Buenos dias, En Prestashop 1.7 cuando la combinación por defecto se agota aparece el dichoso "Producto disponible con otras opciones" pero este mensaje no pasa a "sin stock" aunque estén todas las combinaciones agotadas. ¿Me pasa sólo a mi? ¿Podría ser bug a solucionar? La verdad es que cuando están todas las opciones agotadas decir "Producto disponible con otras opciones" es cuanto menos engañoso si no una mentira. Gracias -
Bonjour, Nous rencontrons un problème où lors de l'ouverture d'une fiche produit la règle de taxe disparais. Tout parait OK dans le catalogue, le produit est au bon prix HT avec une TVA de 20% : Malheureusement une fois qu'on ouvre la fiche du produit et qu'on se rends sur la section prix, aucune règle de taxe n'apparaît et le prix indiqué TTC est faussé : Voici les trois taxes disponibles : Et les règles de taxes attenantes : Quelques informations à propos de ce magasin Prestashop : - Version de PS : 1.7.8.7 - URL du site concerné : https://lilweasel.com - Thème (défaut/perso) : enfant basé sur classic - Version de PHP : 7.4.32 - Version de MySQL : 10.6.10 Merci par avance pour votre aide.

Καλησπέρα. Γνωρίζει κάποιος αν μπορώ να προσθέσω στις διευθύνσεις (λογαριασμός μου) ένα επιπλέον dropdown με τα zones και απο εκεί αναλόγως να φιλτράρει τα states που αντιστοιχούν? Έχουν δημιουργηθεί κάποια extra states για περιοχές της Αττικής λόγω μεταφορικών. Ευχαριστώ

Hello We are trying to build a payment module that give the possibillity to pay by a local gateway. The module work as follow: 1- the customer select the module payment option and press the order button. 2- Prestashop website initialise a payment and set the success url and the error URL using CURL. 3-Prestashop website redirect the customer (Tools::redirect ) to the pyment gateway website. 4- After paying, the gateway redirect the customer to Prestashop (success URL or error URL.) Everything work perfect, except that when the gateway redirect the customer to Prestashop, the user appears to be logged out and must re login. Is there any restriction in using Tools::redirect to another website? thanks

Bonjour, je viens à vous car je souhaite changer de thème car celui que j'ai n'ai pas du tout optimisé pour de bonnes performances... à part prendre le prestarocket ou le theme de base classic et le modifier, avez vous des recommandations à faire pour utilisé un thème qui saura pas me plomber mon google mon GTmetrix et qui serait assez joli et original (flat design et moderne)? j'ai des leo thème que pensez vous des Alyon ? wharehouse ? alysum ? merci ! -
Hola. Necesito modificar los módulos de estadísticas para excluir las IPs de mis compañeros y la mía. Sé que es cuestión de cambiar las queries de los php de cada módulo, y así lo estoy haciendo, cruzando con una nueva tabla creada adhoc, con las IPs restringidas. El caso es que cruzo ps_orders con ps_cart a través del id_customer e id_cart y luego ps_cart con ps_guest y ps_connection a través del id_guest. PROBLEMA: en la tabla ps_guest y ps_connections me faltan entradas correspondientes a id_guest de la tabla de ps_cart, asi que tengo datos que no puedo asociar a una IP. ¿Esto es normal, es decir, hay algún proceso del proceso de logado/compra/multisesión que pueda llevar a esto? ¿Hay algún delete en algún sitioqueno veo o es un funcionamiento erróneo de mi tienda? Si alguien puede arrojarme algo de luz sobte esto, lo agradecería. -
Hello, I have a problem with product indexation on multistore. When I save a product in one of the shops the product is shown in the search results in that shop but not in the all others shops. If I save the product in root shop the product is displayed in the search results in all shops but only the first time. If I search the same product again it would not be displayed. I've tried to deactivate and reactivate the indexing option for all subshops and for the main shop but with no results. Any ideas? Thanks!

Hey, I'm trying to get id_product_attribute from Combination by using the hookActionAttributeCombinationSave, but when I log it in our custom module, it doesn't log anything. public function hookActionObjectCombinationAddAfter($params) { $combinationID = $params; Logger::addLog($combination); Logger::addLog('Kutsuttiin hookia'); } I have registered the hook, I've reinstalled our module. I have used other hooks successfully on our module. Is there another hook for this or do I have to manually fetch the data from the DB. But the question remains, where do I include the fetch? All help is appreciated! Thank you. -
J'ai un problème qui me prend la tête, l'administration fiscale française me réclame une attestation de "conformité aux normes françaises", pour mon site. Mais presta ne fait plus de MAJ depuis l'été dernier, pour la 1.6.1.23 ,donc mon site n'est plus aux normes, il faut que les ventes soient inaltérables. Mon comptable me dit que la 1.7 a un module inclu qui rend la version conforme, mais il me faut une attestation de conformité aux normes françaises, pour me couvrir. Je me suis renseigner chez "prestaddon" on me conseille le pack à 1099€, mais pour d'attestation cela reste vague, j'ai fait aussi appel à une agence, mais on n'est plus dans les mêmes tarifs! Problème, je me renseigne et j'ai l'impression de parler une autre langue, c'est flou. Pouvez vous m'aider? -
Hi all, I upgraded this module and fix some errors to run in PrestaShop 1.7. Now it's running without errors and work as the same as 1.6? May I know why PrestaShop didn't upgrade this module to PS 1.7 version? Are there security concerns and risk?

Hi I am new in PS. This Company has a large web-shop running in PS 1.6.1.13. With a free theme. (The theme is not important, but it is important to find a theme that works and is It is proposed to migrate their shop to a supported PS version 1.7.3- But is 1.7 stable now? I have searched high and low, but only found old information that all says NO to 1.7. Maybe it's because of the previous lack of Migration opportunities then.... I guess the Migration modules are tested and more smooth now? But what do you say that has migrated from PS 1.6 to PS 1.7. - Are you satisfied? Does the shop work as before? ps: Of course I have checked that the server is installed with the steps required to run PS 1.7.6+ (Apache 2.4.6+, MariaDB, PHP7.3 +, memory_limit, Max_input_vars etc.) Thank you for your time and look forward to your reply of your experience (good or bad) -
Zacznę od początku, Postanowiłem zrobić porządek z funkcjami w obrębie jednego producenta. Przygotowałem dopieszczony plik, uzupełniony o wszystkie funkcje które są mi niezbędne uzupełnione jak należy. Niestety podczas importu część funkcji (te które były już wcześniej zassane) zostały zdublowane. W związku z powyższym: - czy istnieje możliwość wyczyszczenia funkcji w produktach z wybranym ID? - czy istnieje możliwość czyszczenia funkcji przez csv? Niestety ID produktów muszą zostać , ręczne prze edytowanie 3000 produktów za bardzo mi się nie uśmiecha (czeka kolejne 15000) Czy usunięcie wszystkich funkcji, oraz ponowne zassanie zassanie funkcji ma sens? Zdravím, potřeboval bych poradit, jak v šabloně přesunout pozici s firemním logem. V správci modulů se mi jej nepodařilo dohledat. Přes prohlížeč jsem si info dohledal, ale nevím jak to dostat do souboru. Teoreticky by se měl umístit do pozice displayNav1. Bonjour à tous, Quand je regarde les résultats dans les moteurs de recherche c'est un sujet qui avait l'air d'intéressé les gens en 2012, 2013... mais moins maintenant. J'ai donc une boutique prestashop avec un plugin de blog. Ce "blog" est une catastrophe (peu d'options de configuration, design et fonctionnement à revoir...) Donc j'ai mis en place un wordpress avec le thème enfant twenty nineteen, pour avoir un vrai système de blog. J'aimerai continuer à utiliser Prestashop et ne pas me tourner vers woocommerce, donc je souhaite configurer mon thème wordpress pour le rendre similaire avec celui de prestashop. J'ai bien compris qu'il fallait mettre le code de wordpress entre le header et le footer de prestashop. J'ai essayé plusieurs tutoriaux (des vieux tutoriaux) donc rien de bien concluant. Si quelqu'un avait des tutoriaux à jour à me glisser sous les yeux ça me ferait plaisir prestashop : 1.7

Hej, Wprowadziłem właśnie opcje Multistore w presta 1.7.6. Oba sklepy współdzielą stok i funkcjonują prawidłowo z produktami które już istniały. Problemem jest tworzenie nowego produktu. Tworzę produkt w "środowisku" sklepu A (bo w obrębie grupy system nie zezwala). Produkt tworzy się bez problemu, wszystkie pola można uzupełnić i po aktywacji produkt pojawia się we front office sklepu A. Produkt nie pojawia się jednak w sklepie B. Wracam do ustawień produktu, wchodzę w problematyczny produkt i klikam w wybór sklepu "Sklep B" by tam aktywować produkt dla sklepu B. Sklep przeładowuje kartę i kasuje następujące pola : - kombinacje, nazwa produktu i wybór kategorii głównej (zakładka: "Ustawienia podstawowe") - cena wysyłki (zakładka: "wysyłka") - cena detaliczna netto/brutto (zakładka: "Wycena") Klikając na guzik "zapisz" system podświetla na czerwono wszystkie zakładki i pola z problemami. Jednak uzupełnienie ich nie pozwala aktywować produktu, gdyż w dalszym ciągu podświetla się zakładka "wycena" ale system już nie podświetla żadnego pola do uzupełnienia (gdyż wszystkie są uzupełnione). Pojawia się komunikat "Nie można zaktualizować ustawień". Produkt nie pojawia się w sklepie B. Stworzenie produktu bezpośrednio w sklepie B generuje te same problemy po przełączeniu się tryb edycji w sklepie A. Ktoś ma pomysł co blokuje aktywowanie produktu? Co sprawia, że zakłądka "Wycena" wyrzuca błąd mimo tego, że jest uzupełniona? Z góry dzięki za pomoc -
Bonjour, Je souhaite traduire mes sujets d'emails ("awaiting check payment" par exemple ainsi que de nouveaux mails créer dans Commandes > Etats de commande). J'ai besoin que le statut des commandes soit différents du sujet du mail. Le statut est utilisé en interne, le paiement par chèque se nomme par exemple : 01-A traiter (paiement par chèque). J'ai essayé de modifier lang.php dans [mon thème]/mails/fr/ sans succès : $_LANGMAIL['Awaiting check payment'] = 'Votre commande'; $_LANGMAIL['01-A traiter (paiment par chèque)'] = 'Votre commande'; Comment puis-je traduire ces sujets ?
