So I'm suddently having problems with my back-end. It all started yesterday morning (10.00), when I wanted to remove a test product from my website. The back-end would not work on my mobile, that's why I decided to do it the next day. Today. the first problem I encountered was that the webshop was loading very slowly. This made me go to my admin panel, because I remembered that I hadn't put on all the performance saving tricks. After putting it on, the webshop and back-end wouldn't load anymore. Both were giving me a 502 Proxy error (see image below): After that, I went into my hosting support and they referred me to the error log. history, I can open it. Adjusting settings in the performance panel is possible, but takes really long. Normal page works after 10 minutes when the problem occurred in the back-end. It can also load the main dashboard screen, but clicking on something results in the error. Turning on debug-mode doesn't show anything on the back-end.

There is an error 502 - Bad Gateway when I click the "Catalog> Products" link in the admin panel.

Hi everybody, I have a problem when a user trying to login in the Front End, it returns a page with "502 Bad Gateway - nginx". The same problem occurs even when trying to add more than 2-3 products to the cart or when tryng to change product quantity in the cart. I tryed to lower the cookie session in FE and BO from 480 to 240 but doesn't work. I also tryed to set OFF the Ajax Cart ...still not working. Do you have some ideas how to solve it ?? Ma boutique s'ouvre normalement dans une navigation normale, mais lorsque je serai dans une navigation privée ou dans un autre navigateur l'erreur 502 Bad Gateway s'affiche. j'ai vidé le cache, j'ai bloqué le Smarty cache mais toujours sans résultat.

hola. anteriormente hablé sobre un tema de migracion a nivel local. ahora resulta que necesito hacer un respaldo de la pagina web en un subdominio. creé el subdomino. alojé la pagina allí y modifiqué la base de datos. el front office funciona bien. sin embargo cuando quiero entrar al back office me despliega el login pero al cargar aparece el error 404 y luego al recargar aparece el error 502. que puede estar pasando? ayuda por favor

I have imported products from oscommerce. I can see all product images in back-office but not in front-office. So I try to regenerate the image thumbnails in backoffice but i get this error: 502 Bad Gateway nginx/1.6.2

Товарищи, столкнулся с проблемой. На вышеупомянутом хостинге, вылетает с ошибкой 502. Нагуглил про правку конфига ngnix. Мол заголовки не влезают. Поддержка внятного ответа не дала. Да и предыдущие версии престы работали нормально. Так как даже в центральной панели хостинга, есть возможность установить престу в один клик. Но вот последняя версия отказывается работать. Проанализировав: <?php phpinfo(); ?> вроде все окей (ссылка) Буду рад любой подсказке.

Привет всем! Проблема заключается в следующем: При импорте CSV файла с товарами(23 позиции) загружается лишь часть товаров, а точнее первые 1, 2 или 3 товара и вылетает с ошибкой 502. Немного погуглив нашел информацию, что ошибка, скорее всего вылетает из-за возросшей нагрузки на сервер и сервер отказывается обрабатывать операцию. Пережал все картинки в .jpg (600x600). Картинки залил в локальную папку на сервере. Кстати пробовал загружать CSV без картинок - все товары грузятся и лишь иногда вылетают с ошибкой В каждой позиции товара около 4-10 картинок. Версия престы: 1.5.6.1 Подскажите пожалуйста пути решения данной проблемы. Если это из-за нагрузки на сервер, то как можно договориться с поддержкой? Также читал в одной из тем, что можно добавить часть кода, которая позволит увеличить порог загрузки до вылета ошибки, но при изменении файла с кодом ошибка не исчезла. Хостинг - beget.ru на данный момент тестовый. Спасибо!

Hi I am trying to do my accounts and when I try to look at orders older than the ones currently on the first page of orders it just says 502 Bad Gateway, it is happening on my order page and on one of my catalog pages that has many items, it seems everything beyond that initial page is inaccessible. Is there something I need to do to correct it ? Thanks

Ahoj, už jsem se to pokoušel řešit na http://forum.prestashopcesky.cz/nastaveni-serveru-pro-prestashop-t4397.html ale zatím bez odpovědi: můj poskytovatel webhostingu přešel na nové servery a začly problémy. Konkrétně se jedná o backend obchodu - při hromadném mazání skupin v katalogu nebo při importu zboží mi Prestashop vypíše hlášky: 502 Bad Gateway The server returned an invalid or incomplete response. - vybrané položky se smažou, csv se naimportuje ale ne celý. 504 Gateway Time-out Server didnt response on time Čím to může být? Jak mohu tyto problémy řešit a zjistit co je špatně? Potřebuji aspoň vědět, co chci po svém dodavateli přenastavit.. Mohl by mi někdo poradit jak to debugovat?
