Buongiorno Se qualcuno può aiutarmi Prestashop 1.6.1.13 nella pagina back office di ordine non riesco a visualizzare più di un messaggio come si vede nell'allegato, ho provato con un'altra installazione su un altro server però versione 1.7 e funziona perfettamente. Qualcuno ha riscontrato questo problema e ha una soluzione? Grazie

Mam PS 1.6.1.13 z multistore chcę w formularzu rejestracyjny podać dodatkowe pole REGON (bądź jakiekolwiek). W Lokalizacja → Kraje podaje "Customer:siret" mimo to zmiany nie są widzialne od strony frontowej. Jaka jest przyczyna, iż wprowadzając w tym miejscu różne zmiany, nie są widoczne od strony frontowej?

Hello , My issue is failed to log in back office now after I input my registered email address and password which was workable before. Even I tried to push “I forget my password”, I never received any email afters.(detail screenshot as follows) Please tell me how to resolve the problem.

Hi I am new in PS. This Company has a large web-shop running in PS 1.6.1.13. With a free theme. (The theme is not important, but it is important to find a theme that works and is It is proposed to migrate their shop to a supported PS version 1.7.3- But is 1.7 stable now? I have searched high and low, but only found old information that all says NO to 1.7. Maybe it's because of the previous lack of Migration opportunities then.... I guess the Migration modules are tested and more smooth now? But what do you say that has migrated from PS 1.6 to PS 1.7. - Are you satisfied? Does the shop work as before? ps: Of course I have checked that the server is installed with the steps required to run PS 1.7.6+ (Apache 2.4.6+, MariaDB, PHP7.3 +, memory_limit, Max_input_vars etc.) Thank you for your time and look forward to your reply of your experience (good or bad) -
Hello everyone, i am trying to add an extra price if the user adds customizations in products. I explain this better, there are products with custom fields that are optional, and i would like to add an extra price only when the customer add those customization fields, how can i achieve that, do i have to ovverride anything or..? any idea? thank you :) -
Hello, i need to test some changes that i did to the supercheckout module and i would like to check if the prices of the products of placed orders are correct. How can i simulate an order without payment? something like skipping payment process and place the order to check if everything is right. Thank you.

Olá pessoal, Detectei um problema quando crio um preço especifico para atacado. Ex.: Quando o cliente adicionar 5 ou mais peças terá um desconto de R$ 10,00 (essa é a regra) Na pagina do produto, quando adicionamos 5 ou mais no campo "quantidade" deveria aparecer o preço com o desconto. É aqui que o erro aparece, ao invés de apresentar o preço com desconto é apresentado R$ -10,00 ou R$ 0,00 Alguém notou esse problema e sabe como resolver. *Obs.: Já fiz um teste atualizando a versão da plataforma para 1.6.1.20 e o problema persistiu. versão do PrestaShop 1.6.1.13 URL da loja http://www.thautoparts.com.br/ Nome do tema utilizado default-bootstrap Informação do servidor Linux #1 SMP Wed May 2 07:43:19 EDT 2018 x86_64 Versão do Software do Servidor LiteSpeed Versão PHP 7.0.31 Limite de memória 256M Tempo máximo de execução 300 -
Hello, I need to see the UPC column in the Order View, back Office. Any idea on how to add it? PS 1.6.1.13 I think I need to edit the /adminxxxx/themes/default/template/controllers/orders/helpers/view view.tpl file but I have no idea what the code should be.

Boa tarde pessoal, Acabei de fazer a atualização para a versão 1.6.1.13 e atualizou certinho. A pagina de administração abre normal. Mas o site não está mais abrindo, aparece essa mensagem "index.php?controller=404" Alguém pode me ajudar por favor?? Obrigado! -
Salve ultimamente stò riscontrando un fastidioso problema con il mio Ecommerce: come potete vedere nell'allegato l'utente paga 79,98 al posto di 79,97. 1 cent in più e questo rimanda l'errore di pagamento. non succede sempre, alcune volte si, alcune no. su prodotti diversi. Sapete dirmi cosa è successo e perchè ho questa anomalia? uso prestashop versione: La tua versione attuale di PrestaShop 1.6.1.13 e il modulo paypal: PayPal v3.11.4 - da PrestaShop resto in attesa. Grazie in anticipo
