Hola, Tengo una tienda en prestashop v. 1.6.1.14, donde tengo instalado el tema Transformer, adicional tengo el módulo Filter Products Pro y el Bloque de Navegación por Facetas. En navegación de escritorio todo funciona normalmente; sin embargo, en modo responsivo o para móvil no se visualizan los filtros para la búsqueda por facetas. Si deshabilito los CSS del tema, si los veo (Imagen Adjunta). He intentado varias cosas, una de ellas es que adicione este código al CSS del tema (en el diseñador del tema) #left_column { display: block!important; } #layered_block_left .block_content{ display: block!important; } También intente editar los CSS directamente, pero no consigo mostrar esta funcionalidad. Agradezco de antemano su ayuda!

Hola, Cuando un cliente realiza una búsqueda de producto en nuestra página web, le aparece el producto que aparece en portada en la asociación de productos, no el producto que está buscando en concreto. Cuando buscamos una artículo por su nombre, por ejemplo “ wáter dream”, necesitamos que nos lleve hasta el articulo en color no a la portada de la asociación. I have checked that the tracking number is inserted in database and also found in Orders page. It will only be successfully displayed if I click edit (under the shipping tab in Orders page) and re-save the tracking number. (When the tracking number is already saved and displayed in Orders page). This is the extra step and I am omitted from automating this step. Is there anyone facing the same problem? Thank you.

It is because I am have added a module to execute an action upon return/refund product in order page. I would like to setup a control to determine the specific people to execute return/refund. Ma boutique en ligne prend feu de partout 3 erreurs Le champ weight est invalide. Le champ ecotax est invalide. Le champ wholesale_price est invalide. Je n'utilise pas d'ecotax pourtant... I am writing a query with query builder. While the result is correct, unfortunately, it returns double result due to the query below. I am currently having problem with bulk order change as it is sending "Shipped" emails without replacing the variables {followup} and {code_traking}. It is fine with single status change and email is sent in order. Unfortunately, email triggered for bulk order status but variables are not replaced well. I am unable to click on the return product checkbox. I have checked with other products and orders, does not seem to have any issues. Only for the particular order below, I can only click on the first order. The configuration setup is fine as all other orders have no problems updating. Thank you.

Bonjour, J'essaye de mettre à jour PS de 1.6.0.9 à 1.6.1.14. La fonction automatique ne marche pas, je reçois une erreur de téléchargement Je passe donc en mode manuel, en choisissant le répertoire local et je place le prestashop_1.6.1.14.zip dans le dossier "autoupgrade\download". Ca démarre correctement mais lorsqu'il reste quelques milliers de fichiers à décompressé, il s'arrête et plus rien... Ensuite, je n'ai plus qu'à recommencer. J'ai essayé de désinstaller/supprimer/réinstaller le module "1-Click Upgrade" (version 1.6.7) mais ça ne fonctionne pas non plus. Des pistes quelqu'un ? Merci d'avance,
