Buenas, Estoy teniendo problemas graves de velocidad en mi backoffice (prestashop 1.7.8.8), el problema da al guardar un producto y solo en caso de estar visible en la web, también le cuesta mucho tiempo generar combinaciones, aunque sea una combinación solo. Si el producto no esta visible va rápido, es decir, si desactivo 'En línea' para que no sea publico, ya puedo hacer cambios y generar combinaciones sin problema, hasta que lo activo de nuevo. Adjunto captura de las llamadas AJAX tras haber guardado el producto, con el tiempo que le lleva (244824ms): Utilizo un módulo para eliminar el ID de la URL (Pretty URLs - URL compatible con SEO | Eliminar ID), puede que el problema vaya por ahí, pero he desactivado el módulo y nada, puede que se quede algo residual que afecte todavía, no lo se. Este es el formato de las URLs con el módulo activado: He hecho múltiples pruebas, desenganchar hooks que puedan ralentizarlo, desactivar módulos... nada. ¿Alguien sabe que puede ocurrir y como solucionarlo? I have a 1.7.8.8 store installed, i tried to reordering the position of a few products. The problem is the following: (Attached images showcasing this) ( Every Parent Category does this, not only the current, if i create a new one, same behavior) I have 1 Parent Category ( Partent Category ) with 2 Child Categories ( Child 1, Child 2 ) In "Child 1" there are: "Product 1" and "Product 2", In "Child 2" there are: "Product 3" and "Product 4". When i reorder the products in "Child 1" and open the front end they display as in the backend, but in "Parent Category" they have strange order and when i go to "Parent Category" and reorder them they don't change at all. If i change the order of "Prod 1" and "Prod 2" in "Child 1" then they change their places. This only happens in Parent Categories not in Child with no other Childs. I have "Default Order Method" (In Store Parameters/Products Settings) to "Place in Category". I will be greatful for any help. Stuck on this for way too long. Information/Specs: ( Attached Photo )

Hello, i am trying to upgrade my Prestashop store from version 1.7.8.8 to 1.7.8.9 with the module "1 Click Upgrade". When trying to upgrade i get the following error: ( attached photo with full info under the errir text ) Download complete but MD5 sum does not match (d41d8cd98f00b204e9800998ecf8427e). I have several freight options, amongst these are the ability to bill freight for separate shipping and similar. When a customer buys for over 1000 SEK the discount code in question should kick in and remove freight costs based on freight selection. I've made sure each customer probably never will reach the upper limit of times of shipping, it's compatible with all rules bar one, and the little checkbox that should apply it to discounted products is on the right setting based on the text. What on earth am I doing wrong?

J'ai depuis quelques jours des déconnexions quand je clique sur une fonctionnalité dans mon B.O. Cela arrive en moyenne 3/5 fois. Ma session se termine et je me retrouve devant la fenêtre de connexion, j'ai beau cocher la case "Rester connecté" Mais ça ne marche pas. J'ai du coup vidé mon cache navigateur, changé de navigateur, mis en navigation privée… Rien ne change J'en ai parlé avec le développeur du module "Page Cache Ultimate" Il m'a dit que ce n'est pas dû à son module. Il est possible que le module "PageSpeed" ajoute la ligne "ExpiresDefault" dans le fichier .htaccess. Mais je n'ai pas de module "Pagespeed" et encore moins cette fameuse ligne. J'en ai parlé avec une personne de mon serveur, alors eux, ils ne se mouillent pas, ils me disent qu'il faut voir tous mes modules en les désactivant un par un. Y a-t-il quelqu'un à qui ce problème est arrivé et qui l'a résolu ? PS: La couleur bleu ciel des boutons et autres sur le forum, n'est pas des plus lisible

Hello everyone, i'm facing a weird problem with my ps_1.7.8 Close to the 'add to cart' button (and also in the cart checkout and cart itself) I have 2 squares instead of the arrows for increase or decrease quantities. Squares in which i can't really read but looks like FT06 (up) and FT07 (down). at the F5 refresh we can see very shortly the arrows appearing and then disappear under these squares As they appear at least 1/4 second, i guess there is a kind of function that finally erase them. I wondered then a font issue, i'm using a Warehouse theme with Google font Raleway typography (https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Raleway) and it seems that this font do not accept ˄ or ˅. Do you think it could come from that ? I then changed the font in order to see if i had the same result and even with arial or tahoma, there are still these squares... Je ne suis plus chez Cloudflare et je me suis désinscrit en supprimant mon site chez eux (plus de DNS) Par contre, j'ai toujours ces scripts (images jointes) qui sont toujours là et qui me bloque mon module d'avis et peut-être autre chose. Bonjour, Débutant depuis 3 mois sur PrestaShop, je rencontre mon 1er problème. Je m'explique, j'aimerais pouvoir mettre en place un sélecteur de grille / liste dans la vue des catégories. J'ai suivi le (seul ?) tutoriel mis à disposition via ce site https://mypresta.eu/prestashop-17/grid-list-switcher-in-category-view.html Et malheureusement problème.. Les 2 icones sont bien afficher sous forme de lien, mais rien ne se passe lorsque je clique dessus. Je ne connais rien en JavaScript, et niveau php pas terrible non plus. J'ai cherché via google mais rien trouvé comme solution mise à part des solutions qui datent pour la 1.6. J'ai bien suivi les instructions du tutoriel, vider le cache ainsi que celui du navigateur avec cookie aussi, et rien ne se passe lorsque je clique dessus. J'utilise PS 1.7.8.8, et le thème par défaut classic. Si quelqu'un aurait une solution/aide ? Merci d'avance EDIT: J'ai trouvé le problème et ça marche correctement, merci à moi-même. Et non.. je ne vais certainement pas partager au vu de l'aide que j'ai pu avoir.. Mam problem jak na obrazku poniżej, czyli nie wiem w jaki sposób zmusić Prestę (1.7.8.8) do wyświetlania cen brutto zamiast netto. Problem występuje tylko przy tworzeniu zamówienia bezpośrednio z panelu admina. Wszelkie ustawienia dot. podatku są ustawione poprawnie. We wszelkich innych miejscach (np. przeglądając już później szczegóły zamówienia) ceny jednostkowe za produkty widnieją w kwotach brutto. Byłbym bardzo wdzięczny za wskazanie co powinienem wyedytować, bo niestety haków tam nie ma, jak i plików które były wcześniej za to odpowiedzialne (przed migracją presty na symfonię). Bonjour tout le monde, J'ai un petit souci avec les mails en html qui sont envoyés aux clients. Il s'agit de l'order_conf.html. Le mail est bien envoyé au client mais lorsqu'il l'affiche, la/les lignes produits sont décalées sur la droite et les blocs livraison, adresse de livraison et adresse de facturations sont sur la gauche. J'ai déjà essayé de reprendre un template que j'ai trouvé sur le web mais sans succès malheureusement. Avez-vous une idée svp? Merci Prestashop version 1.7.8.8 -> langue utilisée uniquement le français.

Bonjour à tous, Je vais essayer de vous expliquer le mieux que possible mon problème. Je crée une règle de prix catalogue par exemple pour les ventes, -15% pour un groupe de clients spécifiques (visiteurs). Après configuration je clique sur enregistré et là ça mouline... Passé plusieurs secondes voir minutes j'ai une erreur 500. Je retourne sur les règles de prix catalogue et je vois bien ma règle des -15% enregistré mais aucun produit n'applique cette règle. Maintenant je vais sur le produit en question via le back-office et la règle ne s'affiche pas, j'enregistre le produit et là par magie la règle s'applique et sur le front-office le produit et bien en promotion. J'ai cherché partout et je ne trouve aucune solution à mon bug. J'ai même restauré une ancienne sauvegarde avec un PS 1.7.8.7 est le BUG est le même. Pouvez-vous que je vienne en aide ?
