Hello, I take the liberty of contacting you in the hope that you can help me correct this problem. I am currently setting up a Prestashop site in version 1.6.1. I have just added a rather important module concerning my products. When installing the module, the loading time is quite long, maybe my network, I don't know ... whatever. When going to the page of my products, this error appears : Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 6392119296 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 130968 bytes) in /var/www/html/classes/helper/HelperTreeCategories.php on line 92 I work with a Docker environment (+ docker-compose). I tried to mount as much as possible my memory_limit variable (in the php.ini file) present in my config. But nothing does nothing there, the problem persists... Would you have a track to explore...? Do not hesitate to ask me questions if any information could be of use to you. Thank you all in advance for your help!

Hello, I am trying to add some custom options to the sort by select field on category pages in Prestashop 1.6.1.15. In particular, I'd like to add the sort by discount percentage and total sales (best sellers) options. Buenas tardes, Tengo un fallo al "Guardar" la habilitación SSL en Prestashop 1.6.1. Tengo certificado operativo con Dondominio, pero a la hora de "Guardar" en el Backoffice de PS, se me pone en Verde pero No guarda, me redirige a página en blanco y Error 500.. He leído en el Foro el tema de archivo duplicado, de forzar las url, de limpiar Caché PS, habilitar y deshabilitar Caché..etc Lo he probado todo, y no creo el problema venda de ahí. Me ocurre lo mismo cuando quiero "Guardar" el Logo Empresa, o el Favicon (en .ico), o guardar casi cualquier cosa en el backoffice 1.6.1 me va a "Error 500"... Los cambios de la web que realizo en los Modulos sin problema. Vale decir, que tenía ésta página hecha y trabajando desde hace tiempo, pero mi desarrollador/servidor/informático, cerró la empresa de golpe, y somos varios negocios los afectados. Unos tenian backup, otros no.. y la empresa cerró y desapareció en 24h, sin dejar rastro. A mi lástima mi servidor eran ellos mismos así que no tuve opción a rescatar una copia de seguridad de la página. Conseguí me enviaran en el último momento (el servidor ya estaba cerrado) una Copia de la Plantilla original y el modulo de sincronización con el proveedor (me dijeron valorado en unos 200€ ) por las "molestias ocasionadas".. Pero yo perdí mi Tienda, perdi mi Blog con 4 años de articulos originales y semanales, no quiero ni pensar en penalizaciones Google, y gane un montón de dolores de cabeza! Total, que la plantilla ya está subida a otro servidor (DonDominio), y ahora empiezo de Cero. Me encuentro con éste primer problema a la hora de Guardar los cambios (SSL, Logo, Nombre Tienda, , Favicon, ...) he tocado mucho y leído mucho en el Foro, pero no encuentro la solución. Bonjour bonjour, Ma version prestashop 1.6.1.14 J'ai un petit problème. Je veux retirer la variable [shop_name] de l'objet des emails. J'ai regardé de mon côté ces histoires de : $subject = '['.Configuration::get('PS_SHOP_NAME', null, null, $id_shop).'] '.$subject; à modifier par : $subject = $subject; Je supprime bien class_index.php du cache après chaque modification.... Mais rien n'y fait. Miss Error 500 me saoul. Il existe un override de la même fonction Send pour un module sur override/classes/Mail.php dans ma config. (je ne sais pas encore faire d'override) J'suis sur que quelqu'un a une idée ! Merci!

Hello! I'm the new guy at the office, and the first job I got was upgrading "ye olde shop!", and a week later, I have no success whatsoever >_< Their shop is in version 1.4.6.2, (hosted at http://www.photoboothparts.com/prestashop/ ). We were so confident in the 1-click-update that we tried it on the live version without even a single ounce of thought or remorse, and reverting that disaster took most of my first week. At the very least, we could restore that. Now, I have a copy in my computer. I'm using Linux (never used this OS before), installed LAMP, had tons of problems installing phpmyadmin, but finally got it. I have a completely (almost) functional copy of the store. The cart is not working... but that's the least of my problems (and I read around here that it won't work in localhost for some reason) Ok, now I try to 1-click-upgrade my copy. There is that big Configuration checklist at the backoffice that I managed to get all green (URL rewritting, Browse cache & compression, etc...). I install the 1-Click Upgrade tool, go to Tools > 1-Click Upgrade, I manage to get that other laundry list in green. In Backup Options I chose to keep both my files and database and my images, and in Upgrade Options I chose not to Disable non-native modules, Upgrade the default theme, Switch to the default theme -> no, upgrade the default e-mails -> no, step by step mode -> no (Tried this once, a lot of clicking for no results :S), and Display PHP errors (I tried both yes and no) Then you click on Upgrade PrestaShop now! and it looks like everything is fine, until we get to the end and we get a laundry list of errors (mostly SQL, I think) And the frontend doesn't work. I get an error 500 (wich I know is just a generic "PHP screwed up but I don't want to tell you why" error, but I don't know how to extract more info there. At the backend, all the products seem to be gone, and in the section Advanced Parameters -> Configuration Information there is this error: Required parameters: Please fix the following error(s) Some PrestaShop files are missing from your server. (/override/controllers/front/index.php) TL;DR: Upgrade with 1-click update from 1.4.6 to 1.6. - errors o'plenty, frontend Error 500, backend has no products . I've attached a file with the errors the 1click updater shows when working on it. Thank you in advance for all your potential help with the issue! error updating Edit: Found the problem for the error 500. The theme was not saved when updating, so I just copied it again and pasted it in the themes folder, and now I can navigate the website. Just... No items in any category :/

En effet, le chemin normal est de type : /marque-16 ( soit [le nom de ma categorie]-[l'id de ma catégorie], mais tous mes liens ont été ré-écrits de cette façon : /index.php?controller=category_rule&rewrite=[le nom de ma categorie]&meta_keywords=0&meta_title=0 Je précise que mon site est récemment passé en https, mais je n’avais pas ce pb en 1.5 Je suis un peu novice en termes de redirection, je vous remercie sincèrement de votre aide ! Bonjour, j'ai eu un appel téléphonique d'un client parce que sa commande n'avait pas été validée mais qu'elle avait bien été payée via Paypal. Rien de dramatique, la commande était bien passée mais avec un message d'erreur sur le montant : "Attention 132,90 € payé au lieu de 132,72 €". J'ai d'abord cru qu'il s'agissait d'un problème de réduction alors que c'est en fait un problème d'arrondi. Le calcul de la TVA n'est même pas en cause puisque depuis la Réunion pour la métropole nous facturons "hors taxe pour exportation". Je m'explique : Le produit en cause est une boîte de dragées dont le prix est calculé pour être rond pour les réunionnais : 1.30 € à 8.50% de TVA, cela fait ... 1.198157 € HT. Ma cliente, qui elle réside en métropole donc va être facturée HT, prend 100 boîtes, elle a droit à 5% de réduction, le prix à l'unité affiché sur le récap de commande est arrondi à 1.20€ - 5% soit 1.14 €. Et le prix total, lui, est arrondi après multiplication par 100 soit 119.8157 € * 0.95 = 113.824915 € arrondi à 113.82 €. Logique, sauf que déjà c'est un peu gênant d'avoir un total qui ne correspond pas au PU x qté ... surtout si au lieu de faire moins, ça fait plus, ce qui est aussi possible. Le plus embêtant c'est que le prix transmis à Paypal, lui, est calculé en multipliant le PU arrondi par la qté soit 1.20 € * 100 + 18.90 de frais de port = 132.90. Du coup le client a un message "commande non validée". Quant à la facture, elle est de 132.72 € (113.82 + port), avec mention "payé par Paypal : 132.90 €. Ce n'est pas cohérent. Il y a quand même une solution dans les cas comme le mien, c'est de choisir dans les Préférences -> Générales le type d'arrondi (pas la règle) : "Arrondir pour chaque article". Mais je ne suis pas sûr que pour une facturation avec TVA ça ne génère pas d'autres problèmes (quoique, au contraire avec TVA, j'aurais eu un montant total bien rond de 130 € - 5% = 123.50 € affiché et facturé et payé. Version PS : 1.6.1 stable. Si ça peut aider quelqu'un ... ou inspirer une modif aux développeurs si pertinente ... En attendant bonne fête et bon développement pour vos boutiques en 2017 ! Erik

Buenas gente, Estoy empezando un nuevo proyecto y tengo instalada la última versión 1.6.1.4. Llevo unos 2 días buscando una solución y no hay manera de dar con ella. Os comento a ver si podéis echar un cable: Las páginas de la web funcionan correctamente, el problema viene al generar las url amigables, entonces solo me funciona la página inicial index.php He probado con todo lo que he encontrado buscando por la web, primero regenerar el archivo .htaccess (activando y descativando las url amigables), también he consultado con mi proveedor de hosting si tengo activado el mod_rewrite (Nominalia) y me han comentado que por defecto esta activo siempre. También he probado con los permisos en el FTP cambiando el permiso del .htaccess, aquí el problema es que me da una respuesta "500 'SITE': command not understood" (por defecto todos los archivos aparecen con XXX en los permisos), al consultar con el hosting me comentan que al tener un hosting windows también por defecto todos los archivos tienen los permisos abiertos así que me dicen que este no es el problema. El archivo .htaccess parece correctamente creado cada vez que le doy a guardar en Url Amigable pero las páginas de la web siguen con el error 404 en todos los casos. Sabéis cual puede ser el problema? A ver si me podéis arrojar un poco de luz porque ya no se donde buscar. Muchas gracias!

Hi all, one of my programmers upgraded old Presta 1.4.7 to 1.6.1 and we are facing quite a few bugs, that weren't showing themselves at 1.6. Is it possible to downgrade without huge time investment? We have all 1.4.7 backups, so if it is easier to go 1.4.7 -> 1.6.0 way - this is the I am prefering to go. Thanks for any ideas

Einen Artikel in den Warenkorb legen "Ihr Warenkorb" anklicken -> Bestellübersicht Unter Adresse auf "Neue Adresse hinzufügen" Vorname Jürgen Speichern Es gibt dann 6 Fehlermeldungen (was ja auch richtig ist) Bei Vorname steht dann aber nicht mehr "Jürgen", sondern "Jürgen" Selbes passiert auch bei den anderen Formularfeldern und wenn der Kunde bereits als Kunde angelegt ist und dort Umlaute im Namen vorkommen. Bevor ich nun diesen Fehler melde: Fehler bei jemanden nachvollziehbar? Ansonsten: Fehler bei PrestaShop (würde ich meinen), oder vielleicht doch beim Template (würde ich ausschließen)? Entweder, ist hier ein htmlspecialchars zu viel, oder ein htmlspecialchars_decode zu wenig im Coding würde ich meinen.

Bonjour tout le monde, J'ai effectué une migration pour ma boutique de mon prestashop 1.4.1 vers le 1.6.1 Tout s'est déroulé correctement. J'ai accès à tous les onglets du back office mis à part " modules " et " la zone de recherche" en haut à gauche. Je n'ai maintenant plus accès à aucun module... Je suis allée dans mon ftp, dossier config, fichier defines.inc.php J'ai passé la ligne define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', false); à true comme ci-dessous define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', true); et j'ai le message d'erreur suivant quand je tente d'accéder à la page modules " is not a valid module name " J'ai tenté la réinstallation du fichier module dans mon ftp, mais rien n'y fait... Quelqu'un a t-il rencontré le même problème, ou une solution à mon blocage? Merci à vous pour vos réponses! Julie
