Buenas las tengan todos. Resulta que el día de hoy me disponía a editar las páginas que aparecen en el footer de mi página, (Nuestra empresa) Al momento de ingresar al apartado donde se pueden editar, el bloque con el contenido HTML aparece por unos segundos, y al cabo de otros segundos, desaparece, dejándome así sin poder editarlo de ningúna manera. Como pueden observar, el contenido de la página esta totalmente bloqueado. Ya probé a cambiar el código ISO de mis lenguajes, pero me arroja error 505 al querer cambiar el código MX a código ES Mi proveedor de hosting y servicios es 1&1 Tengo 2 idiomas, el Español MX e Inglés Y si mal no me equivoco, tengo todo actualizado y a la última versión. Me he puesto en contacto con ellos el día de hoy, pero me dicen que directamente hable con soporte técnico de Prestashop Gracias de ante mano

Da un giorno a questa parte mi si sta verificando in BO un problema al quanto raro... Posso creare e modificare i prodotti, ma quando inserisco un qualsiasi tag HTML nella descrizione, al momento del salvataggio (sia Salva che Salva e rimani) vengo ridirezionato ad una pagina di errore 500: Qualcuno ha una soluzione a questo mio problema? Hi Everyone, I am having issues when I migrate my site to the live Windows server from the local Linux environment which I developed on. The error seems to lie with smarty. I have read through many posts on this forum relating to this but none have solved my problems, which are: Error 500 on the shop, though back office works fine.
