Bonjour, Je cherche à modifier le nom du champ "Numéro d'enregistrement fiscal" du formulaire de création de compte de ma boutique prestashop 1.7.2.4. Je ne cherche pas à rajouter un nouveau champ, juste à changer son nom. J'ai cherché dans la partie Traductions et dans la table ps_registration de la BDD mais impossible de trouver ce label. Est-ce quelqu'un a une idée ?

Bonjour. Nous avons un soucis car nous utilisons différents transporteur suivant les produits. Si un client met dans son panier des produits qui n'ont pas le même transporteur, c'est la cata. En faite, tout dépend comment les produits sont positionné dans le panier. C'est le transporteur du dernier produit qui sera affiché. Existe t'il une manipulation ou un module pour utiliser différents transporteur ? Merci à vous Kamduras

Where are the translations located for the word "Free" in the Ajax Cart and on the Checkout pages. Looked everywhere, but I could not find it. Bonjour, Un client m'a remonté hier qu'il est impossible d'ajouter un produit au panier.Je viens de tester et effectivement, le bouton "Ajouter au panier" ouvre bien la popup "Produit ajouté au panier avec succès" ,mais on peut voir également dans cette même pop up : Je ne comprends pas ce qui ne fonctionne pas... l'action d'ajout au panier semble se déclencher, mais il n'ajoute rien! Bonjour, J'ai un soucis de règle de panier sur 1.7.2.4. Je souhaite offrir la livraison à partir d'un nombre de produits dans une catégorie, mais pas pour tous les pays. J'ai mis en place cette règle, tout fonctionne bien, mais uniquement pour un client connecté à son compte, elle ne fonctionne pas pour un visiteur. J'ai vérifié les restrictions, tous les groupes de clients sont bien sélectionnés. Par contre, si j'enlève la restriction de pays, tout fonctionne bien. Ça fonctionne aussi en remettant la restriction de pays et en appliquant la promotion à l'aide d'un code. C'est bien mais ça n'est pas ce que je veux, je veux que la réduction s'applique sans avoir à entrer un code promo. À priori c'est un bug connu mais je n'ai pas trouvé de solution à ce problème. Quelqu'un pour m'aider ? Merci d'avance

I have problem with product position when I migrate from 1.6.x to 1.7.x When I have one product associated in two categories then product position inside the category get confused. For example: Product with ID 1269 is associated with Category: http://mywebsite.com/18-CARS and when the product is associated with Category: http://mywebsite.com/CARS/87-TOOLS then products Position inside category get confused only in category: http://mywebsite.com/18-CARS Product positions inside: ps_category_product: product 1268 position in category 18 -- > 101 ; product 1268 position in category 87 --> 1 . And the result is: product 1268 position inside category 87 --> 1 BUT in category 18 - POSITION 2 Example: http://dressqueen7.com/iskam222/18-zdrave-i-krasota and http://dressqueen7.com/iskam222/87-четки-за-гримиране I will attach screenshots of database and back office Here is what I made: 1. Default order by: Position inside category - Default order method: Ascending 2. Disabled the module Category tree links v2.0.0 - by PrestaShop 3. Advanced Parameters --> Performance --> Clear cache 4. Open the website with Chrome and IE edge 5. Tried to move and disable products inside the category 6. I checked database - all looks good. None of this helped The problem occurs with all products which are associated in 2 consecutive categories

Hi! Our prestashop (1.7.2.4) is not indexing any product anymore ... I don't know how to fix this issue.... We didn't modify any core files... It was working several months without a problem. But we did delete the entire catalog & did a re-upload, this time with more combinations, less simple products... Debug modus, doens't tell me anything, no errors where displayed. I think the problem is in the msql d-base, I checked the ps_search & there are thousands of product related to the table. But I don't know what's save to do... Can I just clear the tables related to search? Thanks in advance

Good morning! I would like to change the label of the field "VAT number" in the registration form. I looked at the translation module but I can't seem to find this particular label. I wanted to avoid tinkering with the tpl files for something that simple. Does anyone know where that field can be modified in the backend ? I'm working on prestashop 1.7.2.4 right now. Normalement ce topic concerne plutot le theming. Je souhaite simplement inserer une image par un fichier tpl. Quelque chose qui normalement se fait en deux petites minutes. Je travaille sur une boutique avec 1.7.2.4 et je souhaite faire appel a une variable globale smarty dans mon fichier tpl (header). J'ai donc la ligne suivante. <img src="{$img_dir}/direct.png" alt="{l s='xxxxxxxxx'}" /> J' essaie avec slash et sans slash apres la variable smarty, je change l'image de dossier, je vide le cache smarty par le backoffice, mais quoi que je fasse touours sans resultat. Le text alt s'affiche, mais pas l'image. Je ne sais pas si c'est du a presta 1.7.2.4 qui utiliserait une nouvelle methode. Mon image est dans le dossier montheme, _dev, img. Mon theme est le classic (par default) Une ame charitable pourra t elle m'ecrire : "t'es pas bien malin. Il fallait juste ecrire ............." Merci

Bonjour, Cela fait près de 3 heures que je cherche à régler mon problème et je n'y arrive toujours pas. J'essaie de modifier des produits et malgré le fait que je clique sur sauvegarder ou même shift+alt+s ... Rien ne sauvegarde.... ! J'ai fait une migration par Cart2Cart de Shopify vers Prestashop. Le site était tout neuf, j'ai le prestashop en version 1.7.2.4 (à la base j'ai installé en 1.7.2.0 et après mes tentatives infructeuses, j'ai fait un 1 click upgrade en 1.7.2.4 pensant que ça réglerait mon problème). J'ai fait et testé tout ce que j'ai pu trouver sur le web... Commençant par le browser internet... négatif ... Vider les cache ... négatif ... Passer en 1.7.2.4 ... toujours rien... J'ai lu également que les meta descriptions trop longues créaient ce bug...J'ai donc corrigé les meta, tenté d'enregistrer, mais rien n'est pris en compte... J'ai également modifier la limite du nombre de caractères de la case description, ça n'a rien réglé. J'ai l'impression que ce sont les meta description qui cause problème... Elles sont à 255 sur 160 caractères dans certains produits... Comment je peux modifier le minimum ou bien modifier par un fichier source la description ?? *edit .. j'ai été modifier dans les tables ps_product_lang ps_category_lang ps_meta_lang (en fait j'ai recherché toutes les tables qui contenaient ''lang'' j'ai changé tout ce qui avait un lien avec meta description à 360). J'ai également modifié les meta.php, product.php category.php pour mettre partout la quantité à 360 ... et quand je retourne dans mes produits... la limite indique toujours 160 caractères .... je ne comprends pas qu'est-ce qu'il me manque ........ J'ai vu aussi que ce serait relié à la catégorie... Sur Shopify, les produits avaient leur catégories respectives, en les migrant, je n'avais créé aucune catégorie avant, ils se sont tous mis dans ''Accueil'' par défaut... J'ai beau essayé de changer la catégorie... toujours impossible... Je crois avoir tout essayé.... Avez-vous une suggestion d'une chose que je n'aurais pas fait ? Pas vu ?? Je suis bloquée par ce bug et je ne peux pas travailler :x Merci pour votre aide !

Hi guys, on my PS 1.7.2.4 classic theme is not showing category tree link menu on mobile version only. Now I am strugling with this a lot. In html source code is missing this part with category tree menu. Do you have any idea, what can be wrong? I tried install fresh new PS 1.7.2.4 on different domain and there is working fine.

Hola chicos a ver si consigo solución, resulta que antiguamente me lo hacia seleccionaba creaba atributos características etc. daba las combinaciones asignaba imágenes a cada una y funcionaban perfectamente. De un tiempo me empezo a suceder que las ya creadas y las nuevas que creo no se me actualizan al cambiar el atributo ejemplo en la imagen. Selecciono el color rojo selecciono color negro pero si agrego el color negro al carrito de compra agradezco si alguien me puede echar una mano.

Hi, I've got a problem with my Prestashop installation (version 1.7.2.4). Whenever i try to assign an existing attachment to a product and save it tells me "Settings updated.", but when i go in the frontend product page there are no attachments. I've looked around for a little bit and found that the attachments are shown only where the column "cache_has_attachments" in the product table is already set to 1. The main problem is that it should update this value from 0 to 1 when i add attachments, but it stays to 0. Doing an SQL query to update the values only solves my problem partially, because I often need to add new products and add attachments.

Hallo zusammen, ich habe mich nach längerer Zeit mal wieder in meinen Admin Bereich eingelogt um etwas am Shop zu arbeiten. Nun habe ich dieses auf Online geschalten um mir dieses an zu schauen. So aber nun kommt kein Shop mehr sondern lediglich.. Access Denied und das wars. Kann mir eventuell jemand helfen? Shopversion ist 1.7.2.4 und die One Click Option geht ebenfalls aus diesen Gründen nicht. Liebe Grüße vom Bodensee Dino

Zdravím, potřeboval bych pomoci s formátem telefonu. Zákazník si může zadat libovolný počet cifer u telefonu a objednávku dokončit. Někdy se stane, že zákazník vynechá číslo nebo omylem jedno přidá a ztěžuje nám to dopravu, kontrolovat u každé objednávky telefonní číslo je dost otrava. Moje otázka je tedy, jak nastavit, aby zákazník mohl zadat pouze 9 cifer? Děkuji,

Bonsoir à tous, Je rencontre un petit soucis sous 1.7.2.4 Dans mon aperçu du panier (en passant la souris dessus), le total s'affiche HT (malgré le fait que la TVA soit affichée, mais dans le processus de commande le total s'affiche correctement TTC. Est-ce que ça peut venir du thème ? J'ai déjà cherché dans les fichiers .tpl mais pas réussi à trouver exactement ou s'effectue cette addition. En activant/désactivant, vidé le cache, etc, le total reste HT. Le thème si ça peut donner un indice Big Mall – The Electronic Shop L'aperçu du panier (là ou le total est HT et devrai être TTC) Et dans le processus de commande où c'est correcte Merci d'avance à celles et ceux qui pourraient m'aiguiller. Dear community, We detected an odd behavior on Prestashop 1.7.2.4 that maybe somebody knows already. Pls let us know. Issues as following: - We cannot see the subject translations, although we translated it. Fields remain empty (pls see illustration below) for 3rd party and Prestashop modules. - We use a child_theme: Therefore some of the translations are stored by Prestashop to /themes/classic_childtheme/mails/de/lang.php (3rd party module reading form here), /mails/de/lang.php (Prestashop seems not to use this anymore for own and 3rd party mail translation) and /app/Resources/translations/de-DE/EmailsSubject.de-DE.xlf. 3rd party modules cannot saved to EmailsSubject.de-DE.xlf indeed. If we send the mail, the data is working but we cannot amend it via BO or if we do, we delete the current translations. - Also Umlaute seem not to work properly if used in old translation way through .txt file. Email is not being sent in this case. Without Umlaute it works fine. Solution: We have found a workaround for us but we believe that it could be a Prestashop 1.7.2.4 issue. Our workaround includes a programming change (override) of AdminTranslationsController.php to actually use the lang.php file (seems missing). To us, new translation file EmailsSubject.de-DE.xlf seems not to work for Prestashop modules and 3rd party modules either. It's just not in the code. We now changed to use lang file from /mails/yourLang/lang.php only and this works as a workaround to change the subject in the mail translation as well as to send the mail subject title in correct language.

Bonjour, J'ai un problème, sur mon site web, je vends des vêtements et des certificats-cadeaux. Les vêtements sont taxés mais je ne veux pas que les certificats-cadeaux soient taxés. Je n'arrive pas à désactiver la taxe sur ces produits seulement... J'ai beau sélectionner sous ''Règle de taxe'' ''Aucune taxe'' .. Je sauvegarde, je peux même faire l'aperçu du produit avant d'aller au catalogue, les taxes ne sont pas là... À partir du moment que je sors de la page de produit, je retourne dedans... Boum les taxes se sont remises ... Impossible de mettre seulement ces produits sans taxes... Est-ce un bug de prestashop ou c'est moi qui comprend pas ?? J'ai pourtant un autre site en 1.6.x et j'ai des produits taxés et non taxés et ça fonctionne.. Auriez-vous une solution ? Merci. P.S. J'ai essayé de créer un nouveau produit sans sélectionner de code de taxe... il le met par défaut une fois sauvegardé...
