I'm using PS 1.7.2.4 and I decided to set phone as a required field in the future. When my customers who hasn't got the phone field filled trying to checkout, they received an internal server error 500. This is in the exception log: *ERROR* v1.7.2.4 2018/01/10 - 13:32:22: Property Address->phone is empty. at line 944 in file classes/ObjectModel.php I think the normal procedure shoud drop an error message about the missing parts of the address. What solutions is there are? -
Cree desde 0 una web en el dominio https://dev.atmosferasportllucmajor.es/ Una vez lista la acabo de migrar al dominio real https://atmosferasportllucmajor.es/ Antes de la migración se veían todas las imágenes de los productos. Pero en la url nueva, no aparece la imagen de los productos. Mirando en el inspector veo que la url es la correcta, pero me aparece un error 500. ¿Cuál puede ser el problema? Buenas tardes... Soy programador, pero esa mi primera vez utilizando prestashop. He creado un nuevo proyecto en mi localhost con PrestaShop 1.7.8.7. Lo estaba modificando y todo funcionaba mu y bien, hasta que decidí borrar algunos productos demo manualmente de la lista de productos. Se eliminaron correctamente en el BackOffice, pero al refrescar el FrontOffice... Me lanza el error 500... Por el orden de los hechos, creo que la eliminación de los productos demo podría ser la causa del error, pero no entiendo el porqué, ni sé como solucionarlo... agradecería mucho su ayuda!

Hi, I'm experiencing an issue with LiteSpeed Cache module v1.4.0 in PS 1.6.1.16 We use RockPos module for instore sales and the POS link is failing to load throwing a 500 server error. If have contacted RockPos support but they are saying it's an issue with the LiteSpeed module and their tech team won't help any further. Has anyone experienced this or can provide any support as to how to fix so our POS will load under two separate cache views? Wondering if creating an ESI Block for the RockPos module would solve the problem however, I'm unsure how to set that up. We need the LiteSpeed module to be set as "Two Views" otherwise front end menu and user account access does not work correctly due to pages being cached with logged-out states. Thanks in advance for you insights and help on this. -

Bonjour Depuis hier, je ne peux plus accéder à ma boutique et non plus à mon back office de la boutique. J'ai toujours le message 500 SERVER ERROR. J'avais mis auparavant mon back office à jour en passant de 1.6 à 1.7.5. La mise à jour s'est bien déroulée, mais j'avais un bug, c'est à dire je ne pouvais plus envoyer et recevoir d'email de ma boutique. J'ai pensé qu'il s'agissait un problème d'autorisation CHMOD avec le ftp .Mais lorsque j'ai tout mis en 755 ou 777 c'est à ce moment là que plus rien n' a fonctionné. Je suis hébergé chez OVH, j'ai restauré ma base donnée SQL , mais le problème est toujours présent. Pourriez vous m'aider svp. Vous en remerciant par avance. Cordialement

Hola, este es mi primer mensaje en el Foro. He leído mensajes publicados previamente sobre el "500 Server Error" pero no he visto relación con el problema que tengo. Me aparece el mensaje de error "500 Server Error" cuando intento registrar un nuevo usuario en mi tienda Prestashop 1.7.10. Estoy bastante confundido y no sé a qué puede deberse porque ocurre desde las siguientes páginas: Cuando trato de dar de alta un nuevo usuario desde el frontoffice, la url es http://midominio.es/inicio-sesion?create_account=1 Cuando tras haber subido un producto al carrito de la compra, registro un nuevo usuario sobre la marcha, en el mismo proceso de compra. Hi All, I have installed Prestashop 1.6.1.20 on my host but I'm encountering a save issue when creating and editing products. The save icon seems to continue to keep spinning and I'm unable to save the item. Furthermore, on the same screen, I'm also encountering a 500 internal server error warning which appears periodically (not all the time). I need some assistance in resolving this matter on my setup—can anyone assist me? I know there are a variety of posts related to this and I have attempted a multitude of those solutions, but to no avail. Ideally, I need someone to take a look at my setup and happy to get in contact with someone directly to resolve this matter for me. I copied a working prestashop version 1.6.1.7 from one host and ftped it to another host for use on another similar domain. I changed the settings in the config file and attached a copy of the database changing the shop_url folder to matche the new site. Now I am getting this error. [30-Dec-2017 13:49:23 US/Eastern] PHP Fatal error: Class name must be a valid object or a string in /home/sport/public_html/briggsengines/classes/controller/Controller.php on line 134 I also made copies of working prestashops already on the site, copied the original database and attached it to the new shop and n ow I am getting the same error there as well? I compared the classes directory with the working one in both cases and they are identical? -
Bonjour, J'ai modifié le mot de passe à PhPAdmin. Depuis je ne peux plus me connecter à l'Admin Prestashop (accès à la base de données) et j'ai le message 500 server error sur mon front office. Buenos dias y gracias de antemano. Tanto en local como en remoto me da un error 500 al importar productos a mi tienda online via CSV, tengo un csv para productos, otro para combinaciones y otra para categorias. ¿Que solución hay?. -
I have freshly installed Prestshop 1.6.0.8, installed Autumn theme aquired from ThemeForest and then installed Agile Multiple Seller and Agile Membership module. When I activate the default theme something breaks because it creates kind of a ghost theme which does not work, I can;t activate my custom theme or default theme anymore and front office shows a 500 server error. Any ideas?

Prestashop 1.6.0.6 / hosted in bluehost I'm having an issue with the contact form, the form says the email is sent but im not getting anything. First i tried this solution: Didn't work, went back to the original controller, and now i get a 500 server error when i try to send the contact form: 500 Server Error Oops, something went wrong. Try to refresh this page or feel free to contact us if the problem persists. i have other modules that DO are sending me the emails, and i i already tried sending a test email. i appreciate any help! thanks! OK! My bad! i had totally forgot to add the extra fields i had on my contact form to the database. Solved then. -

Hi, I got one issue which is need to ask who were expert person to help me solve this problem. I got this error issue during using the Product Combination Generator which is I have a lot of item on Product Attributes need to insert to a product. During process (a long time pending proses / buffer / hang / stuck around more than 3-5 minutes), the error come out after sometimes. And after enable the server log error, I found the error stated:- <<< Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 72 bytes) in /home/photolen/public_html/shop/controllers/front/ProductController.php on line 545 >>> I've spend a lot of time made some research to find the solution but the result very disappointed. Buenas, tengo un problema cuando importo un csv a mi página web de prestashop. A la hora de importar a prestashop, tengo un csv con más de 4.000 productos y, tras ver el error, he probado a subirlo de 10 en 10 y solo me permite subir 44 productos (que se suben de forma correcta). La configuración de mi php.ini la he puesto de forma exagerada para intentar que no ocasione el error, pero por más aumento los valores, no me permite subir más de esos archivos. Además el archivo csv está en código UTF-8 Os adjunto una copia del php.ini y de un catálogo de unos 100 productos, a ver si con eso me podéis ayudar. Cualquier pregunta que tengáis o información que necesitéis además de la proporcionada, no dudéis en pedírmela. Un saludo y gracias de antemano por la atención y la ayuda. PD: subo los archivos en txt porque no me deja subirlos ni en .ini ni en .csv. 100 productos.txt php.txt -

Bonjour, J'ai procédé à l'installation de Prestashop correctement et tout c'est très bien passé. J'ai créé de nombreux articles et en fin de journée, j'ai voulu aller changer les CHMOD des fichiers à la racine du répertoire où est installé la boutique. Je les ais passé de 777 à 755, y compris le répertoire admin. Dès ce moment là je reçois le message 500 Server Error. Et je n'arrive plus rien à faire. J'ai repassé en 777 mais rien n'y fait. Après j'ai essayer de copier le contenu du .htaccess de la dernière sauvegarde (de la veille) pour le mettre dans celui actuel, mais toujours rien. Je ne sais plus que faire. Par contre j'accède sans problème au backoffice de la boutique. Pouvez-vous m'aider à m'en sortir ? Merci beaucoup d'avance, car j'ai pas mal travaillé sur la boutique et j'espère ne pas devoir recommencer. Avec mes meilleures salutations. Stéphane
