Ciao a tutti, dopo aver installato il modulo 1 click upgrade non riesco più ad accedere alla sezione moduli e upgrade. Come posso risolvere? Al momento ho installato Prestashop 1.4.7.0 e vorrei aggiornare almeno alla 1.6. Aiutatemi!!! In allegato le schermate con le informazioni su prestashop e ciò che vedo nei vari pannelli Grazie in anticipo a chi saprà darmi informazioni su come procedere. Alessandro

Hello, I'm new to prestashop, and my client haves an older version(1.4.7.0). My client wants to upgrade it, to have better looking website, with a new theme(I've checked some good ones and client wants to buy one). I have experience in wordpress, but i'm not a very technical guy(UX Designer with some front-end knowledge(HTML, CSS and some vanilla javascript)). What i want to know is if there is any tutorial, video tutorial or any documentation with how-to upgrade and how to install a new theme without screwing up the old one. And other thing, is that i want to have the new version on a separate folder where the client can check out first before adding it to public, with all the data. Is that possible? how? Dear Forum! We are trying to move a PS 1.4.7.0 to a new server. Now we getting a "You already have the maximum quantity available for this product." error, when trying to add a product to the cart. The problem exists on all products. We are unsure what's causing this error message and problem. Maybe Prestashop is incompatible with either PHP 5.5 or MySQL 5.6. When we enable error reporting, it doesn't show anything. But how can we test this?

Hello, I've just upgrade our shop to 1.4.7.0. Generally speaking it's gone ok; over time the Prestashop upgrade process has gone from impossible to painful to stressful to pretty good! However, there is one problem I'm having that I've not been able to find a solution for. For some products, we have combinations (e.g. waist size). When we click on the little icon that looks like a pencil and paper, to edit, it says "Choose the reason and enter the quantity that you want to increase or decrease your stock". Which is fine, but there is no button to save your changes. I believe the button used to say "Modify this attribute combination", as per this article on how to change quantity. http://www.ehow.com/...prestashop.html This is how my client remembers it working, but we have no such button now (since the upgrade to 1.4.7.0). The only workaround currently is to delete the existing combination and then create a new one (with the same waist size) with the desired quantity (obviously not what we would prefer). Has anyone seen this, and if so have you found a solution?

Hey. I just updated my store to 1.4.7.0 & everything seems to be working fine except for processed orders. For some odd reason when a customer places an order via my website the order/invoice adds a generated voucher I created & applies the discount - even though customers didn't enter it on checkout! And for some reason prestashop also adds a old deleted test product to the the order/invoice - which is very strange even though this product has been deleted, but the customer is not charge for the additional, its just displayed. Does anyone have any idea how I can fix this bug in Prestashop for 1.4.7.0.? Also - the order status is also incorrect in the backoffice when the order is placed by the customer. Cheers

Ciao a tutti, ho già segnalato il bug anche sul bug-tracker all'indirizzo: http://forge.prestashop.com/browse/PSCFI-4880 e come potete vedere non è relativo a qualche mia impostazione particolare. Scrivo dunque anche qua per esporre anche in italiano il problema. In pratica con: Tipo di elaborazione dell'ordine: Standard (5 fasi) Attiva l'ordine express (checkout ospite): Sì settate nella pagina collegata al tab "Preferenze" di PrestaShop, il browser entra in un loop di richieste senza mai fine e, ovviamente, segnala l'errore come da screenshot che potete vedere sul link sopra. L'errore è comparso (fortunatamente) dopo testing su server di sviluppo di un e-commerce che ho appena finito di sviluppare e che volevo appunto aggiornare alla nuova versione. Il problema con la versione 1.4.6.2 non si verifica. Per sicurezza ho effettuato una nuova installazione pulita e senza alcun modulo di PrestaShop 1.4.7.0 e ho impostato il checkout nella stessa maniera. Stesso risultato: Se avete news o una possibile patch ve ne sarei grato. Saluti

Bonjour, Suite à la mise à jour de ma boutique en 1.4.7.0 le haut de ma page (logo, menu horizontal, recherche, compte…) s'est décalé vers la droite de 15 ou 20 pixels ! Je ne comprends pas pourquoi car j'imagine qu'une mise à jour ne modifie pas le thème et les CSS… Voir ici Si vous avez une idée du pourquoi de ce décalage… Je vous remercie. Katia

Witam, przetłumaczyłem część sklepiku aktualnej wersji Prestashop. Przetłumaczeniu uległy e-maile i Front Office. Wszelkie komentarze / propozycje tłumaczeń / błędy będą mile widziane (poza tymi ostatnimi ). Ponieważ nie mam uprawnień do dodawania plików do postów, zatem został on udostępniony tutaj. Proszę o pobranie tego pliku i potestowaniu go.

Hi! I recently moved from 1.4.2 to 1.4.7.0 in the hopes the "move images" function would work so I could use the new image system. However, it doesn't work . The page reloads almost immediately with error message: Error: some or all images could not be moved. I already created a bug in the tracker but no response there...

Hello, i've made some Polish translation for current release of Prestashop. I have translated Front Office and E-mails. Anything else was unchanged. Hola, alguien conseguio correr sus emails tanto x php como x smtp en PS 1.4.7.0 al final vuelvo a la version ya que me estoy deseperando y no veo mejora entre esta version y la anterior. Buscare más in formacion en Foros frances..
