Bonjour la communauté, je suis nouveau ici et si je viens c'est vraiment parce que je sèche ! Donc pour la faire courte j'ai un client qui est sur cette vieille version, et il me dit que depuis qu'il l'a installée l'ajout au panier n'a jamais fonctionné (il l'a installé via ovh qui propose une pré-installation de prestashop), il m'a également dit qu'il s'agissait d'une copie d'un autre site (à ce que j'ai compris). J'ai tout vérifié tout semble correct au niveau de la configuration. Mais lorsque je clique sur ajouter au panier sur n'importe quel produit et que je regarde le retour dans l'onglet Réseaux de la console. Je vois un JSON qui renvois que du 0 ! Et le panier est toujours vide, mais aucune erreur ... Exemple retour JSON : products [] discounts [] shippingCost 0,00 € taxCost 0,00 € wrappingCost 0,00 € nbTotalProducts 0 totalHt 0,00 € total 0,00 € productTotal 0,00 € hasError false Merci de votre aide

Hi All, My Prestashop has some non-fatal errors showing up at the bottom of my page. In stead of resolving the errors I was thinking of just hiding them using css. Problem: The errors are not shown inside a div, but just as plain text in my html. Question: Is it possible to have the errors load inside a div, so I can give it a 'display:none' ? Where does Prestashop write the errors to the template? I'm using the default Prestashop Theme thanks

Hi, I'm upgrading from 1.4.7.3 to 1.6.0.9 using 1-click autoupgrade. But when start the Database Upgrade stop and show this Ajax error: "[Ajax / Server Error for action upgradeDb] textStatus: "error " errorThrown:" " jqXHR: " " NOTES: I had to change the system image folder because was using the old version (directory p, without subdirectorys). Now the img system is modern and haven't any problem viewing images. I'm using a local exactly copy of the online shop and have not problems upgrading from 1.4.7.3 to 1.4.11, but have the same error at same moment when upgrade from 1.4.11 to 1.6.0.9 or 1.5.0.1. The shop has 13.000 products and needs high resources but I think the parameters of mysql and php are ok. Can you help me?

I have upgrade from Version 1.4.7.3 to 1.5.4.1 with "1 Click Installer". All Categories are in Backend, but only the first one is shown in Frontend. What can i do? #### I got it. Don't know why, but i have to reset all Customer-Group-permissions for each Categorie.

Hi guys having a bit of a drama with my site. I know it was ok when I went live. But now not sure whats happened. All other browsers seem fine and work well. IE9 on the other hand has sent the top menu bar all over the place for some unknown reason. Just got notified of this by a customer. See the attached screen shot. Settings as follows: Smart cache for CSS is on Smart cache for JavaScript is on Minify HTML is on Compress inline JavaScript in HTML is on High risk HTML compression is off forced compile is set to no and cache is on. I have tried a few different things with these settings , but nothing seemed to work. Yes I did refresh my browser and clear cache after I changed settings. Thanks Mike

Hello / Bonjour Prestashop Community! I have just switched on my first attempt at a prestashop website and it went reasonably OK! Please take a look at The Flower Delivery Company Your comments are very welcome, even if you live outside of the delivery area The site currently uses Prestashop v.1.4.7.3 and uses a slightly modified version of the 'Floweris' theme by presthemes. I have achieved this also using 2 paid extra modules; Delivery Days and Arbitary HTML Multi Block. I have mostly enjoyed using prestashop and have managed to overcome the majority of problems encountered through searching and reading the forums and docs available! Hopefully here, in my first forum post, you kind people can uncover any other problems which may exist before my first real customer does! There is one problem which I know of and it seems a little pointless starting a new thread? So, here goes. There is a module used in the left column titled 'top seller / most popular product block'. If you checked out the site you will know it - bottom of the left hand column Since installing the 'delivery days' module, which places a calendar for customers to select a specific delivery date on /order?step=1, I have witnessed an issue with the module aforementioned, 'top seller / most popular product block'. This problem only occurs when on the /order?step=1 page and I am struggling to understand what is happening. It looks as though the CSS is being overwritten by something elsewhere. - For now, I have taken out the problematic 'top seller / most popular product block' by writing an exception for this module in the left column on order.php, although I would really like to have it in there to encourage that last-minute sale! I would certainly be very grateful if somebody could offer some advice on how to achieve this, as I would be for general feedback on my first attempt at a Prestashop install. If you would like to inspect the elements when the broken module is displying please say so and I will remove the exception so it can be seen. Thank you to the creators of PS, the theme and extra modules I used and also thanks in advance to anybody who writes below offering a solution to my problem and / or gives feedback on the site!

Hey guys I'v accidentally set my whole store up on the wrong engine for my theme, the theme actually works fine except for one thing, product sizing attributes. So i've been told to install the 1.4.7.3 engine and it will work... Is it possible to do this without loosing everything as i've put alot of work into it? :/ Thank you all for your time! Sunny

Hi all, I am trying to import a .csv with 60 items in it but I cannot get it to import correctly. When uploading the whole file, I manage to get the first 23 records uploaded before it stops. When uploading the last half of rows only (30-60), none of the products import successfully. The fields are all separated by semi-colons (, multiple values separated by commas (,) as per Prestashop instructions. I make sure to skip line 1, I have tried both deleting and not deleting all products before import as well as making sure the rows are named correctly (e.g. Name = Name, ID = ID), I have also tried with and without ID's. I have tried encasing each field in speech marks (" ") but this seems to make no difference. I noticed that 2/3 of the records have the description or name missing when uploading them - I have omitted these from the file and attempted to upload again and this has still not worked. These records do not have any unusual characters or characters that are not used in other records that are showing correctly. I have checked the files and they look fine when opening the .csv in notepad++ or Excel. My version of PS is 1.4.7.3. Any help would be much appreciated! Hello: Yet installed PS 1.4.7.3 and when install PayPal Addon (first action we do), all Modules Dissappear from BaclOffice > Modules. Theres nothing. Apache server runs ok, tested. No other customization made, new PS version.
