Hi, I have one problem that I've been working on for hours and can't figure out how to solve it. Here is the problem: - the customer add a product to the cart - then he goes to the cart summary page when the customer change the number of one of the products in the list, ajax update everything except the total price. Please see the attachment for reference. However i copied the complete theme from hosting server and tried on my Localhost and its running fine there .... is any extension required on hosting server for this to work or anything else...Please help My PS version is 1.4.8.2 Thanks !

Zdravím všechny.. Potřeboval bych prosím poradit s takovým problémem. Mám prestu verze 1.4.8.2 napojenou přes feed na partnerský eshop.problém je že do teď měli feed který začínal <PARENT_ID>1 a <CATEGORY>2 což bezvadně pracovalo s Home kategorií která má v databázi ID 1. Jenže teď si feed změnily a posunuli o +1.takže <PARENT_ID> začíná na 2 a <CATEGORY> na 3. Pravděpodobně updatovali prestu.Jenže to už se nekamarádi s tou defaultní kategorii Home s ID 1. Tak mě napadlo v databázi změnit kategorii Home ID z 1 na 2.Upravil jsem id_category v blockcategories.php a admincatalog.php ať si to spolu rozumí. Jenže jsem přes search v netbeans zjistil že id_category = 1 používá mnohem více souborů. Mohl bych poprosit jestli by mi někdo poradil které všechny id_category je potřeba v php souborech přepsat?Popřípadě i nějaké jiné změny.Nerad bych aby to teď vypadalo že to funguje a po půl roce zjistil že tamto a tamto fungovat nechce. What i want to do is to have a specific category in a specific cms page. I can include the product-list.tpl in a cms.tpl page I have a problem with showing a product-list inside my cms.tpl page. I have included the file product-list.tpl and it is showing all my products, but there is no name/title for the products. I have Prestashop 1.4.8.2 There must be a simpeler way to get product list showing in a cms page from a certain category.

Olá Pessoal! Estou precisando de ajuda com um Módulos dos Correios do PrestaShop 1.4.8.2. Esta semana meu módulo parou de funcionar e eu não consigo resolver. Meu módulo não esta mais conseguindo se conectar com o WebService dos Correios. Eu não sei o que pode estar acontecendo. Eu tentei reinstalar o módulo que esta nesta página: http://free.menoyot.com/prestashopModules/correioscarrier_special/index.html Não funcionou. Isso parou a minha loja e estou com vários clientes reclamando. Me disseram que o Correios poderiam ter alterado alguma coisa, eu entrei em contato com os Correios pelo 0800 kkkkkkkkkk a atendente respondeu "que nunca havia ouvido falar em PrestaShop" e que não sabia em qual dpto resolver. Eu queria tentar instalar outro módulo para esta minha versão, mas não encontrei. Alguém sabe me ajudar como resolver? Se alguem souber como analisar o código do módulo e verificar com o código dos Correios para ver se houve alguma alteração e como corrigir? Atmadja, Zico, Liofey Catatan: 1/ saya tidak melakukan perubahan konten file, hanya mengelompokkan folder dan file agar lebih mudah digunakan. Setidaknya ada 10 varian. tapi yang stabil saya gunakan adalah IDWR v2.0 for PS1482 var1.2, dengan konfigurasi : - file carrier.php ukuran 23,6kb pada folder classes dan modules/idweightrange - file adminrangeweight.php ukuran 4,36kb pada folder admin/tabs dan modules/idweightrange varian yang lain muncul error seperti pengaturan key yang tidak muncul, error saat pembuatan object carrier, dsb. Nama varian tsb hanya penamaan versi saya saja, agar lebih mudah dibedakan. 2/ key key digunakan utk menentukan harga sesuai bobot yang ditetapkan (flat ataukah dikalikan bobot barang). pernah saya gunakan key (e.g key 1-Kg) utk beberapa Kurir yang saya gunakan. Hasilnya muncul error : - Tampilan pemberitahuan "Ups, ada kesalahan dengan order anda,..." - Kadang muncul biaya Shipping Rp 0,-. Terutama saat order dilakukan beberapa kali oleh pembeli yang sama, sedangkan order sebelumnya belum diverifikasi dari "Menunggu pembayaran" menjadi "Telah dibayar" Solusi : gunakan key yang berbeda untuk masing-masing Kurir, meskipun ketentuan batasan bobot barang sama. 3/ Jangan biarkan anda menangisi kesalahan yang anda lakukan... jangan lupa backup / ekspor database anda. anda bisa backup keseluruhan database via PS atau phpmyadmin. saran saya, anda tetap butuh backup database khusus untuk modul ini. tabel yang dibutuhkan : ps_carrier ps_carrier_group ps_carrier_lang ps_carrier_zone ps_delivery ps_range_weight ps_range_weight_indonesia ps_state ps_zone sekali anda install ulang modul ini, (ribuan) database yang telah anda masukkan akan lenyap begitu saja.. tambahan: saya pikir utk input harga pengiriman di dalam modul ini, sebenarnya bisa dilakukan setelah menyusunnya via Excel. maksud saya, akan terasa lebih mudah bila kita udah dapat data ongkir dalam format Excel. coba lihat susunan tabel ps_delivery (tapi susunan tabel lain tetap harus disesuaikan, seperti ps_zone dan ps_carrier, juga id_carrier, id_zone dan id_range_weight) 4/ menurut pengalaman saya, modul ini berjalan "nyaris sempurna" di ps 1482. hanya saja (sebatas keterbatasan pengetahuan saya), #jika anda melakukan perubahan data (sekedar rename nama kurir atau ubah batasan hari pengiriman), pada subtab Carrier/Kurir di bawah tab Shipping/Pengiriman, anda akan temukan gambar logo kurir akan terduplikasi di dalam folder img/s. selain itu id_carrier pun berubah. maka saya tetap sarankan backup database modul ini. tentang duplikasi gambar tsb memang tidak terlalu penting, hanya berefek ukuran file anda dalam hosting akan bertambah. kelebihannya, meskikun id_carrier anda berubah, modul ini akan menyesuaikan sehingga tidak terpengaruh. #modul ini masih bermasalah untuk pengiriman daerah kota Yogyakarta, dengan tampilan error biaya shipping Rp 0,- Solusi untuk masalah ini, buka tabel ps_state. ubah nilai id_zone dengan name "yogyakarta,DIY" dari 0 menjadi 274 salam Abu Affan

For a few days now, orders are not being displayed within the admin console after a customer completes the transaction using Worldpay. The item stays in the customers cart but the payment is processed fine. Two weeks ago friendly URL's were enabled - I have since tried disabling but that didn't make a difference. The only other change was a blog module was enabled but that was also a couple of weeks ago and orders were processing fine till the problem started on 17th October. I have also tried disabling the module. The website in question is www.dolly-bird.com The Prestshop version is currently 1.4.8.2 Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!

Bonjour, Le module natif de prestashop "Nouveaux Produits" affiche bien les produits du plus recent au plus ancien dans l'apercu en page d'accueil. http://atlasgameshop.com/ Mais sur la page "Nouveaux Produits" rien à faire, ils sont du plus ancien au plus récent. http://atlasgameshop.com/nouveaux-produits A l'époque ou j'etais sur Préstabox, on m'avait dit que c'etait un bug connu, et la modification avait été éfféctuée par Prestashop au téléphone en quelques minutes, aujourd'hui on me demande d'acheter plusieur tickets pour faire la même modification. Mon webmaster a éssayé tout les TUTO et toutes les solutions qu'il a pu trouver sur internet, mais cela ne marche pas. Le probleme n'aurait pas du être réglée depuis ? Vais je devoir payer a chaque nouvelle version que je vais installer. Je trouve ca un peu limite de fournir des modules natif extrement important qui ne fonctionnent pas pour ensuite demander de payer pour les modifier.

Вопрос есть смысл работать на этой версии или надо обязательно переносить тему на актуальную 1.5.5.0 версию? Если надо, то прошу написать желающих помочь цену и сроки.

Buenas, Tengo una tienda prestashop versión 1.4.8.2 En el log del apache de esta última semana veo que han buscado la ruta hacia mi backoffice, ya que veo errores devueltos al no encontrar páginas como www.mitienda.com/admin , www.mitienda.com/administrator , etc. En el supuesto caso de que llegaran a la ruta correcta, como puedo saber si han intentado entrar o lo han conseguido? Me gustaría saber si puedo obtener un log de IP, fecha, hora que se ha accedido al backoffice??? Puedo hacer que a los 3 intentos de logeo se me avise de que ip lo ha intentado o restringirla directamente? Puedo decir las ip's desde donde se pueda acceder y ninguna más? Que otras medidas debería tomar? Gracias.

Dear all, I'm pretty new to Prestashop but an experienced LAMP sysadmin. I have enabled the slow query log in MySQL. We are running a 1.4.8.2 Prestashop shop. I have searched around in the forums about what to do about slow queries since I have found many tables without indexes that slow down many queries. Any guide or article that elaborate what to fix? Bonjour, N'étant pas développeur de formation, je suis à la recherche d'une personne pouvant m'aider dans la création d'un module. je souhaiterai avoir un module permettant d'avoir 2 types de factures sur le BO et que l'on pourrait attribuer en fonction du type de produit Pour avoir un exemple : je vends un type de produit (A) expédié de la Belgique et les autres pièces (B ) par la France. j'aimerais que lorsqu'un client achète un produit de type A, il obtient une facture avec l'adresse d'expédition en Belgique. Et s'il n'a que des produits B dans sa commande il aura l'adresse d'expédition en France sur sa facture. J'aimerais savoir si cela est réalisable tout d'abord et avoir une estimation de réalisation car je ne sais pas vraiment la masse de travail à faire pour ce type de développement. Hej. Efter opgradering fra Prestashop 1.4.8.2 til 1.5.3.1 oplever problemer med Krydssalg / Crosselling (Andre kunder købte også Det er kun på checkoutsiden, hvor de skulle vises under kurven. Billederne vises simpelthen ikke. Jeg har fundet en lidt lignende fejl dette topic: www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/213211-crossselling-images-dont-show-ps-153/ Jeg har implementeret løsningen, men det tyder dog på at det ikke er den samme fejl. URL'en til det billede der ikke bliver vist står som: domainname.dk/286-medium_default/productname.jpg Det giver god mening når billedet ikke eksisterer på den URL. Product ID, mangler simpelthen fra URL'en Det burde se sådan ud: domainname.dk/57-286-medium_default/productname.jpg Hvor productid = 57- Hvis jeg indsætter "domainname.dk/57-286-medium_default/productname.jpg" i min browser vises billedet som mangler. Jeg har kigget i crosselling.php - og kan se at der står den kalder "product_id" Altså: 57- mangler i URL'en Er der nogle der ved om den skulle være ændret efter opdateringen fra 1.4.8.2 to 1.5.3.1? Hej Efter opgradering til version 1.5.3.1 fra version 1.4.8.2 oplever jeg periodiske problemer med forsendelsesmetoder / Fragt. Jeg har oplevet problemet 2-4 gange i løbet af den seneste uge. efter opdateringen. Problemet kan nogengange løses ved enten at vente noget tid og prøve igen. Eller vente noget tid og trykke F5. Fejlen der kommer er at den siger at ingen fragt-firmaer leverer til den angivne adresse. (Som den ville gøre hvis man skrev et land på, der ikke var oprettet forsendelse på i systemet). Er der andre der har oplevet dette, eller kunne have en ide om hvad der er galt? Billede er vedhæftet.

Hi, When I am about to check out I get this error in the 4th step. I have done everything, set up prices range, zone, but this is just not working. I have saved this new carrier as default carrier, so I don't really know what is going on. I am running this on Prestashop 1.4.8.2 Any help would be much appreciated!

Can somebody please coach me how to rewrite part of a URL? Let's say customers now access my store at www.mystore.com. The URL that displays on their browsers is rewritten to "www.mystore.com/prestashop". All subsequent pretty URLs take the same form "www.mystore.com/prestashop/image.jpg". I guess this could be because my document root is "opt/bitnami/apps/prestashop". So I would like to know how I can rewrite to "www.mystore.com/store" instead, but without having to rename the directory in the file system. I understand I may need to edit a .htaccess file and make certain configuration in the back office. Anyone can advise please? I'm running Prestashop version 1.4.8.2 on Apache HTTPD 2.2.22 PHP 5.3.14 MySQL 5.5.21 Ubuntu Linux 12.04

Hi, When I had used Autoupgrade module v0.8.6 I got many SQL errors (see the attached file). I also tried the manual upgrade method but when I had called upgrade.php in the browser nothing happened after waiting 15-20 minutes! Is there any other way to upgrade my shop? Solved! The newer auto upgrade module upgrades the shop without any error. ERROR.txt

Ahoj, muj prestashop (v. 1.4.8.2) prestal v emailech odesilanych pri zmene stavu objedavky nahrazovat promenne jako {total_shipping} atd, viz screenshot v priloze. Dela to v html i txt mailech, pritom jsem zadne zmeny neprovadel a drive se emaily odesilaly v poradku. Zkousel jsem promazat cache, prepsat vsechy soubory prestashopu originalnima, vypnout vsechny moduly, pouzil maily z jinych jazykovych mutaci, ale nic nepomohlo. Diky za kazdou radu. Bonjour, Je rencontre un problème lors du passage des commandes des clients. Les clients peuvent ajouter leurs produits au panier, se connecter à leur compte vérifier l'adresse de livraison mais dès qu'il arrive au choix du transporteur j'ai une page blanche et donc il est impossible de valider la commande. Bonjour, En 1.4.8.2, après un autoupgrade qui s'est parfaitement déroulé, mon site www.vinyles-33tours.com donne un écran vide après le moment où le client confirme qu'il choisit le virement comme moyen de paiement. Plutôt que de donner les coordonnées du compte sur lequel il faut virer le montant, le système affiche une page blanche.
