Hallo, ich habe ein Problem, ich bin gearade dabei ein Shop zu gestalten, soweit komm ich ganz gut zurecht, nur möchte ich nun das wenn man auf z.B. Matratzen klickt, die Listenansicht als Standard definiert ist und auch die Auswahl zum grid entfällt. Den button könnte ich ja per css ganz easy einfach ausblenden, aber ich schaff es einfach nicht das Standard grid zu ändern zur Liste. Tutorials wie z.B. dieses: PrestaShop 1.6.x. How to change default products listing view habe ich schon versucht, ohne Erfolg leider da anscheind der Aufbau der dort genannten Datein sich in version 1.6.1.6 verändert hat. Hello all. I hope you can help me with this problem I have runned into. First some facts: My domain is strazz.no I am running Prestashop 1.6.1.6 My host is running PHP ver 7.0 So my problem. I have moved to a new host. The domain is moved to the new host. I took a backup of all my files via FTP and loaded them into the new host. The database I did an export via mysql admin. I created a new database on my new host. The database name was different, so also the username and password. I imported the database file into the new database. Sucsessfull. No errors. i edited the settings.inc.php file with the new info for the database (server, user, password, database name) When I go to my shop or admin I got the following error message when I turn debug on. Can anyone help me understand this error message ? Voici ce que voit un acheteur. Arrivé au point 04. Livraison, en entre dans une boucle : 1) La case "J'approuve les termes du contrat, etc." est vide. 2) On clique sur "Prendre connaissance des termes du contrat" et on en prend connaissance. 3) On coche la case "J'approuve les termes du contrat", la coche apparaît. 4) On clique sur "Valider la commande et accéder au paiement". Et on est ramené à l'étape 1), la case cochée est de nouveau vide, tandis que s'affiche l'instruction "Vous devez approuver les termes du contrat avant de poursuivre". Et ainsi de suite. On peut sauter l'étape 2 (c.à.d. ne pas lire le contrat), ça ne change rien. Les seules manips récentes qui ont été effectuées sont le changement des tarifs de paiement du port pour La Poste, et la suppression de transporteurs inutilisés. Salve a tutti, non riesco a risolvere un problema alla numerazione della fattura. Sto cercando di assegnare alla voce invoices il numero corretto successivo che sarebbe il 31. Ma ad ogni ordine lui forza con il numero: #200978. Setto correttamente l'invoice number che dovrebbe essere il 000032, ma lui forza sempre il precedente. Devo per forza ad ogni ordine entrare nel sql e modificarlo a mano. Come posso sistemare? prestashop 1.6.1.6 Grazie Simone

Sapreste dirmi se esiste nell'impostazione di un prodotto, la possibilità di inserire una quantità minima d'acquisto? il Prestashop sul quale devo fare questa variante è 1.61.6 es. ho un'anello a 1€ minimo ne devono acquistare 4, ( 1 non è possibile acquistarlo) grazie x chi mi vorrà rispondere

Próbuje skonfigurować sklep " po kimś". Wdrażam się dopiero w presta, do tej pory szło mi dosyć gładko, jednak zatrzymałem się na dłuższą chwilę przy sposobie wyboru dostawy. Mam włączony tryb przetwarzania standardowy ( 5 kroków). Problem, który mi doskwiera to konieczność wyboru sposobu dostawy ( COD/ODBIÓR W SIEDZIBIE/PŁATNE Z GÓRY) dla każdego produktu z koszyka z osobna. W jaki sposób mogę ustawić 1 sposób dostawy dla wszystkich produktów znajdujących się w koszyku ?

Premesso che non è possibile acquistare senza essere registrati e che in oltre 2 anni è la prima volta che ci verifica questa situazione e che abbiamo provato a riprodurre la situazione con gli stessi prodotti e stesso indirizzo di spedizione ma senza successo, qualcuno ha idea di quale combinazione operativa può causare questo comportamento? Buonasera a tutti da T21Calzature.com Per trovare una soluzione ai nostri quesiti (riportati in fondo) specifichiamo quanto segue: Abbiamo acquistato Eveprest da prestashop addons. Per testarlo, l’abbiamo installato su un sito di prova (gogofashion.it) hostato sui nostri server. Ci teniamo a specificare che il sito in questione non é online e mai lo sarà. Sia T21calzature.com (sito sul quale verrà pubblicato il template) e il sito di prova gogofashion,ti montano prestashop 1.6.1.6 Abbiamo utilizzato il modulo CLEANER per pulire il database del sito abbiamo rimosso tutti gli articoli e le foto ec... adesso vorremmo installare il template nella versione di defaul in tutte le sue forme, per essere più specifici: -trattenendo l’aspetto grafico della versione demo - trattenendo gli articoli forfettari - trattenendo i testi presenti versione demo e tutto ciò che concerne la versione di prova in formato default. Abbiamo provato a seguire la guida fornitaci da ZEMEZ e da PRESTASHOP e cercato su internet una serie di guide alternative ma non riusciamo a installare questa versione “demo” del tema. Nello specifico abbiamo riscontrato l’assenza della cartella “sources/sample_data” che ci dava la possibilità di caricare attraverso il modulo “sample data installer” la versione di default del tema Eveprest Fashion. ad ogni modo siamo disposti ad effettuare ogni tipo di reset possibile per raggiungere il fine specificato. Alleghiamo i file che mostrano le ultime operazioni che abbiamo effettuato sul sito (abbondantemente spiegate in questo topic)

Hello all! So today when I tried to sort some products by lowest in the same category, the last product in the 1-st page had lower price that then first product on the next page. The issue goes away if I change the count of the products on the page so all the products are shown in the category. The issue is present on all pages with products (manufacturer, prices drop) that are paginated! Thanks for all the help! Ivo

Bonjour à tous, Je suis en BtoC sur 1.6.1.6 et je veux désactiver l'affichage des taxes dans le panier. Tout fonctionne normalement jusque la confirmation de commande.... tout les prix affiché sont bien TTC sauf le Total qui lui est HTVA???? De plus dans cette configuration j'ai le bloc Vouchers qui apparait à gauche de la ligne Total. Quelqu'un peut-il m'indiquer comment afficher le total TTC et ne plus afficher le bloc Vouchers au niveau de la confirmation de commande... Merci d'avance

Buenos días: Tengo un problema con mi tienda. Al acceder al Front Office me aparece la pantalla blanca y un mensaje que dice: Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '[' in /home/u217081404/public_html/modules/statsdata/statsdata.php on line 108 El Back Office, hasta donde yo sé, funciona perfectamente, y no recuerdo haber hecho nada que pudiera causar el fallo (ni manipular los PHP, ni borrar archivos, ni restaurar copias de seguridad, etc.). No es la tienda principal. De hecho, quería repararla para subirla al dominio de producción. ¿Me podría ayudar alguien, por favor? Muchas gracias de antemano y un saludo Rubén

After updating my prestashop from 1.6.0.14 to 1.6.1.6 I am no longer able to login to the admin. 1. I go to store admin and it loads prestashop login for backoffice. 2. I login correctly with no error message given back and redirect is given to AdminDashboard 3. Browser remains at login page not allowing access to the dashboard. I have searched across several forums and seen numerous posts listing a similar issue due to various causes. I have tried all that i could find, but to no avail. I have been stuck on this for several hours and I am at a loss for what more to try. I have tried clearing my cache and cookies numerous times. Tried using Firefox, Chrome, IE on 2 different machines that have never accessed the backoffice before and a mobile device using cell network and I have the same result. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Hello. We have a clothing store based on Prestashop 1.6.1.6. There's an issue we noticed and are not beeing able to solve, so we decided to ask for a little help. On the product sheet (Backoffice) the combinations for each product are added in the following order: Note that we only use 1 color per product, so the variations are in the size. As you see, it looks like 36, 37, 38, 39... But when we look into the product sheet on the Front Office, the drop down menu where you may choose your size looks a total mess with no order at all: Is there any code we may enter on product.tpl file so the sizes on the drop down menu (Front office product sheet) appear in the same order as added on the Backoffice (first image)? Bonjour, Après une nouvelle installation de la dernière version (1.6.1.6), je souhaite importe mes clients et leurs adresses respectives. Après plusieurs tentatives, l'import se passe correctement (j'ai bien mes clients dans "Clients" et les adresses dans "Adresses"). En revanche, si on ouvre la fiche d'un client, il n'y a pas son adresse : comment faire pour lier les 2 ? Merci d'avance

Hola compis de batalla. Tengo en admin>autoupgrade>buckup bastantes copias de actualización y tengo que eliminar porque el servidor ya está a tope. Adjunto imágenes para que me orientéis sobre qué eliminar. Son de las 3 últimas actualizaciones. Las dos primeras imágenes son de admin>autoupgrade>buckup y la última de admin>buckup. De las dos 1ªs, la 2ª es una de las tres carpetas abiertas, las otras dos carpetas son similares, como sabréis. Imagino que directamente las copias de las dos versiones anteriores las tendré que eliminar, y más, Prestashop 1.6.1.6 jardín Infinito Saludos *Por seguridad, he eliminado las imágenes.

Three days ago my shop (1.6.1.5 at the time) was upgraded to 1.6.1.6. Ever since whenever you select an article, place it in the shopping cart it is there. BUT if you select 'go to checkout' the shopping cart is empty (with both guest and registered customer). Also: when selecting article A to buy, and next acticle B, only article B is in the shopping cart. Going to checkout also B is gone. This is a major problem, rendering the shop useless! Taken actions: - disabled cache - forcing compilation at all times, disabling cache at that point too. - emptied the cache from 'performance' Effected version: 1.6.1.6 No problem with: 1.6.1.5 Any help is welcome. When as a user (customer) have an account and want to buy an item in my (now upgraded shop) I suddenly need to correct my address details: the country was changed to USA and my postal code is no longer valid too (apparently, since NL and USA postal codes differ). When trying to select another country, only USA is in the picklist. When going to my shop-account and review the address there, the country is correctly presented. When selecting UPDATE then the same error occurs again: country is shown to be USA and the same problems occur. This behavior is new since 1.6.1.6 and was not present with 1.6.1.5.
