoffice, it gives me the following error message: Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 () So far I can only fix the problem by doing the restore on the server.

Hi, This module will allow you to easily and intuitively manage the access to your site according to the country of origin of your visitors. You can simply prohibit access to your site to certain countries either for security reasons or because you are not allowed to sell in that country. It will also allow you to define global or customized redirects. For example, if you have official distributors by country, you will be able to automatically redirect a visitor to your site from another country to the site of your distributor partner in that country. If you don't define a redirection, the visitor coming from a forbidden country will see a maintenance page informing him of the non-distribution of your products for his country so that he is not suddenly told that his country is forbidden. Hi, I'm looking for a way to limit the discretion of the employee. I create new employee and give him access only to order tab in BO, but my employee can see all detail of order like customer name, adres email etc. I don't want that. How to give him permission to view only order status (like payment accept, shipping, delivery) and total price of order?

I have been hired to proofread a Prestashop website. The owner has added me as "translator", with my email and a password. However, I don't know how to access the page - do I need to install Prestashop, or is there a direct link to login with my username and password? I've checked the forum in different languages, but could not find any topic about this. Thanks in advance!

Hi there. I am using Prestashop 1.6 and I want a way for some customers to be able to access a specific category which is hidden to everyone else. I am thinking about a voucher because I need an expiration date. So I would like to create a voucher that would allow acces to a new category. Any idea ? Thanks!

Hi everyone, a few days ago I tried to update my website on prestashop, using the free 1-Click Upgrade module. and now I no longer have access to my back and front office. initially it gave me this error: '' This page isn`t working .....is currently unable to handle this request. HTTP ERROR 500 '' I tried to debug to understand where the problem is, and it tells me this now: /htdocs/shop/vendor/markbaker/matrix/classes/src/operations/add.php on line 21 can anyone help me restore my site? I don't know much about these things, it could be something simple but I have no idea. Thank you. -
I don't quite understand how can I get the following Performance Scores at GtMetrix: PageSpeed Score (91%) A YSlow Score (81%) B Yet my website is extremely slow, I am running 1.6.1 and sometimes is lightning fast and sometimes is so slow it times out. Bonjour tout le monde, J'ai un souci depuis maintenant quelques semaines sur le backoffice prestashop de mon site. Mon problème est que lorsque j'effectue des modifications dans les catégories du site ou dans les modules, la modification ne peut s'enregistrer lorsque j'intègre des images. Le message "Forbidden, you don't have permission to access to admin..." Il y a je pense un problème de droit d'accès dans mon fichier admin mais je n'ai effectué aucune restriction. Je ne comprend pas d'où peut provenir ce blocage. De plus, cela se produit uniquement lorsque des images sont à enregistrer, les textes s'enregistre correctement. J'espère que quelqu'un a la solution à ce problème et si quelqu'un a déjà eu ce problème je serai reconnaissant de savoir comment il a été résolu. Merci d'avance pour votre temps, SL -
Hello everybody, I tryed to transfere my prestashop 1.7.3.1 website for a server to another server (I followed some tutorials to do that and it worked well). All is OK except one thing, I can't access to "Advanced Parameters / Performance" page, it says Error 500. But when I activate manually Debug Mode by changing config / defines.inc.php -> define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', true); Performance page becomes accessible, I don't want debug mode to be enabled all the time. How can I resolve this please. Thanks in advance -
Salve , sono nuovissimo sull'argomento Prestashop, ho appena installato PS1.7 su localhost con XAMPP. Dovrei migrare 7000 prodotti, 50 categorie, 1000 utenti da un database access, ora su un sito fatto con shop2007 in asp classic. Mi date un vostro consiglio sulla strada più adatta? Programmo correntemente in ASP classic (con cui ho espanso lo SHOP2007), sto studiando il PHP e PHPMYADMIN e MYSQL Grazie

I need some advice and help please. I am still running v1.6.0.6 while trying to prepare a new site under 1.7. This has to be unconnected (the sites are very separate), but I have lost access to back office. Buongiorno, sto avendo dei problemi col sito creato con prestashop e ho bisogno di aiuto. ho il server su Aruba che sostiene che il sito non funziona a causa di Prestashop e non loro. Il sito risulta in manutenzione, quindi inaccessibile dai clienti. Quando provo a fare l'accesso al backup dall'administration, mi escono questi errori: There is 1 error Employee does not exist or password is incorrect e: There is 1 error This account does not exist Quindi non riesco più ad accedere al backoffice per vedere quale sia il problema. Sapete cosa posso fare? grazie

Hey guys, I am using the PS 1.7 version for a long time now and never had a single problem - but today everything crashed and I have no access to my Backoffice as well as my FO. But what happened: Prestashop 1-click-upgrader told me there was an update available. I put the shop in maintenance mode and started the upgrade...at the point where it wanted to update the database everything just stopped working. I waited 30 minutes but nothing happened and then the connection was canceled. After that I was still able to log-in into my backoffice (although it looked very messy and no modules were installed) and did a Rollback - successfully if I believe the screen. After a reload of the page the "HTTP error 500" message showed up and that´s it. No access to FO and BO. Please understand that I will not name my URL/shop here, because this is too shamefull and could risk my ecommerce business. The shops name is attached in the error log file which is ok (is it the error-log btw.?) What do you guys think happened? How can I restore everything? I didn´t do a database backup but have full access to my database which seems to run fine. I could share FTP and database login data in private and I am willed to reward the one who can fix the problem :-) Best regards and thank you in advance access.log.current

This is my httpd-vhosts.conf NameVirtualHost *:80 <VirtualHost *:80> DocumentRoot "C:/xampp/htdocs" ServerName localhost </VirtualHost> Do I have to add ServerAdmin? Can I find another way? If i configured bad, how did i make it work to now?

Hello, Until moving from from v1.5.6.3 to v1.6.1.4, I used 1-Click upgrade with success. Now on v1.6.1.4, my account access is a white page - the link to .../fr/authentification?back=my-account - points to a blanc page, also on the default theme. Could you please help me how to troubleshoot this issue? Other front- and back-office functions work fine and the DB is ok having all customers records. Also, my host configuration conforms the upgrade requirements. Thanks for you help. Salut, Jusqu'à ma màj de v1.5.6.3 to v1.6.1.4, j'utilisais 1-Click upgrade avec succès. Sous v1.6.1.4, la connexion au compte client est une page blanche - le lien .../fr/authentification?back=my-account - pojnte sur une page vide, et ceci même sur le thème par défaut. Pouvez-vous svp m'aider à corriger cette erreur? Le reste de front- et back-office fonctionne et la BD contient tous les enregistrements clients. Aussi, mon serveur d'hébergement est conforme aux recommandations de la misa à jour. Merci pour votre aide.
