Bonjour, Je cherche un moyen de supprimer d'anciennes commandes suivant un critère défini sur un Prestashop 1.6 (par exemple les commandes datant d'il y a plus de deux ans). J'anticipe les réponses, je sais qu'il est illégal en France de supprimer des commandes, mais ces dernières ont été importées dans un logiciel de gestion commerciale.. Il y a actuellement plusieurs dizaines de milliers de commandes sur le site en question. Hi all, I'm about to change PrestaShop version, but I've had this issue since the beginning, since words have weight, sometimes the most relevant result isn't on top, here is a quick example easy to understand, search for "porta talheres" https://www.artimol.pt/search?controller=search&orderby=position&orderway=desc&search_query=porta+talheres&submit_search= The "porta talheres" are in the third row, this happens because in the first places appear several products that have "porta" two times in their description, increasing their weight placement in the search function. So, what seems to me like an easy solution, is giving a weight bonus if both/all words are found, something like this: Found 1: porta talheres = 10 + 10 = 20 x 2 (bonus) = 40 Found 2: porta porta = 10 + 10 = 20 This bonus would place "porta talheres" on the top while using PrestaShop system, is this easy to implement? Hi, I'm running some tests, and the only explanation that seems plausible, is that search has a limit for word size, here are some search tests: pingente, returns c/pingente and pingente, OK sapelly, returns mogno/sapelly and sapelly, OK But working with 61623ABF0113/6162379091/61623CR017 I get mixed results: 61623ABF0113/6162379091/61623CR017, returns correctly, OK 61623ABF0113, returns correctly, OK 6162379091, no results, NOT OK 61623CR017, no results, NOT OK You could say it's because the word is at the middle/end, but it worked for the first examples, so something different is happening here, word size limit? Other? Note: Search within word: OFF Search exact end match: OFF Can someone shed some light on this? Thanks!

Hej. Mam problem z panelem administracyjnym sklepu, a dokładnie z dodaniem nowych produktów. Przy próbie dodania nowego produktu nie ma możliwości kliknięcia w przyciski "zapisz", gdyż są one nieaktywne - ciągle się ładują (tak jak na załączonej grafice). Na forum znalazłem podobne problemy, ale żaden nie został rozwiązany. Dodam, że sklep jest dopiero stawiany, więc jak coś to mogę go przeinstalować, ale czy to pomoże? A może warto zainstalować wersję 1.7?

Used auto upgrade to upgrade from 1.6.1.12 to 1.7 I first had several errors with not able to log back in again. According some found information on here I have deletede some modules and other modules deactivated. Finally I am able to log in but now I got "no access" screen. Can anyone advice please

Hi, i just downloaded the prestashop 1.6.1.12 and anytime i log in and try to do anything it keeps logging me out. I have to relogin at every click. Pls help!

I have a store currently running 1.6.1.12. I am building a store at another url using 1.7.1.1. Can I run multistore on 1.7.1.1 and run both stores from it? I'm currently doing some css changes for color etc on 1.7.1.1, no product or categories added yet. Both stores will sell the same products, but cart, customers etc will be separate. Have the layouts of the databases changed much between the versions? Are they cross compatible to share the products portion of the database, yet separate customer, order etc I want to know what will work before I start populating the 1.7.1.1 shop with products. Thanks! (P.S. I did try to search but 1.6 and 1.7 are "too short" for search. I did try spelling out "one.six" and" one.seven", "onepointsix" and "one point seven". They didn't work either )

Buenos días amigos! Voy al grano a ver si podéis ayudarme : Intenté actualizar de 1.6.1.12 a 1.7. Me daba error y hice backup. Me gustaría poder pasar a la 1.7 pero tengo diferentes errores que no me dejan ni tan solo operar en la actual versión restaurada Al entrar en el backoffice restaurado, me salen diferentes errores: Siempre sale "como" cargando o casi siempre. No se despliegan los submenus del backoffice. (debo acceder por el buscador) No puedo acceder a los diferentes apartados de los productos, me salta al apartado inicial (dónde pones nombre, descripción, etc.) No me avisa si se ha generado algun pedido o mensaje. En el modulo de 1click upgrade, no me empieza la actualización aunque le de ok, el apartado Comparación de versión siempre está cargando sin acabar nunca: Versión Original de PrestaAhop: Differences between versions: Me gustaría poder solucionarlo, y si es actualizando de alguna manera a prestashop 1.7, perfecto. Il font référence à 2 de mes pages catégories J'ai changé le titre des pages catégorie concernées mais rien à faire ils sont toujours là. Est-ce dangereux pour mon site et est ce que je me suis fait hacker ? Pour résumer, les catégories nouvellement créées ne s'affichent pas en FO dans le menu des catégories (block_top_menu dans le thème par défaut) , la catégorie est créée à la main depuis le BO, est marquée comme "à afficher", contient des produits disponibles à la vente, ces produits . Quand je vais sur https://monsite.com/index.php?id_category=29&controller=category&id_lang=1 la catégorie existe bien, les produits qu'elle contient s'affichent. Le cache prestashop a été vidé ( paramètres -> performances -> vider le cache) Le cache du navigateur a été vidé Type d’install (nouvelle/MàJ) : Nouvelle Version de PS : 1.6.1.12 URL du site concerné : accès limité Thème (défaut/perso) : Testé avec plusieurs thèmes, le problème persiste Code (original/modifié) : Peu modifié (css) Version de PHP : testé avec 5.6.18, 7.0.3 Version de MySQL : 5.7.11 Navigateur(s) concerné(s) : tous Des idées de où chercher ?

Hi! I was hoping someone could help me out regarding the 1-Click Upgrade module in the control panel. I am now running Prestashop version 1.6.1.10 and would like to upgrade to the latest 1.6 version, which is 1.6.1.12. When I login to the control panel and go to the 1-Click Upgrade page, I am only presented with the choice to upgrade to version 1.7, no suggestion about the latest 1.6 version at all? How may I solve this? Is it something wrong with the 1-Click Upgrade module? Can I upgrade to 1.6.1.12 by uploading the zip archive to the ftp and set the 1-Click Upgrade to update through archive or folder? Many thanks in advance. Best regards, Jonathan
