Buenas, tengo problemas de pago con Paypal. Ocurre cuando el cliente intenta pagar con cuenta de paypal, y al introducir su contraseña. Concretamente el error que le da al cliente es: Please try to contact the merchant: PayPal response: TIMESTAMP -> 2014-02-14T08:31:38Z L_ERRORCODE0 -> 10729 L_SHORTMESSAGE0 -> Shipping Address State Empty L_LONGMESSAGE0 -> The field Shipping Address State is required L_SEVERITYCODE0 -> Error No da problemas realizando el pago con paypal a través de tarjeta de crédito. Please help me get paypal working on my shop. I have very limited programming skills (well basically non-existant) so hopefully this isn't hard to fix. Just got my shop going and first customer said she got a paypal error, so I tried to testing it out. (should have done that first, I know but this is all so new to me) So, I created a "test decal" product for 1 cent and used my [spam-filter]s paypal account to try purchase it. There is a "checkout with paypal" button on the bottom of the product page so I clicked it as it seems much faster and simpler than creating an account and I figured most customers will be just as lazy as I am. takes me to paypal log in window, I confirmed everything there as usual on paypal purchases, then takes me back to my store to hit a confirmation button. After that last button I get the big red error box. I attached a screenshot as I don't really get what it's saying. I think it's error 10729 but if using a paypal account which already has all the address info in it why does this come up? Thank you for your help and patience, Amy

Hi everyone, I update the PayPal plugin on my ecommerce website from an version that I don't remember (maybe 2.8) to the new 3.3, and since that update, there is a lot of error code in 70% of the transaction ! I mean, 70% of the transaction cannot be completed (see the image). When I go see the errorcode, it's the 10417 one, OR the 10729 one. So I search for both of them on the web, and what I found is that the customer does not have a valid credit card, etc. But I look with all my customers and their credit card is working fine. Or the other error code says, that the shipping address state is empty, this is not true, I try to buy something on my store, and it's says that. So I just have a question. How can we fix that ? Do I have to downgrader the PayPal plugin to an older version (like 2.8), do I have to fix somethings, ect.
